Very slow checking in, however, staff was very helpful. Used airport shuttle (must call) and used cruise shuttle...both appreciated. Breakfast was typical but place very clean. Did not use pool but many did. Only downside was only place to eat dinner was next door to Inn and that's just bar food.

Decided to switch from Best Western to Rodeway after reading negative reviews, especially about the BW shuttle. We were very happy with Rodeway - clean and comfortable room and professional staff. The restaurant was pretty good with really nice wait staff. And the best part was the shuttle - Antoine was there so fast, he was waiting for us! And the shuttle to the cruise port was FREE - unlike BW which was $15pp - and the driver (forgot his name) was great. Definitely would recommend Rodeway Inn & Suites.

The shuttle service was great. The driver was safe and friendly. The property has a restaurant, bar, live music when we were there, a pool, and a small shop. We didn’t expect all of this and really liked it. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area especially if looking for a place before or after a cruise with shuttle service.

The price is good for what you are getting- and the shuttle to airport and cruise port is definitely why I chose them while traveling with kids. Heads up though- the cruise port shuttles to port everglades is only free at their designated times. The two gentleman I encounted at the desk were nice. Both shuttle drivers were also very nice guys. There was a bit of a hiccup when one of the guys at the front desk gave me a quote to the water taxi round trip ($40) and then 3 days later a lady said I had to pay for kids as well so it would be $80. She also had a bit of an attitude with me? This resulted in a change of plans - and having to take an uber at last minute. Sappinos was reccomended for good pizza, and i totally agree. Delivered to your door and super good after a busy day. There is no where to walk. Its located on a busy road. There is a bar/restaurant on premmises but we didnt try it. I read a lot of reviews that were very bad and thought about cancelling. I didnt feel unsafe and the room was not dirty like others mentioned. The door on one of my rooms didnt lock but the deadbolt and latch did so it wasnt a huge deal. I also noticed one of my bathroom doors was not on track correctly, but honestly did not care. Breakfast was a basic waffle, cereal, and bread selection. The pog juice was so good though!

This is a fantastic place to stay if you need shuttles to the airport or the Port. Check in was a but slow but the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean but slightly dated. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Restaurant on site was good. They were out of a few items on the menu and the food took a long time to come out but overall it was a very busy place and the food was good. There is a small store on site for anything you might need it have forgotten. The breakfast thats included was also very good. Great variety. Coffee was great. The shuttle to the port was very organized and Izzy was entertaining while we waites to board. He got every one on the right bus and was super helpful. I wpuld definitely stay again.

Property wasn’t bad. Transportation to cruise port and back to hotel was terrible. No air conditioning in the van, the door was held shut by a rope and the driver wasn’t able to drive over 9 mph, yes I said 9 mph.

The property was an old facility with old furniture in rooms and metal beds. Bed had only sheets and a thin blanket, no top comforter and floor not carpeted. Air conditioner was very noisy. Only one elevator for entire facility. I saw a roach in my room. The staff was ok.

Mold in 3108 bathroom wall tiles to the left, hair in sink & on floor when checked in. Sheets never smelled fresh. Housekeeper knocked & open door even though I had a"snooze on" blue sign. Front Desk helpful & courteous enough. Staff shouldn't be chewing gum, unprofessional. 1 of your shuttle staff spoke so loud to me it could come off as aggressive if I was thin skin. Overall a chill spot & accessible to restaurants & stores. Close to Miami. Nevertheless, I will come back.

Usually enjoy staying here. But this trip was far from enjoyable. The Internet was not working. The door did not seal completely to the frame and therefore the A/C did not keep the room cold. The floors need to be mopped. My socks are black and ruined. The shuttles to the cruise port worked flawlessly!

As my child put it…. We got hotel-fished. The photos on the website look okay, figured it wouldn’t be a bad place to stay for a night. No way…. No how…. If I’d had a car. We would have left. It’s a total dive motel. From the door not sealing, leaving a gap between the door and the floor, big enough I could have stuck a bath towel in it, to the large clump of black hair in the shower, I feel like I need a bleach shower after leaving. Do not book. Spend the 20.00 or 30.00 bucks more to stay somewhere else.

