Worst dump I have stayed at in 20 years. Start with the insects in the kitchen. Next was a leftover spoiled burrito left in the microwave. No elevator. We had a wheelchair bound person, and they couldn't have been less interested in helping us change to a room on the first floor. Our handicap request apparently didn't follow us when we changed the reservation the week before. I asked why couldn't they swap us for a ground floor room. They said the hotel was sold out that night - that I can believe. I asked them to look for a room that hadn't arrived yet. Even if it was a downgrade from our reservation. I wouldn't ask for the difference. They insisted EVERY SINGLE ROOM had already checked in and rooms were occupied. At 6:30 in the evening?? Just a flat out lie. They never offered to help, never offered an alternative, never offered compensation never offered anything!! Like I said, worst hotel stay l can remember.

Cabinets were from 1980’s, very tired condition. It’s “extended stay”. I would suggest ice cube trays and maybe 4 glasses, plates, utensils etc. then. Rooms really need a remodel to freshen the appearance.

The hotel door lock malfunctioned and wouldn't lock and the dead bolt was un usable. It didn't fit into a hole to lock. Hotel under construction. My daughter's room was missing a couch. They offered refund. Not refunded yet. Told me to contact Expedia to get refund and that's been impossible

Our stay was quite less than satisfactory. The clerk in the check in office did not greet us with a hello or any sign of polite cheerfulness. In the room it was musky. No cups for drinks. No ice machine A roach on the night stand. No toiletries. Limited tv channels. No pool. 3 pillows for 2 people no coffee pot. Small free breakfast. Don’t stay here. The live roach did me in!

It's under renovation so it has a lot of miscellaneous things around on walkways and thungs strewn about, this aren't all in working order currently. After the renovation in sure it'll be better. Be aware that I-95 and track tracks are right outsise so its very noisy if you're a light sleeper.

I had a room on the second floor (no elevator, which can be tough for a solo traveler with heavy suitcases and bad knees). The smell had an awful smell, a mix of old cigarettes and humidity. I found 3 live roaches and 2 dead in the bathroom and 3 big dead in the kitchen. They gave me a second room that didn't smell that bad and apparently no roaches. The cleaning lady almost brought my door door from her banging.

Quite literally the dirtiest and worst \'hotel\' i\'ve ever stayed at. Roadside motels are better and 1/4 the price! Ants in the bathtub, roaches in the master. Carpet damp and an overwhelming smell of chemicals - as if the room smells were so bad they saturated the carpet with something else. The "Grab & Go" breakfast. 2 month EXPIRED bars, they ran out of outmeal. The second day - still nothing. Staff said "their breakfast shipment didn\'t arrive". There\'s a costco down the street. The owners clearly show they dont care. Avoid this location.

The room was disgusting. The carpet was sticky and the room smelled bad. The door gets stuck not even half open on the sticky carpet. We got there late as my wife had a treatment that night then again early in the morning at a medical facility nearby. We called around to find another hotel but everything was booked. After midnight we went out and slept in the car and came back in in the morning just to use the bathroom.

This place is gross. The first thing I saw when pulling into the parking lot was trash everywhere. There were open bags of trash all throughout the parking lot and right outside the door of the rooms. There was a pile of trash directly outside of my room. There were used feminine pads strewn about the parking lot. I get into the room and it immediately smells like someone had been chain smoking in there. This was supposed to be a non smoking building. I went into the bathroom where there were hair shavings on the counter. The tub had some black stuff on the bottom that washed away when I turned the shower on. All the towels were stained. In the bed I felt like there might have been bed bugs I was itching all night. The other occupants were loud and ghetto. Their grab and go “breakfast” was gross too. I would never recommend this place and I wish I could get a refund.

Unpleasant experience to say the least. After a long day of travel, had a cockroach jump into my medicine bag in the bathroom. Later a second one appeared in the same bathroom (see picture below). Also woke up itching most mornings, likely because of bed bugs. We tried to tell someone who had come into the room for an unrelated inspection of some sort. Later when we called the front desk about what cod be dine about it they attempted to blame us for not telling the right person.

