The staff were very helpful and so nice. The breakfast options were slim and not presented very well. We did opt to go out for breakfast. The property is old but they have done some updates and the rooms are very clean. Freeway access was very good and it is very close to Red Rocks which is why we were there. The shuttle service advertised to the venue was amazing. A little hard to communicate with but they dropped us off and picked us up at the front entrance. We would stay here again.

Pictures online were Not of the hotel! Showed multiple choice hot breakfast. Only waffles. Hot tub had no jets. It was like sitting in pool. Spilled substances all over wall. Didn’t treat entrance. When it snowed. Covered in ice. Not friendly.

The staff was nice. Breakfast was so-so - no fruit, limited juice. Did not eat there 2nd night. The pool area was not clean nor could you find anywhere to run the jets for the hot tub. No one was using it. Asked for a room to be reserved for another family member - gave them another room on another floor.

It's hot tub. Jets are not working. They need to either put a note up at the front desk so you're aware a time of check-in or note on the door going into the swimming pool room. This is an older hotel but it was clean and it served our need for one night

Cleanliness is definitely a 0 (carpet in the hallways was dark green and not vacuumed and had stains everywhere(carpet on 2nd floor outside elevator was ripped and replaced so poorly) in the hot tub and pool area walls were disgusting and the tiles around the pool and hot tub were nasty definitely needed to be bleached, jets to the hot tub doesn’t work, pool looks like a very thick film on the top) the rooms a/c didn’t work, woke up multiple times dying of heat and couldn’t use the a/c or fan, room had a strong mildew smell. Beds made a sound of like rice mixed in a cup when you moved. Overall eating is a 0000000000000.000000000. Would not recommend. I would consider condemning.

I came in late 10:30. The lobby was very tired looking and had a smell. The clerk told me no places open to get food. I looked at their vending machines--not a lot of choices. I crossed the lot and used the other hotels vending machines (they were very, nice and friendly). Surfaces in room were not clean, grout in shower was for the most part okay. At least the floors in the rooms were not carpet. The elevator was horrible--I was afraid the doors were not going to open. The morning breakfast was okay--only protein was yogurt. They did have a waffle maker. I knew I was only staying to sleep--not an extended stay.

We didn’t want to eat the breakfast due to the unclean facilities and unpleasant atmosphere. The property management does not seam to care about the aesthetic and cleanliness of their building. The elevator appears to be pit where a room used to be since the metal door was still present. The carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. The paint in the bathroom from the ceiling was splattered down the side of the walls that was obvious that no one cared how it looked.

Checked in and the room was dirty. Hair in the tub, used soap and flossers, unmade bed, underwear left In the bed. The night clears accommodated us by giving us another room, it was clean, but made you question if the sheets were even changed in that place….

Right when we walked into the room the walls were filthy. Not just one or two most of them. The shower floor in the corners dirty. We checked the bed for bed bugs, none of those thank god. But i could see something under the sheet on the mattress protector. I pulled off the sheet and flow blood spots all of quarter of the bed. We went back to the front desk immediately and waited while he helped 2 people check in, no problem. I showed him the picture of the blood on the bed and he says "oh im sorry that happened" goes to get us a new protector so we walk to the room and catches up to say here maam. And expects us to put it on. Not much to offer on breakfast either. Also the hot tub was broken luke warm and dirty.

Filthy. Everything smelled like rotting dairy!!?! and cigarettes. Like, a “hold your breath in the hallway or risk vomiting” kind of smell. The hot tub was so disgusting, it clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time- it’s gonna give people infections. The property itself was really old and kind of falling apart. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were kind. Very very lumpy old pillows and thin sheets, but I believe the beds were clean.

When we checked in to our hotel room, the room door was not closed all the way and was not secure. When we walked in the room it smelled like Mildew and it looked like someone brushed their teeth and left dental floss on the bathroom counter. The bathroom sink would not drain and when you flushed the toilet, it acted like it was clogged every time. Bathroom door would also not shut securely to take a shower. Mold in several spots in the bathroom. Tub and sink were dirty. Sheets looked like they were not washed. We woke up to a lake of water in the morning from the ceiling leaking. And the lights would flicker like we were going to loose power. The thermostat also did not work properly, it was either very stuffy mildewy or very cold. And the pool and hottub looked like it was growing moss! To be honest the list just goes on with the cleanliness and condition of this hotel, I believe OSHA needs to inspect this hotel for health and safety reasons. All though the staff was friendly, it doesn’t make up for the cleanliness and condition of hotel.

