It was fine, very minimal but we wouldn’t stay at another Hilton Garden Inn. It’s a bit too minimal and this location was remodeling everywhere including the pool. Very few parking spaces as well due to remodeling and driveway full if pot holes

The room was clean but those pillows were most likely the WORST I have ever experienced - wrenched my neck and we were awake most of the night.

The hotel is undergoing a remodel. The parking lot is mostly filled with shipping containers and things they are pulling out of the rooms as they remodel. The parking lot that is not being used for the remodel is not adequate enough to fit everyone’s vehicles who are staying there. The parking lot is full of HUGE potholes also. The pool was closed for refurbishment. I wish that would have been disclosed before booking. We had grandkids visit who wanted to swim.

Well, the hotel was under construction, which I understand. You have to update every once in a while. But both the gym And the pool you could not use. The lobby was under construction. The girl behind the counter told me I had to put down a $200 deposit for incidental charge. And also a $50 per fee which I understand so she charge my charge card $250. But only refunded me 150 and I used no incidentals. Not that there was anywhere to spend any incidental money at. I’ve never had anyone charge me $200. And there was no discount on the room for not having the amenities the advertise. Nowhere on their website didn’t say the gym and pool were not in working order. I feel at the least they could’ve waived my pet fee because the hotel did not offer what they advertised. The room next to me had three dogs in it and they barked all night. I travel a lot, so I depend on The gym to be available so I can get my morning workout in. I purposely look for hotels that have a gym and except pets. I don’t mind paying for the things that I need. It is frustrating as a traveler who depends on the amenities to be there when they get there. It was very disappointing. They could’ve even thrown in a free breakfast for the trouble of not having what I needed.

So the bathroom had NOT been cleaned there was hair and dirt all over the floor!! The there was a previous guest sock still in one of the beds! Trash in the trash cans!!! The front desk check in girl was very nice the lobby was nice but the actual room was dirty

Check in was amazing. I think it was Judy, who was very pleasant, helpful and a joy to talk to. She went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The beds in the rooms were comfortable. Overall the room seemed cleaned. I do think more attention needs to be done with the shower walls. They are getting grimy and it’s very noticeable between the top of the tile compared to where it gets stained/grime. The biggest negative, which is beyond the control of the hotel, was whoever was next to us had two big dogs who decided to start barking and howling at 8am. Didn’t hear owners in room telling them to quite so they probably left the room. The walls are thin and didn’t like getting woke up by dogs, no matter the time. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and I would stay there again in the future. Mostly because of how amazing check in was with Judy.

We stayed two nights, and the bed was not made. The Kleenex ran out. The coffee set up in the room ran out. The toiletries ran out. When I talked to the front desk, I was advised that the rooms aren’t serviced until the third day.

Property was beautiful, easy location and close to many sites etc. Room air conditioner was not totally attached to the wall so the cold outside air blew in all night causing a loud whistle, making it difficult to sleep.

The mini fridge didn’t work when we first got there. Took a few hours for it to finally work. The elevator was out. This app telling us that it was sound proof, but it wasn’t. We heard our neighbor snoring and then talking on the phone for 1 hour while we was trying to sleep. We won’t be staying here ever again.

Room was clean. Took a minute to get the hvac to work right. Bed was epically uncomfortable and uneven. And there’s either plumbing pipe issues or the bathroom had a poltergeist making racket all night. Barely got any sleep.

The room was adequate but needed some TLC. we were in room 205. The tap in the bathroom was very loose. The pillows were too floppy. Can’t really comment on the location as we arrived late as our flight had been delayed.

Bed bugs in first room. We had to get a new room, come get new keys, move ourselves. Heard and offered nothing from management. A staff member did come to the room to confirm the pests.

Judy at the front desk was marvelous!! They also had a nice pool and fitness center. Breakfast was good and not overpriced. They put up pretty Xmas decorations while we were there! Everyone who worked there was very helpful and pleasant. Above expectations!

We booked a King room and the staff told us they didn’t have any king rooms available so they put us in a double room and promised to have one available the next day. When we went back the next day, they told us that they didn’t have any king rooms available at all. We had to call the manager and work with her to get a king room but I still feel that it was a queen room and not a king room. They told us that when you book through third party, the rooms are not guaranteed.

This is our first stop in Colorado for our long road trip to Aspen, glenwood springs, vail, and Breckenridge. We arrived late (around 2 ish) and the front desk lady helped us get a room away from the elevator so we could get some sleep plus a late check out. Our room was clean and quiet. We needed to pick up a few items for the road trip and were able to do so since the hotel was right across from the outdoor mall. The best part is when you wake up you can take the first at the mountain. Great and safe location. Would stay here gain.

Staff: Great! Very nice and it was very easy to communicate to the staff any issues/concerns I have. Room: It was big and clean! Location: It was right across the street from Promenade Shops At Briargate so that was nice. Also, it was close to major streets and such, so the ubers I got didn't have any trouble getting to the locations I needed to go.

The person at the front desk talks at the top of his voice. It’s pretty unsettling. Don’t prepay for the breakfast because they only give you the cold stuff. Overall I expect More out my stays. This place was way overpriced for the most basic amenities.

The cooked options were more expensive and limited, as a vegetarian I was disappointed. Since I would not be having the meat products that came with cooked meal I expected a reduction in price. Very disappointing you cannot provide breakfast for the price we pay to stay there. You promote a breakfast buffet yet my husband asked for some additional eggs and potatoes and your server said no the buffet is the cold food. Very disappointing.

I was very impressed by the service we received from Sky while my wife and I had breakfast in the Hilton Garden Inn at Colorado Springs. We have had breakfast at many hotels, including high-priced chains and independent properties. Often, the breakfast area is disorganized and sloppy. We came down for breakfast and found a tidy and well-organized breakfast area. Sky was courteous and very helpful. She made us feel welcomed and maintained a positive disposition even though it was obvious that she had a lot to do. I hope you appreciate the work that Sky does and the positive attitude she shared with all the guests.

Everything was excellent. The only issue I had was that the breakfast was not complimentary as it is in most other hotels. I have no issue with the charge for the dinner meal, but a complimentary breakfast is almost traditional.