No continental breakfast and although the rooms include a kitchenette there is absolutely nothing to cook with. Remote for the TV had no batteries and the phone to the front desk was totally disconnected

I was very disappointed in the room. The appliances were old, the refrigerator was not that clean, a lamp in the living room was old and worked when manually plugged in. The room was facing the highway and was noisy. This is not the first time I stayed in the extended stay at this location, and I was very surprised at the room that I had, but I didn’t want to change the room because it would be a hassle because I had my cat with me and I didn’t feel like packing up and moving. The next time I come and stay at the extended stay in Boca I will look at the room first, and if it’s not up to my liking, I will just change rooms.

I am in my 60's. This was the second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The worst was a place we stayed at during spring break in college. A bug crawled out of the bed, the door would not open/close properly, the cabinets were broken down, a light bulb was missing, the tv remote was missing, the clerk was not at the front desk when I arrived, a dirty wash cloth was in the bathroom, the room smelled like mildew, a busy train runs along the edge of the property and sound like it is coming into the building during the night....this place just needs torn down and re-built.

It took 10 minutes for anyone to answer the door or the phone just to be told that they overbooked and they couldn’t do anything for me that I had to call and request a refund completely disturbing. I have no interest in attempting to book with them again, could’ve at least tried to help find a replacement room or something since they didn’t have anything available.

I was able to check-in a little early, which was VERY convenient, and when I got there I was upgraded for no extra charge because the room I had booked had become unavailable. Overall a great experience, I’ve been here before and will definitely be back. The manager is such a sweet woman!

My stay here was so bad I had do check out before I planned and find another place to spend the night. First, the room that I paid for wasn’t available. Apparently, there is a problem with the hotel’s website and it’s showing availability when there isn’t actually, causing overbooking. The front desk lady is the only reason I’m giving 3 starts to service. She was very nice, explained the situation and for me another room for the same price. That room was disgusting. The beds were not made, there was left over food from the previous guest and even a dirty diaper on the table. She got me another room. I spent the night just to find out the next morning that the door wasn’t locking. They got me another room. Even though there is a non smoking policy, the smell of cigarettes was unbearable. I just gave up. Property management should be better. I never felt so unsafe and uncomfortable.

I wasn\'t able to check into my room for over FOUR HOURS. They kept telling me "the room wasn\'t ready and the people that were in there before left a mess". They wouldn\'t give me a new room and the when I finally did get to the room one of the bathrooms still had cleaning supplies all over and was still a disgusting mess and completely unusable. It was unbelievably gross and I\'m shocked no one has given me ANY sort of apology or compensation.

My husband & I had a very bad time with our stay. We were put in a room that should have been used. We did not have pillows, no shower curtains, no utilities. The staff were rude. We were told by the manager that the room they gave was not to be rented. We were promised a full refund for the horror-able night we had. We have not gotten this refund yet, it’s been a over a week now.

Not a good experience. Room had a horrible smell as if a heavy drug user was smoking in the room. Light on the wall had wires hanging out of it. Other guests were hanging out working on the cars in the parking lot at all times of the night and heavily drinking making loud noises through your the night up until 2AM many of the nights I was there.

I did like the size of the studio, I liked the cleanliness , quiet place, and the staff. I didn’t like the area is so away from restaurant, I didn’t like the carpet it does stink.

This place is a dump! No where near worth $200!! Faucet broken, Formica cracked, sink dirty! The only other place I ‘ve stayed was the dump in Boynton Beach ! You need to check these places out before you push them!! Oh, and no full breakfast, just a grab-n-go!! And it was crap!!

We booked a bedroom suite with pull out couch. When we got there they gave us a room. Upon entering it was a double bed. Not a suite. No couch. It was also musty. I went back to front desk. She said there are no suites available and she just checks people in. The system has no way to reserve a suite. Even though i booked this two months before. There is no breakfast. Just some hot coffee on one day. Following day the table with coffee was gone. It’s an old place. We made it work. But it was sub par.

Trash not collected from the kitchen, no plates, silverwares or glasses in kitchen, toilet cover sit loose, poor breakfast, just muffins, coffee and cocoa drink. Had to move to other room because of the marijuana smell inside the room.
