One of the nicest places we have stayed! Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable! Loved that you were guaranteed a parking spot right outside your room. No worries about coming back late and searching for parking. The grounds of the motel are nicely decorated and have lots of plants and trees, plus little huts where you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. Staff was very friendly as well as the maids, who did an excellent job! They have breakfast in the mornings by the main lobby and have laundry facilities by the pool which came in really handy because we like to pack light. There is a Dennys, a McDonald’s, a cigar bar and 2 gas stations right in the same parking lot. All kinds of things to do in the area, Everglades, close to the Keys, alligator farm, Biscayne Bay, outlet mall, this is the perfect location!

I really like this place, first of all it was very clean, which is super important for us. Also the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good too. The property has a pool, ice dispenser and laundry room with a small additional cost. I highly recommend this place!

Great location close to the Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park, and the Keys. There are restaurants and Walmart close by if you want/need it. The beds are super comfortable, and the pool is salt water and nice and warm. Laundry is available too.

We really enjoyed our stay here. All the rooms are on 1st level, so no one above you making noise. The breakfast was nice. The pool was heated which was very nice. The grounds are well kept.

you have a lot of restaurants in the area and the parking was free and you could park directly in front of your room. The room was awful smelled weird, the sheets looked dirty and used. On the blanket we found some stains that looked like sh*t..i took everuthing from the bed and I gave them to the guy at the front desk. He gave us clean sheets... The breakfast was very basic, the only good thing was the waffles.

The room and the property was very clean, parking was very convenient as you park directly in front of your room.The bathroom shower has a good flow of water and gentle on your body, water doesn’t back up, toilet looks new not dated, microwave and fridge also works great. The room isn’t too small. They provide a good breakfast and the staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend here.

Super clean not a piece of garbage anywhere on the property. Rooms and bathroom was spotless. I’d stay here again. Worth the extra couple bucks to stay here. My family tried save a couple bucks staying at the garden inn up the street. That place was an armpit stain of hotel. Do you yourself a favor and stay here!

We had pretty low expectations for this property; afterall, it’s a motel. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how well we actually liked it. The room was clean (except for the floor - make sure you wear slippers or flip flops), the grounds were meticulously kept with beautiful flowering bushes, the pool was heated, parking is right outside your door making it very convenient for bringing your bags in, the king size bed was super comfortable, a continental breakfast was provided (it was edible, but not great), there was a mini fridge that also had a freezer, a microwave, and coffee maker. The rolling office chair really needed to be replaced. There is no separate closet; although there is an area to hang clothes right next to the vanity which is outside the bathroom. I prefer to hang my clothes and there weren’t a lot of hangers, so we picked up some cheap hangers from Walmart which is just down the road. We had a great location for our room. It was at the very end, past the pool. Room 229. Although there were a few things that needed attention (the floor and the chair), I gave it five stars based on the type of property it is and the affordability. We would stay here again.

The AC unit in my room was very loud. I barely slept. I'd turn it down to 73 high or medium it'd get warm in the room. At 70-72 it was too loud. Other than that. It was a great stay. The breakfast was yummy!!

This was a basic no frills motel, unfortunately it is single floor, park your car out front and some people have no thoughts to how loud their vehicles are and during our stay sat with it idling in front of our room at 11pm for over an hour(not the properties fault). Not very noise proof, Doors slamming etc., not a restful stay but was a quick stop so average. Clean enough.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Front desk was friendly and the breakfast was good. The only issue I have is the rooms are non smoking but if the guest beside you smokes outside it then comes into your room via the air conditioner. They have signs outside the rooms that read smoking/vaping or smoking marijuana are prohibited in the room. Makes no sense if the outside smoke is coming into the room anyways. I would not stay here again due to this reason. Maybe there should be a smoking area for the guests away from the rooms.

We stayed here really just to sleep. Used the pool once and breakfast once. Good location to get to the Keys and Everglades and affordable. Beds are close to the door and window so if you’re sensitive to noise, you’ll hear everything outside- this includes the cars as it’s maybe 3 ft from parking to the door. Other than that, we would stay here again!

Gio at the front desk gave great recommendations and very friendly. Wasn't expecting our room cleaned on night 2 because he said it's every 3rd day but, let them know if we need anything, so that was a pleasant surprise. We just needed a place to crash on a quick weekend girl's trip and this place exceeded expectations! Breakfast was okay but they try hard! Good location for exploring the keys and lots of shopping and dining options near by

Excellent staff, rooms, and property. We are traveling with a large group, two scout troops with 32 people in total. The manager, Sunny, reached out to us a few times before our arrival to make sure he and his would have everything ready for us. We arrived and I let the two nice ladies at the front desk that we were the scout group checking in and they were ready for us. They recommended a great pizza place to feed a large group and that the place would give us a discount with the map they provided. The little tiki huts they have and outdoor seating provided a great place to eat dinner and hang out. The scouts and adults also enjoyed the pool. Thank you to Sunny and his staff for the friendly and kind service as we had been traveling since 4 AM.

Great little motel with nice breakfast and clean rooms. The customer service was also very nice. The only down was that the motel was in the back of a gas station, surrounded by other shops. From the pictures, I had the impression it was more secluded or in a more peaceful surrounding. It was a nice two night stay for a day trip to the Everglades and a day trip to Biscayne NP.

Planning to visit Everglades National Park and stay over the weekend, this place offers great value for money, so we stayed for two days. Parking is designated right in front of the room, and breakfast is provided. It’s very close to the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center, but a bit far from Shark Valley. The Florida Keys Outlet is nearby. A very nice place.

The room was reasonably quiet, but the pillows were terrible, all lumpy. The breakfast was not very good. The coffee and juice machines were broken the first day. They did bring out a coffee pot and the juice machine was fixed the next day. The bagels were still cold from the freezer.

Room clean, shower hot, bed comfortable, area quiet. Breakfast was good but plan on getting there early. The first day we ate at 6:30am and there was hardly anyone there. Food was well stocked and waffle makers had no wait. Second day we made the mistake of going around 8am. The lobby was packed with no place to sit. The fruit and sausage were out. We got some coffee and left.

Clean, comfy hotel with decent space (tho we basically eat and shower in our away-from-home digs, so those spending significant time at their rooms may disagree). It does have breakfast every day, including premade fried egg rounds (easy for an English muffin sandwich- no cheese or meat), toast/ English muffins/ waffles, juice, milk, coffee and tea, some cereal. I didn’t mind, but my better half wasn’t impressed. To be fair, he’s a huge fan of breakfast so that’s not surprising.” It would get old after a couple days for those staying a bit longer. If I could give half stars, I’d give 4.5.
