Unfortunately, the pictures don't match the property. It could be nice, but needs about a million to get it there. Pool full of leaves, carpets dirty, outside walkways filthy. Over all pretty bad.

The property was poorly maintained. There were lots of dead leaves on the ground and hanging from the trees. The pool was closed because it had leaves in it and needed to be cleaned. The Front Desk Attendants took their sweet time checking people in and talking among themselves which caused a long line to form. The front desk did not have change for the Washers and Dryers. These machine would not accept my Credit Card, even though it stated it could. No Drinks nor Snack vending machines were available.

I have stayed at La Quintas before and have been very satisfied. This facility desperately needs renovations, and the pool should not appear green in color. We will never stay here again.

The room was a good size, but not clean, shower was good. The rooms need to be updated. The pool was closed when we arrived and was not notified about that. There was 1 Woman named Iris that worked there who seemed to have all the knowledge about the place and was super helpful. She should be running the place.

During our stay, someone urinated inside the elevator. I almost slipped on it. Got it splashed on my legs. Told front desk. Someone dried it but the elevator reeked of urine. The elevator inspections paper dated expiration dates 2019. Phone is room didn’t work.

This place was absolutely disgusting, to the point that we had to leave and book another hotel. There was so much mold that we got an instant headache when we walked in and it was extremely difficult to breathe. If you have any sort of asthma or condition this place could be a serious hazard. Do not recommend.

It's a ghetto hotel. There was a robbery at night in front of my room door. So shady. No maid service. No breakfast. No coffee. Nothing. The place is never cleaned. Roaches. When I woke up, I found a two inch long curly worm in my bed. That thing was in the bed while I was sleeping! So gross! Be prepared for the crackheads wandering the parking lot to rob your car. This place should be condemned.

The place was filthy and stinky. The front desk staff was rude and smug. When I complained about the $100 deposit per room he threw my credit card at me. It was so bad, we found another place to stay even though we couldn’t get our $$ back from this reservation. I will never stay at another LaQuinta again, nor will I use Hotels.com again. No way to speak to anyone about the conditions.

TV did not work, tried calling front desk SEVERAL times and no answer at all, went to front desk and there was 5 people in front of me and the service was extremely slow, after waiting 40 minutes I just went back.. the bathroom was disgusting dirty and the carpet stained all over, looks like it was never washed. The smell was awful.. the bedsheets was stained. I couldn’t stay there, horrible experience.

I travel a lot for my job and this was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Our room was musty, hair found in the bed, large stains on the floor, hair on the floor in the bathroom along with a used bandaid in the middle of the bathroom floor, ants on the dresser, food or something on the sides of the dresser and on multiple areas of the wall, and mold on the walls in the bathroom. They stated their were no more rooms available so I got a clean set of sheets since their was a hair in our bed when I pulled down the comforter. The floors were gross and had not been cleaned and carpets not vacuumed. When I through the sheets on the floor when changing the sheets, a bunch of black things were picked up on them when I went to place it from the middle of the floor to a corner of the room. Absolutely disgusting!! To top things off the continental breakfast on the app is really of "To Go" bag from behind the service counter with an apple, granola bar, and packaged muffin. Even with all the issues I was only given partial refund for a travesty of a stay!!

It was terrible. The first room they gave us. It smells so bad and it was so dirty and they moved us to another room which was no better. There was a cockroach in the microwave. The toilet clogged at 1:00am and they didn’t have a plunger and I had to go out and buy a plunger and they wouldn’t help clean it up or reimburse me for the plunger.

I arrived around 10 pm and the room was not for what I paid. I reserved a 2 double beds room and they gave me a one king bed room, I requested to change and they were sold out, so I needed to sleep with my wife and daughter on the same bed. The room was dirty, it was never cleaned in 3 days, the toiler paper was not collected. The carpet has stains and when I walked barefoot my feet were dirty as hell. I never received additional bath soap.

Air conditioning worked great customer service was excellent but I had to switch rooms 3 times to get a room that was decent enough to sleep in. The first room had no television, the second room smelled like it had been rained in and was filthy, and then finally I got a room where it was tolerable still not the cleanest and it had a smell still but not as bad. It was super late and I was so exhausted if I didn’t boo the room last minute I would have definitely reconsidered staying here.

First room assigned to us was horrible! The TV wasn’t working, the bathroom flooded, the room upstairs had water leaking into our closet, the carpet and floor was drenched in water, and the beds were extremely low. Advertised as two double beds fitting for individuals when reality only two people can sleep on those comfortably. The second room after upgrading due to the first room issues was extremely better. Only issue with that room was the broken table, smaller TV, and wallpaper coming off.

had to go to the office to have the room key programmed several times upon arrival, smoke detector beeped every 30 seconds, went to the front desk and ask for a replacement battery, but they had none and i was told maintenance was on vacation. the toilet flusher was broken, had to manually set the chain every flush. the remote to the tv only turned the tv on/off, would not change channels. all of this was reported to the front desk and none was every fixed. the complimentary breakfast did not exist, a few residents said its been months since they put any out. this has been an horrible experience

This place is fine if you are in a bind for a quick 1-nighter but it is pretty run down and dingy. The fridge and microwave are literally just on the floor. Hotel had various damage throughout out the building, not well maintained. The tub was gross. It is one of the few doors on outside models. They did have cameras, so that was better.

