The hotel is located in back of the Tanger Outlets, which made it possible to walk to the shopping mall! There is also a biking trail next to the property!

Liked that there is a 16 mile biking/walking trail right behind the property. And the fact that the location was just right for dining, shopping & just 7-8 mins. to the beach. I did not necessarily like that the room appeared clean upon first look but having taken a closer look I discovered that the floor throughout the room wasnt very clean and the toilet and bath tub both looked to just be wiped over and not really clean. I reported this to the front desk but didnt get it resolved until I was already in the room a full day and a half and even after that "cleaning" the tub still appeared to be dirty. Not sure what cleaning products are being used but the dirt stood out on an all white tub and other bathroom fixtures. Also the back door to enter/ exit the hotel to the pool area is broken and should be fixed. Anybody can gain access if they choose to. I had read a few reviews before booking a stay last year that I unfortunately had to cancel that reported the same issue with the door and just assumed that it had been fixed.

The room was immaculate and comfortable. The air conditioning was noisy! Just wish there were towels in the pool area--there was a stand; however, no clean towels. I was a little surprised as it was only 3:15pm.

Overall, the property was in a great location and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was convenient. The floor in our room, however was very dirty and hadn't been mopped for a long time. I spilled a drop of water on the floor and my napkin was black after I wiped it up. Also, I didn't expect the towels to be exchanged or the bed to be made during the day, but I stay in many hotels and someone always comes in to empty the trash. Unfortunately this did not happen here. I expected more for $350/night.

It was great, a very cute cozy hotel. Overall was a great stay, loved the location, felt safe, and lovely staff. I would come back despite the minor set backs. The air system was a bit weird, 67 was too cold and 68 it would get too warm, and if it wasn’t at 67 the room got really warm and humid, not sure if it was an older system and the fan was pretty loud. Pretty clean, but one thing I’ll have to mention is that in the bathroom there was hair from previous people…which was not great to find. Breakfast was okay, the bagels were growing mold on them so that was very unfortunate, stuck with the cooked items

The first night all the tv were out halfway through the 2nd day it finally came back on or was fixed. The staff were nice but our room had black hairs all over bathroom and the shower door you can tell was not cleaned for awhile there were no soap or body wash in shower so we had to wait till next day to get and shower.

At first glance of our room, there was hair in the bathroom and the shower floor and inside the refrigerator, as well as some half drunk juice boxes. We had a 4 day stay, our room was never cleaned once. My husband had to get more toilet paper and towels from the front desk. Other than that, the room was decent. We honestly weren't there to spend time in the room. We slept, showered and changed then left for the day.

They should use sound proofing in construction. The hotel looks like it was designed without any privacy concerns in mind. The noise from the room above indicated a very poor acoustic design and transmitted as much noise as a wood framed structure.

Hotel is newer. Rooms are small and good for 2-3 nights but not longer. No closet or space to unpack.No iron in room.Breakfast is exactly the same every day with small selection offered. Great location but overall I think it’s overpriced. Front desk staff vas very polite.

This was a nice, clean option just off the main highway into Rehoboth. We liked the breakfast and the beds were comfortable. However, the water pressure was abysmal and there was virtually no storage in the room for clothing other than a few hooks. It was a great option for an overnight visit on a budget but I probably wouldn't choose to stay here for more than a couple of nights. Overall, though, it was a nice budget option.

I booked the king size bed when I checked in front desk that I got the last room with a king size bed, and it was a handicap room upon arriving to the room. The room was very clean however there was no dresser or bureau only had a TV microwave and a little fridge you had to hang your clothes up on the wall no drawers or anything even though I only stay tonight it was pretty uncomfortable doing that other than that, everything was fine

Room clean and staff nice. Location was good too. We had a problem with the A/C as it was very noisy. Would wake us up each time it came on. Also the door to the room was so heavy and fit right you had to lean on it and push to open it. You can see that someone tried chipping some of the door back by the latch area.

Discovered this hotel on our last trip to Rehoboth. We only go for 1 night to visit family. My primary goal here is a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed. Success! Wyndham beds are great. We will stay again in February when we return.

Housekeeping did not change linens as requested, did not take out trash out the whole stay (no we did not place the DND sign on the door handle), our floor was sandy when we first got there and the shower had orange scum in it. Mirrors were all fingerprinted. Breakfast Saturday morning was barely kept up with, limited options at 8:30am with breakfast lasting an additional hour after. It was a mess. Tried to speak with a manager who was in a meeting during a busy check out. So I contacted the hotel chain online customer service for resolution, very dissatisfied.

We asked for early check-in (around 1:30 pm). They said it could be done at the cost of $80 extra. We had to kill extra 1.5 hours to avoid the early check-in fee. When we got to the reserved room, the room was not even ready. The bed was not fixed. They switched us to other room.

Very happy with our stay...Clean, great location, very good breakfast also. We have to give a BIG shoutout to the Manager. This man can work for me anytime; he was courteous, respectful, and no exaggeration, one of the hardest working guys I ever met. He did so much, and was on site it seemed 24/7.

First, the good things: this is a cute little hotel and it's right by the Tanger outlets which is really convenient. There's a trail right behind for biking that links around to the beach. Breakfast is good, coffee 24/7 and the staff was nice. The rooms have everything you need, coffee pot, microwave, etc. Having said all that, we found a bug sitting on one of our bed's late the one evening, were unable to change rooms (due to it being packed), and due to some miscommunication/staff issues did not get housekeeping or a linen change. I had called the front desk, spoke to housekeeping on our floor, and spoke to someone about it again hours later, and I guess all the linens were being laundered (around dinner time). When I came back later that night, we still hadn't gotten new linens and I texted the number I had and offered to come pick them up. No response until after 11 pm, which at that point I was not feeling up to having someone come in or do it myself (I had spent the afternoon at urgent care/picking up meds). So all in all, cute hotel but mostly I wouldn't go back because if they are so short staffed they can't get linens then that seems to be a problem, especially for the price that you're paying to stay there!

I became too sick to travel. My hotel room was non refundable so I held on to it in the off chance I recovered enough to go. Well, what an extremely nice surprise to get a call from Athan at the front desk when I didn’t check in. He called to see if I was ok. When I said I was too sick to travel he expressed genuine concern. My friends who were at the hotel said he asked about my health the next day. When I was feeling so sick and feeling sorry for myself because I wasn’t with my friends, his call was heartwarming. I’ll definitely make a reservation there again.

Got there on Sunday and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. We used the body soap from the shower the first two days. On Tuesday around noon my mom called the front desk to ask for more towels and soap, they said they’d send them up. I also texted the number I had got when I checked in, that was supposed to get me assistance if I needed anything. More than 3 hours later we hadn’t heard from anyone or received anything. I sent another text and about an hour later someone texted back that they were busy at the front desk but would be up as soon as they could….terrible service.

Kind and helpful staff members. Property is close to the Park and Ride to the beach and also has a beautiful trail beside it. We also enjoyed its close location to the outlets and the many restaurant choices nearby. The hotel was quiet and clean.

The staff was very accommodating. They were fast and friendly with my requests. And the location is excellent. One section of the Tanger Outlet is within walking distance, the beach is a five-minute drive away, and there is a variety of restaurants within walking and/or driving distance.

The hotel is fairly new. The room was clean and good sized. The Microtel rooms have a basic layout. Plenty of electrical outlets. The was close to the stores. Breakfast was adequate. If you need to hang clothes, bring some hangers, there were only three in the room!
