Stay was good. Microwave in room didn’t work and ice machine on the floor didn’t work. Other than that stay was good. Room was amazing! Bed was soft

The place is run down. Didn’t have breakfast. The halls are dark and there are sketchy people hanging around 24/7. I didnt feel safe. In fact after one night I booked a room at a different nearby hotel. At registration the man at front desk barely said two words to me. Not friendly at all. I’ll never stay here again.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. It said no smoking but people were smoking all on the property and right outside the room door. The room was absolutely disgusting! Dirty toilet and dark rings around the tub. Hair and dust/dirt everywhere. The bed was slept in, wasn't made and the sheets and blankets were stained. AND the light didn’t work AND the door didn’t lock! No key necessary. Just opened right up. It was like an abandoned building that a hobo was staying in. When I said I wanted a refund she wasn’t surprised or bothered by what I said was wrong, she offered me another room then told me there was nothing she could do, I had to go through hotels.com to request the refund. Luckily, they were helpful and got me the refund.

Breakfast was ok, nothing great. Parking was good. Room was clean but smelled like smoke. People smoking right outside the doors. Needs updating.

Whirlpool tub was amazing and AC was ice cold.
