We stayed here for 11 nights, intending to get some good rest, and it worked out wonderfully. The room was comfortable in every sense and met our somewhat picky requirements to the tee. The swimming pool is always clean and welcoming. The personnel went out of their way to accommodate our every request. Everything is clean & functional. Great breakfast choices every morning. The location is great, with biking or hiking trails/roads straight from the hotel. Everyone around was nice to us. The mountain views around are magnificent. The fitness room is small but adequate.

I chose this motel because it has a pool. I was thinking of that pool all day. I was there in mid-May and weather was in the 80’s. I asked where the pool was and was told it was closed and that’s its seasonal. I was so disappointed. Otherwise the motel is fine - clean with lots of parking.

The pool was freezing. No heated :( and there was no pool towels. The bed was extra firm. To hard for me. No enough room/ seating area during breakfast. No good enough breakfast. We had waffles and cold boiled eggs in our room. Everything else was good. Quick check in. Clean room. Good TV plus refrigerator. Good size room.

Cleaner than other hotels on our vacation. Loved the pool! Our door didn't lock from the outside. We told the front desk. Hopefully they fix it for the next guests. Breakfast was nice!

This is a convenient hotel with friendly and helpful front desk staff. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and soft sheets. Easy on and easy off the highway access. They don't use harsh cleaning solutions which is great for folks like myself who are sensitive. We appreciate how reasonably priced their rooms are.

Room had laminate flooring which was very dirty. Walked to the restroom without my shoes on and my feet were black. There were also ants in the restroom. We have stayed here before and it was fine. This trip it wasn't. On a good note the staff was very pleasant.

We came in late and staff were friendly. My low rating is purely because the room had a very horrible old smoke smell as a non-smoking room. It was too late to request a new room and we were unable to sleep well due to breathing difficulties. If we’d arrived earlier so I could ask for another room, my rating would have been higher.

My second stay here. Overall very comfortable and clean. The shower is great. Suggest to stay on second floor. Walls and ceiling transfers sound like crazy. If on first floor those walling above you sound like they are in your room. Couple of things to improve is change the daylight color temp of your led bulbs to incandescent (3200k). The blue daylight color makes to rooms feel cold. Suggest doing a deep clean on the shower head for scale to keep nozzles clear on a monthly basis.

The room was big and the bed is comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night and the location is convenient with groceries outlet store just opposite the hotel and very good Mexican restaurant not far from it. Only complaint i have is the air conditioner is loud went it working.

Clean room, hard bed. Near the end of town. A little out of the way for a single woman traveling alone. I probably wouldn’t stay there alone again. I was placed at the end of the building near the river. I was uncomfortable. I heard walking on the leaves over there when going back out to my truck. I instead went back inside. Not a bad place at all. Just a feeling. Check in was pleasant, breakfast was small but enough, big room with microwave and fridge.

We had a problem with our TV. Guy from office came right down and helped us with it. Also thought I was getting a pet friendly room but wasn't on my reservation. We did get a pet friendly room though. Expedia should have that option on the reservation. Overall loved the room!

On 11/25/2023, I arrived at the hotel after 12:30 am and encountered a confusing situation at the entrance door. There were two doorbells, one regular white bell and the other with a camera. It was unclear which one to ring, so I pushed both. The person working at that time was not polite and expressed frustration at me for ringing the bell twice. He was angry, and his behavior was unprofessional. I understand that he may have been woken up, but I did not intend to cause any trouble. I was not to blame for the situation, as the hotel should have clear instructions for the guests to follow. Despite his attitude, I kept my cool and tried to reason with him, but he continued to be rude and unapologetic. As a tired guest, I felt very uncomfortable and upset by his behavior. I request that the hotel provide better customer service training to its staff. Dear Ben Patel, General Manager - Thank you for your attention.

The housekeeping staff were exceptional. It's the female owner that checked me in and then checked in the rest of my party and refused to say "please and thank you" after we identified ourselves to check in and her response was "I need your ID and your card" we nicely inquired about her "hospitality" and she said that she doesn't say please and thank you. Another young male family owner did that same thing. The parking lot for Truckers is great---for cars it's not safe to back out without fear of hitting the propane tank housing. The AC was like a boat motor. No trees in the surrounding area---just hot dusty wind from the dirt mountains that smelled bad. We checked out other motels for our next trip and were met with courteous and hospitable owners and staff.

Easy location off I-5. We arrived late and had to ring a doorbell to check in but clerk was pleasant. Room was large with a mini fridge and a sitting area. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was minimal but area was clean and quiet and enough to get us going. Will stay here again if in the area.

Very good price and value. I recommend to always call any hotel you stay at if you are arriving late. I called to let them know I was arriving very late at 2:00am. I did have to wait a short wait when I rang the bell, but the staff was very friendly and nice. Our room was on the second floor and it was pretty quiet. We appreciated that they had small shampoo bottles, lotions, and soap bars. Breakfast was bare minimum but with hot waffles offered, but for the price, you can’t beat it. Room was clean and spacious. Everything worked well.

We liked the location of this hotel. Our room was clean & comfty; and we loved having the 2 chairs to sit in! Breakfast was good, the mini waffle maker is a great addition and the waffles are softer than the larger size.
