The room was clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked well and the restroom looked renovated. Shower water was not very hot though, and they only offer free coffee in the morning unless you want to pay for breakfast. Really appreciated the free shuttle to not only the hotel from the airport, but also the free shuttle to the cruise terminal. Shuttle vans were nice and had good air conditioning. This was a last minute booking and we were pleased with the hotel overall.

Highly recommend this place for coming/going on cruises, they are very accommodating if you pay for early/late check in/out in advance! Free cruise port shuttle and airport shuttle (remember to tip your driver). Close to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a great size, tile floors (love this), everything was very clean. Property was very clean, well maintained and beautiful. Huge pool! Lots of parking. Restaurant right next door, plus food delivery is easy. A small convenience area is located at check in that has a decent variety of basic needs, beverages, snacks, even some wine and beer (not 24 hrs though). Walking distance to a beautiful nature trail with a variety of wildlife, plants, and some flowers (but recommend walking down the road ~10 min to the actual crosswalk, as you have to cross the highway to get there). Only downside of this hotel is that you can hear everything around you as the walls and window are very thin (but expected as it is an older hotel). Just bring a sound machine and you will be fine!

Room 232 ——— water on floor and around bed ——- it was reported and maintenance brought towels and mop and said he’d be back in 30 minutes but no show and still had water on floor. I called back for another room at 2 am we entered Room 181 and while the 5 roaches were seen on the floor. Very disappointed in the rooms and cost to stay there.

The room looked clean at first but the floor was dirty. A roach crawled on the bed and I saw another one come out from under the fridge. If it weren't for the roaches, it would have been fine. We've stayed there before and everything was alright then. This time pest control was needed.

The shuttle picked me up at the airport promptly and driver was nice. Check in at the hotel was excellent. The lobby was full of people checking in, but they had plenty of staff to handle it. Paulo checked me in and he was super nice and helpful. The hotel is old, but clean. The bed had a super soft topper on it and I haven’t slept that well in years! For the price it can’t be beat. They also have a shuttle to the cruise port. It is a great place to stay when coming in a day before a cruise. I will come back.

The place was very clean. The wifi services were horrible. Could hardly get wifi in the room. I had to go outside and sit by the pool to use the wifi services. This was very inconvenient. The price for the 2 nights was very affordable. Parking was easy and close to the room so carrying the bags was easy. and

The hotel was great clean, perfect for a quick solo trip, and offered a reasonable price. However, this hotel does not have smart TVs, so you can’t access Netflix or other streaming services. Also, be cautious about staying on the first floor near room 162. Employees start work early in that area, and you can hear them talking loudly and moving carts. This seems to only affect that side of the building.

Overall good experience. The staff was friendly. I only stayed for one night but the room was pretty spacious. The area is a little noisy and there were no blinds so you have to shut the curtains in order to get some privacy, which means you wont get any sunlight into your room but there were plenty lights and it wasn't as big of a deal. The room was pretty clean and I saw no other problems. Free airport shuttle was very nice addition.

The hotel was clean, for being an older place. The front desk staff were professional and on point. The room…? Little lacking in the bedding department. Pillows were flat and sheets needed upgraded. Cracks around edge and baseboards of room. Not sure what’s going on there. All in all. It’s a decent place to stay before a cruise or getting in late night like I did. They try really hard though with what they have to work with.

Room was ok for an overnight stay, wouldn’t stay longer than that. The rooms need updating, weren’t cleaned thoroughly. Our tv did not work and we tried to use the phone to call the front desk the phone did not work either so we had to use our cell phone. They sent maintenance and he brought us another tv that did not work either so we gave up at that point.

I stayed there on my way to Cali, Colombia and was supposed to stay there on my way back home, but got sick and had to changr plans. They have agreed to not charge expedia for my stay.Edpedia did the same. That why I use expedia....great customer service

I needed a quick accommodation because of a long layover at the airport. The staff responded to my needs and enabled me to get into a room four hours ahead of normal schedule for the booking. They were able to give me a place to hold my luggage and access to the pool while I waited. Thank you to the staff and airport shuttle driver forgetting me back on time.

First the 250 dollars deposit is unacceptible. Second i was told if i pay with Apple Pay they would retiren my deposit immediatly which i did. There i chicles out a day earlier and they didnt check me out until the next day. And at this time i havent received my deposit. I will mever stay there again.

The people At the front desk was very rude and nasty.Also, we did not get back the one day tht was promised to be put back on our card which was November 24, 25. I wouldn't recommend. Read the other reviews. I couldn't stay there with my family. I left even knowing I would not receive any money back. The hotel is very open, the rooms are exposed to the street and I coldn't feel safe to stay.

Good for the price, and for a one night stay before travel. Industrial area of town. They seem to be renovating so it may be better in the future. Coffee is at a cost, limited amenities but staff is super accommodating and check in / out was smooth. Cruise and airport transportation is quick and free.

We appreciated the shuttle coming to pick us up from the airport as soon as we arrived. This was a fine hotel for spending the night before boarding our cruise (and the shuttle to the cruise port was excellent as well). The only drawback to this location was the lack of places to eat close by. We didn't have a car and the little food truck that's in their parking lot, where we thought we'd eat dinner, never opened despite being told they'd open at 6 pm. We ended up buying a sandwich from the little snack shop at the hotel, which worked in a pinch.

The hotel is convenient for cruisers as it has free airport shuttle to and from both the cruise terminal and Fort Lauderdale airport. They do have an option to purchase minimal food on site, however, it is very basic. The hotel next door does have a restaurant, and there's a food truck in the parking lot, however, other than that, there's not much of anything else around food or shopping wise.

A great deal for the money if you need a no frills hotel near FLL airport with free airport shuttle. Shout out to Shoran, Shawn, Sanchez, Danielle at the front desk and José the driver. Breakfast downstairs was affordable and convenient especially since the only place for food in walking distance was the RaceTrac next door. Main complaint was very spotty wifi service and limited options to eat within walking distance, other than that it was overall the best deal we could find. The racetrack had surprisingly good whole pizzas for $9.99 as well as other higher end convenience store fare, so it was fine for us to stay there a night. Would stay here again considering the price, free airport shuttle and the good service from staff.

Poor coffee station & poor customer service, bathroom is right in front of very small waiting area, the check in dude/coffee barista kept smelling up the bathroom and didn’t take care of the coffee station yet got irritated when customers were complaining about the old fashion pump dispensers and creamer being out so at 8:45 a.m he removed everything