The Internet was spotty at best, and most of the time unavailable. The shuttle service took over an hour and a half to pick us up at the airport. On the dat of the cruise, The Rodeway Inn had a coordinator/“comedian” announcing the shuttle schedule. This man was incredibly rude and crude with his “jokes“, which were scatological and political in nature. Very, very inappropriate. The next day it took quite a long time, (with three breakdowns) to get us to the Cruiseport. It was not our driver’s fault, as he had reported a warning light three times prior, for our shuttle to the Cruiseport. We stopped for gas, then we stopped to put oil in, and then we hobbled to the Cruiseport, the whole time without air-conditioning in order to save the engine. Furthermore, on the cruise port trip (9) nine of us had to stand in a bus that seated 33 people. Without air-conditioning it was intolerable. The hotel itself was clean and the desk staff polite. But the two things that were important to us, shuttle and internet, were inferior. Would not recommend.

This was a horrible experience from top to bottom. I booked a hotel for my father and I the night before we were leaving for a cruise. My dad and I were traveling from different cities, and my flight got delayed. I called the hotel to notify them that my dad would be checking in despite my absence. They seemed fine with this arrangement over the phone. However, when my dad arrived, they refused to let him into the room I had already booked and paid for and double charged him for a room. My dad is elderly and I 100% believe they took advantage of this to confuse him. I tried calling the manager to rectify the situation to no avail. When I requested a refund, they directed me to hotels.com. I called hotels.com who informed me the merchant was refusing to issue a refund despite never tendering the service that I paid for. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I would tell others not to stay here.

The shuttle went right by us and didn’t pick us up. Waited over an hour. The whole process very unorganized. The check-in at the hotel was the slowest check-in we have ever experienced. The clerk at the front desk gave us two free drink passes however it was too late for us to drink. He said we could get bottled water. However, they were out of bottled water. We would never ever recommend this property.

It took an hour to get our room for no reason whatsoever. The staff were rude to the people in front of me as we waited in line, and then they charged us more money than our prepaid agreement. Also the front entrance is atrocious and made us very confused if we were in the right place. Also I didnt realize it but they almost exclusively cater to next day cruisers and were annoying and very loudly announcing constantly over a booming intercom.

Nice motel for the price. Could use some updating but not terrible. Has a fun bar attached and the food is good although a little pricey. Pool is small but clean. I wouldn’t recommend going here for a vacation but I would definitely stay for a night or two if on my way to somewhere else. Staff was accommodating and helpful

The shuttle to leave to cruise was over a half hour late. The breakfast was atrocious. Folding tables were not clean and rickety. Nothing around the hotel to do anything. Location is isolated. Do not eat at the restaurant trailer next door. Big mistake. This hotel is a cash grab for cruisers. Pay the extra to go elsewhere.

Very good hotel especially for the price. Clean. Room is small but adequate. Beds were good. Bathroom was excellent. Nice shower. Has a safe and fridge, which was nice. Transportation from airport was very good and free shuttle to the port. They even arrange transportation from the port back to the airport for a decent fee. People who worked there were very nice. Breakfast was above average with scambled eggs, sausage and waffle along with the other usual hotel breakfast items. On site restaurant was excellent with really good food for a decent price. Shout out on the fish tacos! Would definitely stay at Rodeway again.

The property was run down. Staff was not friendly except for the shuttle driver. They advertise free cruise port shuttles but thats only for the fort lauderdale port, not Miami. You had to bring a ticket with you to breakfast and the breakfast attendant just kept yelling at people for going through wrong doors and not having their tickets. Not relaxing. Crazy because the breakfast was only cereal, waffles, and muffins. Nothing special to monitor so closely. It worked for a place to sleep and get off on our cruise.