This hotel was gross, it was filthy. The hallways were stinky and trashed and the room was in the same condition. The bathroom had hair and weird substances on the counter and the pullout bed had lots of misc items on it showing it hadn’t been cleaned. Luckily we arrived super later and left early and didn’t need to dwell on how unclean this entire hotel was.

check in was easy and the Front Desk receptionist was very nice. We stayed one night and the bed was SO comfy.... the pillows however not so much. They were about 12 x 12 squares. resembled a couch pillow or a throw pillow. I wish the bathroom had an option to turn the fan off but it didn't. Price point was great!!

When I got there I was told my room was 311. I opened its door to find someone else already had occupancy. They reassigned me to 322. I had issues falling asleep because of tiny 12”x12” pillows. Around 10:45 PM someone tried enter the room. Luckily, I had latched the door. The front desk called and said it was the maid service and they went to the wrong room. There was a hair hanging from where the hair dryer mounts to the wall. The bathroom counter was dirty and the walls had marks on them and chipped paint. I was the second occupant downstairs for breakfast and the garbage was still full from the night and the chairs had crumbs on them. Labeling the coffee canisters as regular and decaf would nice. On a positive note, all of the staff I interfaced with were friendly.

It was a okay stay. We just stayed one night. The property is not well maintained. Our door had about an inch from the door to the door frame. As I told my son you could throw a cat through it. Therefore, the door barely latched and I did not feel secure. Also there was a car whose car alarm was going off from time to time throughout the night and the cooling unit did not work as it should. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The hotel room was okay. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. The room was clean but the bathroom was kind of dirty. Our a/c made a super weird loud noise occasionally and I kept having to take off the back of the toilet because something was getting stuck and it wouldn’t flush. The staff wasn’t rude but they also weren’t very friendly. We stayed 2 nights. There was no do not disturb tag to hang on the door which I found odd. I know this seems weird to mention but someone knocked on our door to ask if we wanted clean towels and if we needed to throw away trash. He knocked and before I could even say anything was entering our room. It was super uncomfortable. Luckily we weren’t changing or in the shower but it was super odd and made us feel a little uneasy. He apologized and was nice but it didn’t make it less weird. The hallways and lobby were very run down. The rooms were okay though. We were going to a concert at Red Rocks and the location was very convenient.

Front fesk person at check in was rude. She made us sit in the lobby for 30 minutes before she decided, she would check us in. Then only checked in one of my rooms instead of both of my rooms.The room was okay but not clean. The floor was dirty, hadn't been mopped, so there was mud and dirty all over the floor as you walk in and throughout the room. Bathroom had black mold on the ceil and unclean. Black smudges on the counter, black smudges on the wall and nail clippings on the floor. I did not complain to the front desk because it was very clear at chicken. She really did not give a c*** about us, How we felt about our stay or really didn't even care that we were there. You could tell that our presence was a serious inconvenience for her. The next day I called the front desk to get a couple more towels. The same front desk person was working and she told me I had to come to the front desk to get them, that was not a problem. I walked down there and then when I got there She said oh no, you have to go to housekeeping around the corner. I had already walked past housekeeping now I have to go back and talk to them. Why couldn't she have just told me that over the phone? The breakfast nook had minimal food and was dirty, food, and some sort of beverage spilled all over the floor halfway cleaned up. Not the best property we have stayed at. Not sure I will return to this property.

Our first impressions didn't go well as we waited 30 minutes for anyone to be at the front desk. She was cleaning rooms to help housekeeping, and trust me, they needed the help. Our refrigerator had food in it and food spilled in it. It hadn't been swept, let alone mopped and the floor was sticky. The bathroom door wouldn't latch and the shelf above the toilet was hanging on by 1 screw. There were several holes in the walls and the bathtub was in dire need of replacement. It did have good water pressure though. Breakfast was ok, but there didn't seem to be anyone restocking food. We will not stay here again.

I arrived to check in. The lady at the desk was on her cellphone speaking Indian I think. She never looked up to acknowledge me or let me know she would be with me. I waited 10 minutes and she never looked up. A gentleman came in and was waiting behind me and she still never looked up. I had someone waiting in the car . I went out to let him know I was still waiting . When I returned to the desk there was 4 people waiting and line. I asked the gentleman if he had been helped and he said no. So I decided to go next door to the hotel right next door and got a room. I paid more money. But I did not know how long I was still going to wait just to get help .

