Only 20 rooms so not too many people. Pool is right outside the room. The beach is 1 block away. The staff is friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. Walking distance to the Deerfield Beach pier and restaurants. Water toys and beach chairs available.

We stayed in a great room with a living room, bedroom and kitchen. Everything was very clean. Check in was easy. The beach is a block away. The pool was kept clean. They provide you with beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella -invaluable. Only negative, the water never really gets cold but we just bough huge bottles of water and kept them in the fridge - there is ice also. For any shopping needs, you need a car.

We stayed at Ocean Villas of Deerfield and really liked it. Our room with a kitchen and king-size bed was spacious and clean. The office closes at 6pm, but even though we arrived late at night, they still accommodated us without any issues. They don’t offer room service, but towel exchange and everything else was easy and accessible. The pool was clean, and the whole property was well-maintained. Parking is small but there was enough space for everyone. Plus, the location was easy to find. Overall, a nice and comfortable place to stay!

We stayed here for 5 days in June and everything was perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet area just a short walk from the beach. Free parking was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived after 6:00 PM, so we were offered a quick self-check-in by picking up our room key without staff being present — very convenient. The room was extremely clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and in great condition. The bathroom was modern and comfortable. We also appreciated having a separate bedroom. In the morning, we completed our check-in with lovely Debra and received towels, a beach umbrella, and chairs. The beach is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The pool was also nice and relaxing. Checkout was quick and easy. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the cozy atmosphere and excellent service!

We love this hotel. Everything is very neat and clean. The beach is straight ahead and one block away. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. You don't have to drive anywhere during your stay if you don't wish too. The atmosphere is totally relaxing and laid back. Debbie and the staff are great. She's very professional and welcoming to the guests; making sure that their stay is enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Bed sheets had dirty stains. There was hair in the bed sheets from other people. Disgusting! We got a bargain for the stay but if I knew I was getting the smallest room, I would refuse. The room I got. I could barely walk around the bed.

What an awesome place! Very clean and comfortable. Check-in & checkout was a breeze. Debbie (manager on site) was pleasant and on top of things. Walking distance to the beach and half mile to the bars & restaurants. The only bad thing was that we didn’t stay long enough. Definitely will be returning to Ocean Villas.

I’ve stayed here before without problems. This time the room smelled heavily of mildew. Took my breath away. When checking out was told”next time get a king studio”. Shouldn’t matter what room I reserve, it should never smell like mildew. Was also told “well you know this is Florida “. Been traveling here for work for over 11 years with many trips each year and never before have I experienced this. So not a “Florida “ problem. This room had issues.

Parking is limited but so worth it. Debby is great. Very picky about the cleanliness of places we stay & this place was so clean and wonderful. ZERO BUGS, ZERO TRASH, ZERO FILTH!! Right across from beach. Staff was so kind!!! We will be back soon!! AMAZING PLACE!!!

Great little place across the street from the beach! Old school motel, but it has been renovated with new tile, nice appliances in the kitchenette, etc. Very clean. The only issue I had was a musty/moldy odor in the room, which may be due to the split AC system that just needs to be cleaned. Several nice dining options within walking distance. I'll definitely come back.

Debbie was great with communication and took good care of us. Room was very spacious with multiple areas and a big closet to hang your clothes. There was a pool onsite that looked nice. The beach was 1 block away so very convenient. Only negative: they didn't have washclothes, there wasn't a trash can in the bathroom, and the recliner in our room didn't work.

Me and my husband checked in and this place far exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect (right across from the beach.) The rooms are huge with a kitchen and big bathroom. Most importantly everything is clean and extremely well taken care of.

I was treated like a criminal by the "new" office personnel. Got back to my room around 4 pm after an afternoon at the beach with someone beating on the door. I was scared it was the police from the force of the knocking. I open the door and it was the cleaning ladies and office personnel. First words out of her mouth was why are you still here. Followed by You didnt check out this morning. I was so confused. Im trying to tell her i paid for 3 days and 2 nights.She wasnt trying to hear a word i was saying. She kept saying well my boss is getting after me for you still being here. You were supposed to check out hours ago. I grabbed my phone and showed her my expedia app booking. Which clearly stated 3 days and 2 nights. She rudely apologized for the incident. Never received an apology from the office manager or hotel owner. I shouldve known when i went to the office to check in by the office personnel and she keyed my debit card number under the wrong reservation. Will never stay there again.

Office manager is rude. She needs to retire. I asked to check if we could extend our stay before we checked in and she very rudely said,”do you know what a reservation is? It s the day you check in and the day you check out. I’m all full and have nothing available.” So I booked the extra 4 nights at another resort down the road. When I was checking out she asked if I was heading back home. I told her I was heading to the other resort I booked. She asks why I didn’t try to extend my stay. I told her I did and what she told me. She acted like she didn’t remember. She looks on the computer and tells me she can put me in a different room for those nights. I politely said no thanks I’ve already paid for the resort we were going to. I could keep going with some of the things that happened while there but I don’t have enough room to write it all. This was not the first time I had a problem with this lady. The first time I stayed there she was so rude I said I would never go back. The place I’ve been staying at was booked up so I figured I would give them another shot because they have nice rooms but I won’t be back anymore. She’s way too rude and nasty. Shouldn’t have someone like that running a resort and dealing with people cause she’s not friendly at all. After looking at reviews it looks like there’s a lot of people that feel like I do about her. Time for the owner to hire someone else!! Let me know when you do and I will come back, but until then I won’t be back.

The property is clean, well maintained, meets basic need and well priced. However the manager Debbie needs to be sent to etiquette school.She is condescending, curt, disrespectful, treats patrons as if they were kindergarten children and her tone and accusatory gaze were rude, unnecessary and inappropriate for a customer relation job. A control and power hungry freak!!! Her behavior negates all the positive aspects of the property. It's ashame!

Very large rooms and immaculately clean. My only issue was the noise, especially from motorcycles racing up and down the street. There’s also the conversations outside your door. Having chairs out there does not help this at all. I also observed the staff: manager and maintenance people yelling back and forth….not very restful on one’s vacation. Seemingly oblivious to the fact that someone is paying to stay there!

The room was clean, large and comfortable. The pool was sparkling and delightful. The property was small and manageable. The location was literally across the street from a beautiful, free public beach with bathrooms and outdoor shower. The staff were friendly and truly interested in being helpful. Parking was so easy and everything you might need was very close by! Loved my stay!
