Room is updated, good quality furnishings, modern bathroom, excellent shower, plenty of electrical outlets. Good amenities, large mini frig is a plus, lots of off street parking, one hookup for EVs. Quiet and heater work well. Property is well maintained. Excellent value. Have stayed here before and will again.

Our check in was a little bizarre. It's very late however lots of little kids were heard playing in the area where we check in. We have a retired therapy dog, which I stated when we made the reservation, yet they gave us a non-pet room and charged us extra. Shoes laying around as you walk up. Parking spaces are small. Room was very small but tidy. No frills. Bed is comfortable. Only 2 pillows on each bed. I suppose we could have asked for more, but it was late. Breakfast appeared to be instant oatmeal, apples, oranges, or breads for toast. Very continental. Service was okay. It's a simple room for the night and it's not terrible, but no extras. The price reflects that.

This is a great hotel for the value. Good parking on site and clean rooms. Property is a little outdated and rooms get a lot of light from the parking lot at night, so if you need a dark room to sleep this aint for you. But otherwise, great place to stay for the night.

This place is well taken care of! We had a great time. They are pet friendly and with 105 degree heat, having them in our room with air conditioning in a life saver. They charge $15 per animal which is reasonable. The pool is super nice! Very nice place! Love the showers, walk in shower is awesome!

We stayed here to save money and the reviews said it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Yes, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the tables, sink, toilet, floor were clean, the property was very clean and well kept. But the walls were not clean/fresh and the baseboards and corners showed dirt and grim from more than a few days ago. The do not disturb sign was so filthy I refused to pick it up from the floor. The chair had dirty spots on it. I chose to skip the shower and take one at our next destination. My husband said “it’s fine but agreed we won’t stay there again if we can afford an extra $80 to stay somewhere newer.

The check in was quick and efficient. The hotel is older, but nicely updated, Nice bathroom with a good shower. Very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we got a good night's rest. If you don't have to have all the amenities that most of us don't use, this motel is a reasonable choice. I would stay here again.

This motel felt unsafe and was disgustingly dirty. It was like a trash motel. They first put me in a room under the stairs with a long corridor that felt dangerous. That room was so dusty and dirty, the baseboards in both rooms were covered in filth. They moved me to another room that was so dirty, I refused to shower in there. The bathroom smelled like mold. The lights were fluorescent, but I left them on all night because I didn’t feel safe. The drapes did not close all the way. I had to prop them closed with a pillow. The air conditioning was loud and the toilet kept running in a start-stop manner that thankfully the noise of the air conditioning covered. I left as soon as I woke up at 5am. The owner was there when I checked in and drove a Tesla. The rooms were in such a disgusting state that I couldn’t believe the owner drove such a nice car. Bad vibes. So gross. Which I’d have taken pictures but I was too creeped out.

Nice owners. No amenities at all. Room was clean and king bed was okay. The bathtub was disgusting and needs replacement and the drain was very slow so you're standing in filth as you bathe.

It looks like The Klamath Motor Lodge is 90% complete on their entire remodel. They have given the rooms brand new mattresses (ultra comfortable) brand new linens, brand new pillows plus all new furniture and lighting. The bathroom had a designer basin, new commode and fixtures. And obviously fresh paint in 2 color desert tones. Very very well done.

Good stay at a reasonable cost. Disappointly, the AC unit was noisy and blows directly at the bed from 6 ft up on opposite wall. So, we had to choose a cold breeze or too warm for sleeping. Bed was fine, bathroom was clean but breakfast was disappointing.

Older motel but kept in pristine condition. They have made some upgrades to modernize and the small pool is lovely and clean. Very comfortable beds, decent WiFi, lots of tv channels and it is pet friendly in a convenient location.

Friendly greeting at the front desk by staff who recognized that I’d stayed there before. Got a room next-door to the one from two years previously, just wonderful. Nothing fancy but handy for on/off I–5 and good size room, grassy area for dogs. This will be my go to spot between LA and Vancouver. Very good for my little pups.

45 minutes after I checked in a man tried to open my room door. It was 9:30pm and I’m a middle aged female who was traveling alone. They had given him the same room. I had set the bolt lock or he would have walked in on me.

Was making our way back to Oregon and chose the Klamath Motor Lodge as our halfway point. Our stay, while just one night, was very enjoyable. The front desk staff were friendly and informative. The room was clean and clearly sanitized. The heater worked well. When we requested an additional blanket the staff quickly brought us two. The breakfast was a simple continental fare, but the hard boiled eggs were fresh and the frozen waffles were delicious after being toasted. I loved the individual servings of peanut butter. Absolutely no complaints.

Nice location in Yreka- although road construction was going on during our trip to the motel- the room was quite clean and pleasant- Staff was quite nice- easy to walk around and find places to visit. I would recommend folks look into staying at this lodge.

Liked proximity to downtown yreka. Many noisy 4wd trucks with noisy exhaust systems. Currently, road construction on Main St. Made driving awkward on detours.

The Klamath Motor Lodge is a great value in a convenient location. It is an older motel but it is refurbished and very clean. Of course, you could stay in one of the well-known national chains a half mile down main street for twice the price (and I have) but it does not buy you much more than the ability to walk to Casa Ramos, Yreka's best Mexican restaurant. Price was good. I stayed here before and it was satisfactory for our one night traveling through. But, I think we have a pet room, as it smells a bit musty. I can live with it, but it's detracting from overall stay. The room otherwise is clean. There's supposed to be breakfast, but the office is tiny, so there can't be much to choose from. Even a snack will suffice.

Breakfast was inedible. Bananas were a week or more old. Very limited items. Room and bed were. Ok, but the shower was not cleaned properly. The thermostat for the heat could not be adjusted properly. It either stayed on too long or off too long. Spend a little more and find a better place to stay. I won’t be back.

Long drive and ready fir overnight rest. Our room was comfortable and clean with good size frig and microwave. Other amenities skimpy but slept well in quiet area in town. Breakfast minimal but did have toast and hot coffee and we enjoy a quick oatmeal.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel - at least the pet friendly rooms - it was small and cramped with the beds at an angle, no chairs, no hair dryer, and the breakfast room was locked even at 7:30am. Walls were also very thin.