This property was beat up, and very mediocre. The housekeeper did not clean our room. They closed the continental breakfast early. They charged me for my room up front plus a $150 security deposit which I will not get back for days after check out, and I was never told about the security deposit. What happened to a credit card guarantee? This hotel was close to our venue and affordable, but only three stars. I have learned my lesson, I will never stay in a Quality Inn again and if a hotel has 3 stars or below, that does not mean average, but ghetto.

While the beds were very comfortable and clean, the rest of the room left much to be desired. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom revealing black mold, which was also visible on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom. In the main area of our room, what appeared to be soda was spilled and dried on the walls and somehow even the smoke detector. During our 4 night stay, housekeeping never once came to clean or take out trash, even after I mentioned the need for it to someone at the front desk on day 3. The Hotels.com listing showed that this location had a gym and a laundry facility, of which it had neither. The kids did enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub. The water appeared clean, but we all had to endure a raw sewage smell in the pool area every day. The security exit door on the side of the hotel was broken and did not lock, meaning anyone could walk into the hallways at any time. To top it all off, outside of the unlocked “security door,” someone was working on their car for two days doing what I can only assume was metal cutting from the very loud noises being made. The extension cord for their tools was run through an open window and across the hallway for anyone to trip over. But at least the beds were comfy. Lol!

The positive is the hotel is very close to Red Rocks if you are seeing a show and a good location if you are visiting various places in CO. There were no bugs and it was fairly quiet. The staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out! The property could use a couple upgrades such as new carpeting in the hallways. I had to ask for extra towels. I don't think housekeeping came in once while I stayed there. The continental breakfast is very basic. For the price, the property was decent.

I was traveling as a single female and when I pulled into the parking lot the conditions of the area, and the hotel, were terrible. The outside was run down and weedy, there was a window removed from a lower room and people were passing things back & forth through the missing window. The feeling of being unsafe was overwhelming so I left and did not even go inside. Expedia should remove this hotel from their system.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in a little bit early even. The hotel was good. It seems like it’s an older place that has had some average cosmetic updates. We did not eat breakfast there so I can’t speak to that. The bed was very comfortable. The location is conveniently located right off the highway and close to downtown. We were able to Uber downtown for about $20 (off peak of course).

Denver is VERY sketchy and the roads are awful-poorly maintained..lots of bumps and potholes. This was one of the few hotels that didn't have homeless and human feces in the parking areas per reviews. We paid about double for this hotel compared to any other place in the country. Our 2nd floor window had a bullet hole. Overall it was average in cleanliness and comfort. Someone messed with out motorcycle in the parking lot. The only button that works without the ignition on, let air outvof our seats...all the air was out-only time that happened on our trip. Once you get outside of Denver, the scenery, etc was gorgeous.

The name "quality" should not be associated with this hotel. The door to my room would not close unless you pulled/pushed very hard. The door in the side of the hotel would not close and latch at all. As there were a few homeless people in the area this made me very uncomfortable.

The property is in desperate need of a remodel! The so-called breakfast was plastic, not food. Most items were gone by 8am. I checked out a day early for medical emergency. Asked for a one night refund - never heard back. Would not recommend!

I booked 2 rooms 1 under my name 1 under a friends. When she checked in they told her the reservation was rejected - it wasn’t. When I checked in they tried to figure out what happened but couldn’t. She was marked as a no show. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice though. Next morning I tried to take a shower but the faucet was completely broken - the fact was hidden well until you tried to turn it on. I need a refund - we’ll figure this out before check out. I would only stay here again if there were no other options anywhere.

Everyone was nice, but the continental breakfast was atrocious. How do you screw up turkey bacon? It literally looked like shoe leather and it tasted like cardboard. The eggs were brown as well. This is a really old hotel, the elevator is kind of scary, and everything smells musty. My room was clean though.

The front desk staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable, I checked them thoroughly and didn't notice any critters. However, there was half a case of beer left in our fridge and a sticky spot on the counter. The rest of the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was very unappealing. We ended up going to Chick-fil-A down the road. I would not stay here again, especially for $150/night.
