Location is wonderful - you are literallyright at the airport entrances so its super easy to return a rental car. Room was fine - clean and comfortable. Parking is not fun. There is no obvious entrance to the hotel - its buried in the parking ramp. There is one ramp, and its very full. There is no elevator, so I ended up lugging suitcases down and then up 4 floors of the garage steps. Lucky I am physically able to do the lugging and climbing - if you are less mobile or are traveling with elderly or children, this adds a layer of complication.

The hotel staff were pleasant. The pool was nice, although the pool towels are very small. The parking was efficient for going on a cruise, just make sure you prepay for parking before you go. We took a Lyft to and from the port as it was cheaper than the $15 per person shuttle.

Everything was fine, except for the parking, it is a little complicated to park and get to the Hotel if you arrive after 8:00PM when the pool is closed. Still happy this hotel provides free parking and not charge at extra cost for parking.

I would not stay at this hotel ever again. The parking garage is very uncomfortable, if you park on the upper floors you need to go down the stairs which get flooded and are in terrible condition. Our room was not cleaned throughly and all carpets and floors in the hall were dirty. For the price it was understandable but cleanliness 1/5. It is close to the airport and has free parking and breakfast

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I travel a lot. We even changed rooms after finding a large stain on the sheets and dirt and hair on our floor. The second room was slightly better but once the air freshener wore off it just smelled dirty and the floors were gooey and grimy. It wasn’t cheap either.

This time around I was not impressed with the hotel. The parking lot was dirty and with drug paraphernalia, at one point both elevators were broken and everyone had to go up stairs in my case I had to walk up 6 flights of stairs with luggage and just recently had double lung surgery. Room bathroom had hair everywhere as well.

I checked in after 1am due to flight being delayed. I requested a late checkout and they gave me a 12pm checkout. Then fast forward to 11am when housekeeping aggressively knocks on my door demanding I leave immediately. I explained that the front desk gave me a late check out when I checked in. Then about 11:30am housekeeping again aggressively knocks on the door while I was in the shower. I had to answer with only a towel on and had to re-explain that I had a late check out. Then at about 11:45am, when I already had all my bags on my back and in my hand I get a call from the front desk telling me they were going to charge me extra $ if I didn't leave immediately. I checked out at about 11:50 and asked them to explain why this has happened when I front desk had already confirmed I had a late check out at 12pm when I checked in. Apparently the front desk personnel when I checked in had not communicated this to the next shift. I had not slept much the week before and flew into fort Lauderdale late and needed some sleep (for safety reasons) before driving back to Tampa. Instead, I had them aggressively waking me up, having to answer the door in only a towel because I was in the shower and not being able to rest. I will NEVER stay here again!

Booked online, went to check in and there were 100 people in the lobby. Staff had hand written notes with phone numbers, calling people in the order they came to the desk to check in. I don’t understand why checking in and booking online resulted in hand written lists of names and phone numbers. We weren’t able to check in until 5pm. I am a Hilton Member and should have stayed at Hilton. Lesson learned

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. There is some challenges with the free airport shuttle. There are virtually no instructions. When we called, we were transferred to their transportation manager who was curt and rude. You must exit the airport on the ground floor and look for pickup area E. Once there everything went smoothly.

I’m rather disappointed that this is supposed to be a Wyndham property but sure doesn’t feel like it at all! We enjoyed the shuttle to and from the airport and the cruise ship port. They have a very nice cafe and bar on site. The have a good breakfast buffet every morning for 15.00. Rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is on top of the parking garage, very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

It’s a nice place to stay close to the airport and the front desk was very friendly. The garage isn’t convenient to get in and out of the hotel - you can either walk around like how you drive up it or stairwell from the 3rd floor but only to exit into the garage, can’t access the hotel even with your key. Pretty difficult to put your bags in the car unless you drive down to reception area. The shuttle to the airport is free but only leaves once an hour on the hour. Pickup from airport was very easy and took about 10 minutes.
