This property overall is about 2.5 to 3.0 stars. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was construction going on inside the hotel when we checked in after 6:30, it was very noisy until around 8pm. This property could use some attention to details; dirty hallways (carpet and floor boards); Office chair arm rest was broken, toilet seat was loose; toilet tank was leaking water and running; presentation of breakfast and dining area could use some attention (better organization and cleaning). My stay was disappointing, expected the place to be better kept, hope this helps the hotel and visitors to this hotel.

Only one elevator for all five days we stayed. The breakfast was always the same compere the same hotel chains up north. Sorry but I will not book again with your place.

The staff was nice, the fitness center needs an update and the pic on the website has more equipment, no towels at the pool the lobby smells gross, pool is a mosquito graveyard, the snack store is overpriced and contains unappealing food. The room cleaners do a great job, but the laundry room needs a cleaning. Filtered water bottle fountain in lobby is a huge plus.

The hotel was clean but the only place I had a clean issue was the Pool. The water had particles of different unclean substances in it. I therefore couldn’t stay in it for an extended time . No complaints of the food and beverage department and my room was clean and comfortable. I had no wash cloths but sufficient towels.

Upon arriving to our room, I checked the bed for cleanliness, there were 2 small blood stains on the sheets. I called the front desk and they changed our room promptly. Not sure if these sheets weren’t changed or if the staff put stained clean sheets on the bed, you should use this incident as a teaching tool for the staff. The room we were moved to was right next to the elevator very noisy, could hear loud noises every time the elevator was used. Checkout was 11 am, I called and asked for a late checkout, only able to extend checkout to 11:30. Disappointed with my stay.

We stayed for 7 days and a single day were we disappointed. Our King size bed room was also spacious, bedding is perfect, bathroom with big walk-in shower, and all the bathroom accessories. Very nice surprise to have shampoo, body wash and conditioner in big sticking to the wall containers, instead of tiny bottles some hotels serve you. The towels also have been in abundance. The breakfast area is clean and very modern. Every morning there were a lot of choices to eat, great variety of coffees and teas. I will not continue, just to make it short- we like everything about our stay and Hilton is our point to stay in Boca for our future visits. I even became a Hilton Honor member, so when I travel, I will be looking for Hilton to stay and hope not to be dissappointed.

This property is advertised as remodeled but I found it to be in terrible shape. It is old and worn and the room had severable worn or broken items. Additionally, upon arrival, I found hair and nails in the bathroom. I'll never stay here again and will be sure to warn others with various reviews.

Property and room were clean, check in was easy, was given an upgrade to a lovely room that was quiet. Wifi was not as strong as I needed for work, but that may have something to do with me being on the 3rd floor. I'm not sure. Staff was friendly and kind. What I didn't know was that if I wanted my room cleaned, I needed to request it the night before. So when I left for the day in the morning, I tried to request my room to be cleaned. The young guy behind the counter told me I needed to do that the night before, but he would see if it can get done that day. It wasn't a big deal to me, but knowing that information beforehand would have been nice. I did come back that evening to a clean room, so I was thankful.

Yoilets are lousy. Once flushed they fill at such a slow rate that you cannot flush again for at least 5-7 minutes. The "new" style plumbing is NOT efficient to the conmsumer. Cannopt stay there again./ No water pressure for showers that was worthwhile. Overly eco friendly and customer unfriendly. People were very nice but water is a problem.

Made a reservation thru Travelocity and paid in advance. Get to the hotel at 2 am after flight delay and the clerk could not get the computer to work to check me in and give me a room card key. No attempt to call anyone. No acknowledgement that I had a child with me. Had to go look for another hotel on my own because of the time Other hotels would not accept travelocity reservations.

I stayed for 4 nights and no one ever cleaned the room. Every morning I would go down to make sure they would come, and no one could give me an answer as to why. The staff at the counter were very friendly and concerned, but in the end, no one came.

My only issue, with my stay, the room was not ready at the time it was scheduled. The room was supposed to be ready for check-in at 3pm. I arrived at 4pm, and the room was still not ready. Had to wait in the lobby for an additional 30-45minutes until the room was ready.

My stay was great as always, but at check in this time wasnt so pleasant the gentleman who check me in made me run my card twice so i got ding twice fir the deposit and the lady who was with him claim it only ran once but my bank say it was ran twice i hate being lie to just be honest say you made a mistake and the second charge still hasnt fall off yet as they claim it will once i check out well today is Wednesday one still didnt fall off totally upset.

Just off route 95 and across the street from the Doubletree on Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach, this place is convenient and usually inexpensive. I found it a good value for the weekend. I liked it better than best westerns in the area and some other chains.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just okay. The AC was very loud in my room and the toilet never flushed properly. The most disappointing aspect, though, was the breakfast. Both mornings that I stopped by to eat before going to work, they were out of main items. The first morning they offered biscuits and sausage gravy but there were no biscuits available for over an hour (both I and my coworker who was ahead of me encountered this). Then on the second morning, there were no eggs available. This was frustrating as the hotel offering breakfast was one of the primary reasons I chose them.

I already had thoughts of construction from my last visit to the hotel. This was no different. But at least it was 1st floor renovations. That was until I woke and went for breakfast. Last time they had eggs and meat. But this time for some reason they had jimmy dean sandwiches to be heated in a microwave. Not what I expected from this hotel.

Property appeared to be recently renovated and well kept. Bed was comfortable. The negatives were a lack of housekeeping even though signage specifically calls for it on alternate days. The other issue which some may not find satisfactory relates to food safety, ie yogurt and other dairy products were not kept cool and were left at room temperature.

The property common areas were clean, and the staff helpful and very friendly. Kudos to Barbara at the front desk that was always willing to assist and make guest feel welcomed. Though the breakfast was limited, it was very satisfying. The only drawback was that there was only one meat option per day, therefore if a person doesn’t like turkey sausages and that what’s being served, there were no other options. However, I stayed there for 8 days and it appears as though their housekeepers don’t provide the same caliber of work. The rooms are cleaned every other day, however, it looks like my shower was never touched, because the soap scum and dirt started to appear in the tub.
