When I went to check in, I was told they are sold out and they don’t have a room for me. This was at 2am, I had a confirmation number and did not receive any cancellation notice. I didn’t get any paperwork. The front desk receptionist offered no apologies or assistance with another room. I was left stranded at 2am with no room. My card was charged and I got an email from this hotel thanking me for my stay. What a scam. Do not book here.

BEWARE DONT BOOK!!! I was in room 155, the carpet in the hall had about 1 inch of water and a dryer to try to dry it. That wasnt working, it needed a wet vac. Smell was strong of mold very musty. The tv was cracked in the bottom right corner, I couldn't get the remote to turn on and when I did, the buttons weren't working correctly so I didn't use the tv, I just fell asleep tired from my trip. The bathroom door was fully scratched and looked like a dog was in the room prior and scratched the door trying to get in. The floors were also really scratched. The bathroom tub was dirty, and I made sure my feet were cleaned before stepping out. The mirror had a spit stain on it that was gross. The lock on the shared door to the next door room was broken and open, so I had to put the extra chair in front to close it to feel safe. No weight room it looked like it had equipment, but it was torn apart. No breakfast, even though they did have a room for it, and it was junked up with chairs and shelving? Only thing good at all was that the bed was comfortable, so I put my sleep mask on and pretended that I was in a nicer hotel. It was the worst hotel I have ever been in. The photos that they show on the internet are deceiving! Next visit to Fort Lauderdale I am going to go next door and pay $20 extra for a MUCH better stay- Spent $51. They seem to always sell out because they are cheap, but the health department should be called on their property! I LEFT didnt extend!
