Obviously well taken care of..very beautiful inside and room looks wonderful. Super spacious in the hotel and room. Awesome amenities. Fantastic warmed pool. Very spacious, and also convenient location by freeway. This was a fabulous hotel choice and I will definitely stay many times in the future!!! So nice!!!

Property is well maintained and staff is very helpful and nice. Was able to order a pizza from the bar at 2am, upon our return from our concert. It was much needed greasy finish the night up food. Pizza was actually tasty and reasonably priced.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, however this stay was more than disappointing. Air in our room never cooled the room down, literally. The room stayed overly warm the entire time. We were in a room that was for disabilities, the shower head should have gone up and down but was broken and only stayed at the bottom -- so maybe waist level. When we first walked in I saw one pillow corner was covered in something orange/beige, ended up being someone's makeup. It was fresh, not a stain. Also, the floors were dirty and kept making our feet black.

The room had a bad musty smell, the refrigerator didn’t cool our drinks even after changing the temp, we found a cockroach and a spider in the room, and the floors were sticky. We we’re disappointed since we expected more from the reviews we had read. Staff was friendly though.

The room assign was nice and clean, yet it had a weird smell. The worst part was a motion sensor activated bright light in the bathroom. Every time the bathroom was used in the middle of the night, the light activated. The prepaid breakfast was poorly excecuted and took too long for the few people waiting. Pros: Nice and clean hotel, Cons: additional charges for parking and breakfast, plus the super bright light.

Absolutely impressed! One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. Bed was so comfortable. It was so quiet I was able to sleep like a baby. Friendly staff. They allowed me to check in 2 hours earlier without a fee. Starbucks in the lobby. Only thing I wasn’t aware of is overnight parking is $15. Safe neighborhood. 10 min drive to great America and Levi’s Stadium. Best hotel yet. Will definitely be back.

The door went to the outside like a motel but it had a gate to access the building and felt safe. Bed was comfortable and clean. Hard Floors could have been cleaner. Automatic bathroom light was bright. I would stay there again. Good location.

The hotel wasn't bad, but the refrigerator wasn't too cool, and the air conditioner had to turn on the fan to keep it cool. There was no air conditioner control remote control, and the fan could not be turned off, so there was noise and it was uncomfortable to sleep. And the staff didn't really want to do their job.

Rooms were cute, but AC vent was coming undone from ceiling. Entry door would stick. Shower head was broken. We traveled with a child and needed WiFi to connect baby monitor, unfortunately they don’t have a protected wifi to use so we couldn’t connect. So bring a hotspot if you need to connect a baby monitor. I wish there was an upgrade you could pay for a better wifi. Staff was nice, bed was comfy.

I arrived about 8pm for my one night stay for a work conference the next morning. The front desk attendant asked if I’d prefer to stay in a 2-queen room on the first floor because the king room required me to go outside. I took the room on the first floor and it was nice but basically in the parking lot so it was a little weird with people walking by my window while I was getting ready in the morning.

Bar over charged for our beer clearly $9 on the board, charged $13.10. It was busy so we tried to be understanding about it and left no tip at all. Paid for a tower room and got 1st floor in an exterior building. Extremely Noisy at night, I wish I would have said something but we were eager to get to Levi’s stadium.

I’ve been traveling frequently for business over the past 10 years and have never left a review. I’m pretty easygoing and usually content with what I book. But this is the first time I felt truly misled and compelled to write one. It was my first visit to the area, and I booked this hotel based on the website photos, which showed a modern-looking tower. However, at check-in, I was told I had a “garden view” room—what they don’t explain is that those rooms are in a separate, motel-like two-story building next to the tower. The room was small, dated, and worst of all, right in front of the parking entrance where people constantly walked by. It was also next to the laundry room used by hotel staff, making it noisy throughout the night. I barely slept. For the first time in a decade of business travel, I asked the next morning to move to a tower room. I was told it was fully booked for the rest of my stay. I wasn’t expecting anything, but no real apology or gesture was offered—just a quick “sorry.” If you book this hotel, double-check whether your room will be in the tower or in one of the “garden view” rooms outside. It makes a big difference.

My room was in the tower - it was huge, well-thought out and well-appointed. It felt more like an apartment. It was extremely quiet and the black-out curtains didn't leave gaps ;) Pillows were excellent quality. The food and coffee options in the lobby were also excellent. I'm going to use the heated pool next time!

