It was a good stay but just know if u have an animal with u even though its pet friendly they well charge u an extra 107$ even if ur animal doesnt damage anything. So thats why im giving a 4 star. Because we had to pay an extra 107$ when we got there. The lady didnt even let me know of this charge. I only found out because of the receipt they emailed me.

Breakfast has been the same for 4 days. The only thing different is sausage or bacon. Pool was warm at best and the air temp was COLD. Staff had been very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and in a very nice area.

Lovely facility. Particularly liked the swimming pool! Some trash was left in the room and mgmt removed immediately and apologized and comped us the parking fee!!would stay again but the amenities were overkill if only staying for one night. Plan to stay longer .

We had our dog with us so I scheduled with Residence Inn. The pet fee was $100 which is exorbitant. I did not check the cost of the pet fee which is on me. Had I checked it we would not have stayed there. To reiterate the PET FEE WAS $100 and I just want people to know that.

A nice place with easy on easy off access to the freeway. Breakfast was good but could have more of a variety. Pretty much the same thing every day. Indoor pool was clean, but the water was very, very cold.

Disappointing! We picked this property, over competitors, because they advertised an indoor pool. When checking in, I mentioned this, and the front desk clerk commented that they didn’t heat the pool. What an understatement! We found the pool having extremely cold. We got out immediately. Another family came, and they did the same thing. And, outside temperature sat in the 90’s that day. What a disappointment for our three-year-old grandson. We found our suite clean and spacious. Decent channel selection. But the hotel had only one luggage cart, which the staff used to haul miscellany, meaning not available for us to use. We won’t return…

Upon arrival, room was not clean properly. Hairs in bathroom, stains in sheets. They informed us it did not had daily cleaning, we had to beg and offer to pay for the day cleaning. 3 days later, my 3 kids with lice.

Pool ceiling and walls were covered in mold. The microwave in our room had food caked in it and the frying pans in our room had dried onions stuck to it. Staff was very nice and breakfast was ok.

This was an all around wonderful place to stay. All of the front desk personnel we interacted with were awesome, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful clean, spacious and quiet. This is definitely a rare find for the price in the Golden area.

Amenities are quite standard. For some reasons, we feel quite dry during our stay at the hotels. Complementary hand lotion would be nice. Although the hotel is located near highway, we don't hear traffic noise during the nights. However, the room insulation is quite poor. We could hear dog barking and people talking from the adjacent room.

Everything was wonderful except turning on the shower every morning. To get to the handle, you get a cold shower turning on the water. You have to reach in around the glass partition to turn it on and there is no way to do this without getting wet. Poor planning on someone's part. Really that was the only downside to staying here. The breakfast, staff and hotel were all excellent.

We booked a two-room suite here. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice pool area. Location felt very safe and was just 15 minutes to downtown Denver and only a few minutes to Colorado Mills Mall. I would definitely stay here again!

During my stay in Golden I had to switch hotels… And I had a wedding on the same day I was switching hotels… They allowed me to check in early in the morning to accommodate me getting to a Wedding… Then they lent me a phone charger. Also helped me with my Uber issues

Liked the large room/suite. Breakfast area was nice, food was average. Biggest issue was the service. Two towels in the room (for 5 people) snd they said they were all being washed. Also no pool towels clean. Pool was good enough and not cold so we appreciated that. We Asked for a crib (we have a baby that has to have one for safety) and they said “ohhhh I’ll have ti look around. A few days ago I had ti borrow one from next door.” There was no follow up, we waited and waited and baby eventually had to sleep un safely. How do hotels not accommodate their youngest guests?

My dad and I stayed here to attend a concert at red rocks. When we arrive back to the hotel, none of the TVs were working. The hotel offers Amazon fire sticks for the Tevs however apparently they were out of those. We also asked if we could get an extra blanket and a couple extra towels and supposedly they were out but the linen closet right next to the front desk was open and very clearly full. The lady at the front desk was hiding in a back room somewhere and we would be waiting at the front desk for upwards of 20 minutes before we could finally get help from her to ask questions or to buy snacks and water. The lady at the front desk overnight was very rude and seemed like it was an inconvenience for her to help us

I specifically reserved this location because of the ability to get a king size bed and breakfast included. When we arrived, we were given a queen size bed, and told there were no other king size despite having made a reservation for king size. No compensation provided for the inconvenience

There were a few restaurants close by and in walking distance of the Colorado Mall. I wish there were a few more options for food close by. The breakfast in the morning was lovely with some good options. I did appreciate having the kitchen as well to make my own lunches

I love staying at the residence inn! Very very comfortable rooms and very clean. Convenient location. I gave 4 stars ecofriendly because of the breakfast. It’s a great breakfast selection! BUT All plastic ware! Thin paper plates and you had to use several to hold your food. The poor woman during the week must hate her job because she was miserable. 8:59 she turned off lights and wasn’t happy to refill the empty hot water. It wouldn’t keep me from staying there but management should evaluate the process.
