They would not accept my 6lbs dog saying they don’t have “pet policy”! Even though on your site it does. Hence my booking the room and paying for it! I will not be using Expedia AGAIN!

Hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The king bed was SOOOOO COMFY. The bed had 4 pillows (2 soft and 2 firm). The soft ones were so cozy I even asked where they get them (they are made for the hotels). Free breakfast in the AM was plentiful and the lady working it was super sweet. The ONLY downfall is that it is not a dog friendly hotel and I often travel with my dog.

After driving for about 11 hours this was a very pleasant stop. The staff was very helpful, professional, and efficient. The room was so very clean and the bed super comfy! The warm breakfast choices in the morning were a nice compliment to the traditional cold offerings you see for a free breakfast. We are planning on doing this road trip again next year, and are definitely planning a stop here again.

It was interesting. I had booked 2 queen room First room given was a single. Second room had one bed not made up and towels were on the floor in the bathroom. Third room was fine except that the toilet was really low and I had requested an assessable room. Apparently they did have have any of these rooms cleaned!!! We stayed because it was non refundable. Very disappointing!!!

Heater did not work all night (23 degrees outside), we reported it, and although the front desk had knowledge of it, it had not been fixed and apparently no other room was available. Trying to report the heater we found that the phone didn't work, apparently front desk could get the calls but on the room we didn't get dial tone or heard anything.

I got a room with a bed that was almost sitting on the ground with no box spring and very uncomfortable. I was in room 107 that is located next to the kitchen. The noise started around 4am. I stay at this hotel once a quarter and have not experienced anything like this in previous visits.

Beds were great, room was clean and comfy. Best of all wss the girl that checked us in( I don’t remember her name but she was fabulous. I stay at hotels about 60 nights a year, and she was the most welcoming person at any hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, but there was a brass bell. I rang the bell several times but couldn’t get a response, even though I could hear someone in the back . I walked around the corner to try to find the person who was making the noise but there was no one in sight. I went back to the front desk and this time, in addition to ringing the bell, I called out “Hello!” several times. By the time someone finally came, I was shouting, trying to get someone to respond. I had been on the road nearly 11 hours at this point and was exhausted and frustrated. This was probably the worst check-in experience I’ve ever had. In addition to all of this, the person who checked me in left filled-out registration forms from other guests sitting on the counter with personal info filled out and visible to anyone who walked by. This was all so sloppy and doesn’t make me feel comfortable about here again.

We have stayed in Holiday Inns across the country for business and travel for many years. Everyone is always very professional. Our experience in Yreka was very disappointing. The staff was very unprofessional complaining and using profanities to describe customers. Usually at Holiday Inn everyone dresses very professional the clerk that checked us in was wearing MAGA attire. This can be very scary and offensive to many people. We had two rooms for the night We would have found a different place if it was not so late. We are very disappointed.

When I checked into my room I needed to quickly change my clothes and leave for an event. I was in my room for less than 5 minutes, not full clothed, and someone came into the room with their own key. They left. I called the front desk and was told that they thought my room was vacant. This did not make me feel super comfortable.

We travel by car from LA to Vancouver BC regularly. We always look for amid way 1 night respite. By far this hotel was the best experience we have ever had. It’s a bit more expensive than most roadside hotels but worth every penny! We’ve already told many friends to put it o their list.

Great stay. Smooth check in, very helpful and friendly staff, and an excellent room. Was very satisfied with the cleanliness, amenities, and loved the breakfast bar. The pancake machine was heating up but the staff (sorry didn't ask for her name) helped me out with making a few pancakes!

On the road convenient. Holiday Inn Express always v nice. Disappointed in breakfast at this location this time ( in past it was good). Juice machine didn’t work. Poor selection of bread. Oatmeal not cooked. We were first ones there, but time was ok; opened at 6:00
