The room was dirty. Floor was not swept or mopped. We had dirty feet from walking around the room. Only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths were given for a 3 night stay with 4 guests. The bathroom had hair all over the back of the door, bathtub was dirty, sink had mold, toilet was cracked and patched up. Ac wouldn't stay on. I had to buy clorox wipes and wipe everything down, including the floor. The bedding was stained, the bed skirt had mold on it. Pool closes at 8pm and they dont even let you just sit in the area and relax. lights in pool are both burnt out. One of the staff members was rude, she kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to explain to my husband what she was saying. (She was telling us to leave the pool area) I took pictures of everything and how i left my room when I checked out. All around not worth the money to stay, it may have been cheap, but I definitely got what I paid for. Now let's see if I get my deposit back. I left the room cleaner than I got it.

This place looked like it’s ready to be retired. The drawers on the dresser kept opening on its own. Didn’t want to run into them in the middle of the night. Had to jam a napkin between the drawers to keep it from opening. (Thought it was haunted at first.). The toilet seat was wobbly. The linen was damp. The whole room had a moldy smell. The pool looked dirty so couldn’t use it. Upon check in, the woman working the front desk sounded and looked like she didn’t want to be there. Upon check out, it was a different lady and she couldn’t have been nicer! She looked happy and that brightened up my morning! I know this place is a 2-star hotel but I had expected it to be in a better condition.

The Wi-Fi was so spotty and terrible I could not even use it, and phone service there is non-existent so good luck working or communicating with anyone. The room was very visibly not cleaned well at all. This hotel is right next to a busy road so there are sirens constantly, and the hotel allows pets so there was lots of barking. The doors to get into the hotel are way ghetto, you have to pull up on them then down to get in, I thought my key didn’t work a couple times but it’s just that the door is so difficult to use. Only one light in my room worked. Then the process to change my reservation and refund a couple nights because I couldn’t stay there past the first night was so complicated that I ended up just paying for my entire reservation and leaving anyway. Very disappointing and will never stay here again.

The first room they gave was someone else's room. The other room had a broken microwave and phone. When I asked to have a new microwave so my kids could heat their food, the front desk told me to use the one in the lobby which defeats the purpose of having one in the room. Dog poop everywhere. Poorly maintained property.

Worse than expected. Very disappointing. Water on the floor by air conditioner. AC not working properly. Room was very damp and bedding was very damp. Floor and furniture and baseboards and fixtures need replacement. Noisy every night late. Unsafe area. Front desk never responded for extra towels request. Cleaning girl would not give new towels unless we gave her used towels.

Horrible experience, we constantly had to ask front desk person for house keeping . They would pick and choose when to clean the room or when to take out trash or even replenish new towels . Our first room the fridge was leaking and we did get transfer a new room which the only person with good hospitality there was Lissette. Sheets are dirty and the floor looked like it never had been mop . In all honesty look somewhere else , I only give it one star because of Lisette who took the day of time to assist with these matters

I stayed on the property over the Easter weekend. I was charged a 50.00 holding fee for the room that I was not Informed about upon booking with Expedia which was never returned to my account. In the morning there were over a dozen roaches in my bathroom. They were all over my cloths, toothbrush, soap. If you stay here you have to sleep with the lights on or else. This place should be condemned .

It was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever seen. It reaked of smoke. The shower/tub was filthy. The tile floor in the room was gross. We kept out shoes on the whole time. We found a cockroach. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but after the first night we canceled the reservation for the next two nights. Hotel staff made that process easy.

Nothing. Dirty, dilapidated property. Moldy room. Humidity leaks from the outside to the point were the surfaces of the room are wet, specially the floor, as you walk on it you leave dirty marks from your shows. This place needs to be bulldozed. The front desk lady tried to be helpful but she was unprofessional. Terrible experience. I also did not feel safe, sonwe left after spending an hour in the room.

We checked in and were not given any details. No wifi password, no pool location, no breakfast from this time to that time. I was only told $50 charge for deposit. No problem. Get to our room. Bathroom not the cleanest. Room had a stale smell. Floors felt sticky. We dropped our stuff off and left for the day. Didn't return until 830pm. My son swam flr 30 minutes before being told pool is closed. My son showered quick, we all went to bed. Woke up early to leave because there was alot of noise all night. Went to check out and the front desk lady was rude. After i checked out i realized they were serving breakfast and told her i would be back in woth my husband and son amd ahe told me "No, you already checked out thats for current guests" Horrible stay do not recommend.

Review for Days Inn: Horrible Experience I recently stayed at the Days Inn for two weeks, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Despite calling the front desk daily to request room cleaning, not once during my entire stay did they clean the room. They didn’t even provide clean towels unless I went to the front desk to ask for them myself—every single day. The front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive. They constantly assured me, “We’ll clean it tomorrow,” but tomorrow never came. I even had to ask for trash bags so I could clean the room myself. The lack of basic service and accountability was beyond frustrating. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re looking for a clean and hospitable place to stay, look elsewhere. I felt unsafe being approached twice by someone while unloading asking to know why I was in Miami and my vehicle will be safe with him watching it. He was not an employee of the hotel. I asked the front desk clerk if my vehicle was safe and informed him of what happened. His response was “there are Crazy people in this world” and informed me the cameras are working in the front of the hotel if I wanted to park.

The front staff were really nice. The hotel is in an unsafe area and - honest to god- drug deals going down in the parking lot and vagrants roaming. And ...yes I am being honest. My room was uncharacteristically very nice. Completely redone and clean. New paint, tile. Bed was old and worn and um...shal I dare say.....silicone stains on the clean sheets.. The outer appearance of the motel and the general area is horrible. Feral cats roaming all over. Decent pool but I didn\'t go in. "Hot Breakfast" is a JOKE. Waffle maker and a slight smattering of junk food.

Breakfast was more than we expected with waffle makers, pastries, cereal, and yogurt. However, room was in disrepair, bathroom door handle fell off as well as towel hook on bathroom wall. Only given 2 bath towels for a room booked for 3 people. One of our two non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke/weed. Hotel is pet friendly which is great, but there was no lawn for people to take out pets and there were feces on sidewalks.

Some of the staff was not friendly and inviting. There is no hot breakfast at this hotel and for the pricing I don’t think it was up to par. The area around the hotel was very dirty trash bins filled to the top the rooms were not exceptionally clean, at booking there was no clear indication that I would be charged $10 for a pet fee. The room was rather expensive for the state of the hotel I think when some cleanliness friendliness and some hot breakfast maybe it would be worth the price.
