This hotel is wonderful in many ways. It is spotless to include all the public areas. The rooms are updated and everything worked flawlessly. For business travelers - particularly lawyers going to the Santa Ana courthouse - this location is convenient and the staff is excellent. As lawyers often do, I had a substantial document that needed to be printed. The young lady who checked me in gave me an email address - I sent her the document and she provided me a laser printed copy that was perfect. All of the staff are in uniforms which is unusual. The breakfast was superb and this coming from someone who has similar breakfasts all around the country. I will stay here again for my next hearing in January 2027. Kudos to the general manager and staff for making my trip easier.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was spacious and immaculate. Breakfast was good. The manager even helped me tie my necktie! Only thing that one might find objectionable are the scratches on the elevator doors. But those are very expensive to fix.

We stayed for a week for a swim meet in Irvine. The hotel was very clean and organized. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel was quite busy with guests in the lobby and at breakfast. The pool frequently had no to few guests so it was quite relaxing. Many of the guests were visiting Disney or the same swim meet we attended. The best feature of this hotel besides this amazing palm trees is the location. We were 10 minutes from Irvine and the foothills and 15 minutes to Huntington Beach which we frequently visited in between swim sessions. The price of the hotel was extremely reasonable for its location. Some question the quality of the neighborhood but we felt it was safe and enjoyable. We even took a walk to the local In-n-Out (about 1.4 miles away) and it was perfectly fine. We would absolutely stay again as we saved money with this hotel to use for other fun ventures in sunny California!

First let me say that the staff made up for the short falls of the hotel. If you are looking for a good night sleep this is not the hotel for you. There is no insulation in the rooms. We booked two different rooms and both sounded as if a window was open, note the windows are sealed shut so they cannot be opened. There is a main avenue in front of the hotel, which is very busy all day and night, if you stand on the sidewalk the noise from the street is just as loud standing in your room. We were on the eighth floor and it was like the window was wide open. All night traffic noise, sirens, delivery trucks beeping backing up, unloading cargo. This is in addition to noise in the hallways. Because of its location there is a lot of turn over, so there's always people with children coming in and out at all hours. The room is a room, the staff does it's best to keep everything clean just be aware that this hotel is starting to show its age. Also, there are no coffee makers in the room. They do have coffee in the lobby, you just have to come down and get it then go back to your room. If you want a hotel close to Disneyland, etc. that offer free breakfast with your room, this is the place for you. If you plan on doing any sleeping and are not a heavy sleeper or pasted out from whatever then find another place. Once last note, parking is tight, they have reduced spacing to fit more vehicles. If there's an event or lots of guess, good luck parking.