It’s no Marriott, and I imagine my girlfriend would feel slightly different had she been here, but for a low maintenance, easy to please individual like myself, it was good enough. I’d say it’s pretty much what one would expect—a bit dated, a mediocre mattress, and Everything was just fine aside from the guy working the front desk.

Absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t stay there. Then the staff was ignoring expedias calls to get our money back. We had to go in an make her answer. She kept putting them on hold for almost an hr while she sat there on her phone. We could see her through the window door.

At the time of our check-in, we noticed that the guest in front of us was asking for a refund as the room was not clean and appeared to have mildew. The 1st room they gave had a musty and mildewy order upon entry. The room was not very clean and the closet revealed a lot of black spots on the white paint which appeared to be Mildew. We we took several pictures and returned to the front desk. They gave us another room. at the stairway going up to that room, there were other guests outside that were drinking and smoking pot. the second room was clean and better than the first room. But then we noticed that the dresser on which the TV sits appeared to have water damage and pieces from the back and bottom were breaking off. The shower drain was not working properly and we sent a text message reporting that problem and asking that someone come to see at the following day as we are out of the apt. No one ever came. We were also disappointed that they only left us two towels and enough regular coffee for one person. the first night we slept in one of the two double beds, but noticed that the mattress was old and was buckling in the middle. The second night we slept in the second mattress, which was better. The air conditioning in this room was extremely noisy. The free breakfast was a joke, paper bad w/ one apple, one granola bar & one muffin. Was disappointed, even though we had paid approximately $180 per night to stay here.

Check-in took 30 minutes, clerk didn’t even say anything for half the time just sitting there trying to figure out how to resolve the issue. Reserved a king bed, got to room it was 2 beds instead. Not a word about the switch. Breakfast advertised on Expedia but they had signs about “renovations”.

I had stayed in other La Quintas before, but this location is located in a terrible area. The room was dirty and glummy. As a woman alone on a business trip, I didn’t feel safe. I had to request a refund right away and look for a different hotel.

We chose the hotel on the basis that there is breakfast included in the price. This hotel cost a little more than others nearby. However, we didn't get breakfast on two days, nothing and on two cold coffee and a small muffin. We informed the clerk about this and another customer (she was local) was also doing the same thing at the same time. The clerk promised to inform the manager about this. When I asked later. The answer was that Complimentary breakfast is like this and it costs nothing. However, when making a reservation, it is stated that breakfast is included in the price. When I left, my glasses were left in the room. My own mistake. When I arrived at the next hotel, I asked the Manager's email if they had been found. They could have kindly answered even if they hadn't found them.

No breakfast served, they stated that the breakfast room is under renovation. The hotel is a disaster my toilet bowl was clogged all night front desk sent plumber the following morning. This hotel should not be in operation. I had to cancel my remaining 2 days and checked in at another Hotel

The management had a note posted cancelling the breakfast without compensation for the guests. I selected La Quinta for two reasons: free breakfast and pet friendliness. I understand when they have to cancel the breakfast amenity due to renovation, however they should offer guests a discount on their rates or provide them with a discount for breakfast at a local restaurant.

They advertised breakfast but when I got there they said the kitchen was closed, so no breakfast was offered. There was a surprise $100 deposit at check in even though I prepaid. The key card for the room I booked was broken. After returning to the front desk twice because we couldn't enter the room, they sent me to a different room instead of fixing the lock. Once I got in, the room was dirty a liquor bottle was behind the curtain, the toilet didn't flush well, the tub was stopped up. It was all together gross. The next day I complained and was given the original room. They fixed that lock and upon opening the door the smell of mold was overwhelming. The lamp fixtures were broken and dirty. It was uninhabitable. THIS WAS COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISING. This was not up to the standard of a La Quinta hotel. In fact, there wasn't even a La Quinta sign in front of the hotel. Don't stay here. Ultimately, Hotels.com credited my account with points equal to what I spent and I found much better accommodations.

There’s a $100.00 deposit didn’t know about. The coffee bar advertises as always available not true 7am full pot but cold also advertises was breakfast is included but no breakfast is available. The room was adequate but the toilet water always ran. The place looked a little rundown.

Breakfast included advertised. NOT, closed for remodeling. One of the reasons I picked this hotel, was for the breakfast. Phone and TV did not work and when I tried to contact front desk I could not reach anyone, was too tired to walk to front desk. Was surprised no microwave or refrig in room, could not open closet door. Will not stay there again, was not up to what i expected from a LaQuinta.

Carpeting needs replaced because it was filthy and greasy. Air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet. Breakfast was a grab and go. Grap and go was a small muffin and 1 granola bar , no apple.