Check was great and common areas great. Room was disappointing. Tv did not work at all and door off bathroom cabinet fell off hinges onto my toe. Air conditioner seemed to be in the bathroom and was super noisy. Bathroom venting looked like it was going to fall down. Room was very clean and actually well-appointed but super dark. We paid a crazy price and it kj dnofbfelt like a motel room.

Overall, the stay was ok. Not all staff are friendly and should really reconsider a career in hospitality. The woman who checked me out told me that I couldn't have a (day old) pastry because they inventory them, but I could have a power bar. What kind of sense does that make? I was shocked because just the day before I was told to have as many as I want because they will go bad. I ordered food to take back to my room and there were not bags for me to put my items in. I order quit a bit, and was very disappointed staff couldn't or didn't want to find a bag for me. During this same time, I asked the woman in the hijab on Friday evening around 5pm if there was a shuttle to take patrons to the airport, and she became very argumentative. There is a silver lining- most of the food I ordered from the restaurant was very good. I will say the seared salmon is overpriced for the quantity. It should be 18-20, not 28 dollars. I appreciated the free pastries, but an employee situated at the counter to facilitate ordering breakfast from the menu would have been greatly appreciated. I enjoyed talking to Tawana. She was very friendly.

We stayed at the Delta by Marriott as we were in town for a concert at the Shoreline. The hotel was right near a gas station and within 1-5 minutes of driving time to numerous restaurants and stores, CVS, Target etc. we checked in close to midnight as we flew in from San Diego. The staff were very welcoming and gave us free bottled water as we were checking in. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. In the morning we had to ask for another set of towels and they arrived within 2 minutes. At most hotels I’ve stayed at, I have had to wait at least 30mins to receive towels. I was so impressed with how quickly they came. Later in the day we stopped by to get a coffee at the Starbucks that is in the hotel lobby. We didn’t realize that they had just closed and so the staff comped us 4 canned coffee drinks. That was a nice surprise because we hadn’t complained about the Starbucks closing, we just simply asked if it was possible to order a drink. I had also called the desk to ask a question and was greeted with a friendly person on the other end. It was such a wonderful experience to have friendly, accommodating, and wonderful service all weekend. I travel quite a bit and ever since the pandemic, service has really gone downhill at hotels and restaurants, but not here at the Delta Marriott. I will most definitely stay here again should I ever come back to the area. Keep up the great work and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Front desk staff create first impression, no smile, not friendly, no please or thank you, very little eye contact, quick instructions, music quite loud. Getting to my room, a maze, past housekeeping laundry area, loud music, carts to maneuver around. Door to my room lots of scratches on paint, room it’s self small, more like a cabin on a ship. Pubic hair on side tale, small mirror in bathroom dirty, shower head not working properly, shower in general not very well cleaned. TV not responsive. air-conditioning loud and inefficient, room was warm all night. Turning lights out bright flashing light from wall every 20/30 seconds. parking fee! Not mentioned at check in, no security on site ro warrant cost and finally, no front desk person at 6am lobby, dark no staff available. Would I stay here again, no, too many negative factors to warrant a second chance.

Had THE WORST check in experience ever with a lady named Samara. She delayed our check in (a woman and 3 kids) almost two hours because she wanted to be on a personal power trip. Completely unprofessional. The property was beautiful and clean and the amenities were nice. But our entire trip was tainted by Samara - including that our refrigerator was broken in our room and the coffee pot had mold come out when we brewed water. Due to the experience on checking in, we didn’t want to call the front desk and so all of our food and drinks went bad over the two days we stayed.

The hotel staff was very polite, nice, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and it was super comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food exceed it all expectations, it was affordable and tasteful. The location of the hotel is perfect nearby to the airport and a great starting point to many other locations.

We attended The Delta while visiting Santa Clara University. It was in great proximity to the college. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff made me feel very comfortable by placing me in the front portion of rooms due to traveling alone with my son. I thought that was very nice! I didn't mind having to use the stairs to access the room. The morning starbucks coffee bar with food was wonderful! My only complaint would be the night bartender, he was quite abrasive and I only visited to grab a glass of wine to take back to room each night but each time he was loud, all over the place in terms of organization and his comments and it took away from an otherwise very enjoyable establishment. I would not have been comfortable sitting at his bar. The GM was trying to get him organized but it was chaotic. There were not even that many people there.

When I made my reservation I added “continental breakfast” which was an additional charge and when I checked in the man that helped me pointed where the continental breakfast would be in the morning from 7 to 11 am and in the morning when my family and I went for breakfast we were told that they don’t do continental breakfast so we had to purchase what they were serving so I’m not sure what I was charged for.
