The hotel itself seems nice, but the management of the place needs to get their stuff together. While the facility looked to be in good shape, other aspects is less than desirable. 1. Elevator was broken for 2 days. Big issue for people with disabilities! 2. They shouldn't even advertise breakfast. Not sure what they're definition of breakfast means! 3. Staff seems to wish they were working elsewhere! Very rude and nonchalant. 4. TV remote wasn't in the room. Very annoyed front desk staff, reluctantly provided me with a remote and says "hope this works" and surely enough, it DID NOT WORK! 5. Floor is either hard wood or laminate, very sticky! I wouldn't be going back there.

They had a dozen of fans drying up some flood condition. No food but nutri bar for breakfast and coffee when they advertise breakfast. We had to go out to eat. No chairs around the pool to sit. Unbelieveably cheap room where you couldnt pull up the window treatment I ccould go on and on but nobody cares. I definitely would say"STAY a WAY.

The carpets are filthy. The bathrooms are moldy. The stovetop is from 1960’s and the tv’s are not very smart. You can’t watch any of your apps from them!! There are no lounge chairs at the pool! A couple of broken folding chairs and no cushions or pool towels.

Room 322 was nasty and very dusty on check in the shower was horrible it was stained and the drain was clogged and full of muk, room had cockroaches and the tv base was broken,. We were told that we could leave our luggage at the hotel for 2 hrs at check out as we had a late flight to be told at check out no also we requested a late check out at 12 and @11am to have an employee (June )bang on my door telling us to leave also the elevator was broken the last 2 days of our stay and I had to carry 4, 50lb suite cases down from the top floor via stairs Note I have photos that if needed

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all it is not what the web site present, very run down smelly dirty stains on bed sheets towels and pillows, walls were dirty with make up in the bathroom and the tub was so horrible I put a towel in the tub just to shower the only thing that was good was it had a clean refrigerator.

Stayed 2/23/24-2/25/24. Should have read reviews beforehand because obviously this hotel has a cleanliness issue: A week before my stay, a verified traveler complained on 2/13/24 about fungus stains in the bathroom; on 4/24/24, a month after my stay, Janet complained about mold in her bathroom shower, something I also experienced. Others complained about musty/cigarette smells — ditto to that as well. Management’s response is always the same: “We take these matters seriously,” which is laughable because these “matters” have occurred before, during, and after my stay.

The hotel is in a very good location, centrally located and accessible. The staff was very friendly, but the beds had a sagging mattress and one of the hot plates didn't heat up. The only downside was that I found cockroaches in the bathroom, and the bathtub wasn't clean. Otherwise, it was great.

I would not recommend and would never stay at this hotel again. I got in at 1:00am, and there were people hanging around the entrance of the hotel, I did not feel safe. The hotel hallways were nasty, dingy and stinky. When I got to the room it was disgusting and smelled musty. I had no choice but to stay the night because of how late I got in but the next day I checked out. Absolutely nasty, go elsewhere, save yourself the trouble.

Kori was very friendly and helpful. I liked the full size fridge and kitchenette. However the toilet wasn't working in the night and there was no maintenance staff on site to fix it but we were able to move to another room which was good.

This property had the most courteous staff. The room amenities except for the condition of the bathroom tub were excellent. Breakfast was basically nonexistent; there was subpar coffee, and processed muffins. The laundry area was superb. Again the room was nice and spacious and clean, except that the attempt to resurface the tub in the bathroom was a failure. The hotel was directly across from a shopping mall, and that was an extra nice perk. However, I paid for five nights. I only stayed for four and have yet to receive a reimbursement on the night I did not use.

The location was perfect for our stay, within walking distance to good dining! The staff were very friendly and helpful and were quick to correct a reservation error by hotels.com to honor the original price. They provided anything we asked for. The breakfast is basically just coffee and muffins/cold cereal.The building and rooms were clean looking. There was a smell to our room that was initially odd, but that is often the case with hotels. We found the bed to be too hard (some people may like it that way).

Rooms are EXTREMELY sparse. Rooms are advertised as queen sized beds but they are full size beds. I am 6’3” tall, it matters. My wife is small otherwise it would not have worked. Breakfast is called grab and go. The entire breakfast bar is 18” wide and 6’long for the entire hotel. By 9 am it was just go. Nothing to grab.

Bathroom sink nozzle is ridiculously short, making the entire sink counter soaked along with your belongings. Walls are paper thin you hear everything, from either side, above you and incredibly from below you as well.

When going to check-in, front desk needed everyone's IDs who was staying. They took photos and scanned them. When going to scan the first one, the concierge said my ID was expired. I got my ID last year and informed her that the date she was reading was the "issued" date and that my card doesn't expire for another 6 years. She said it doesn't matter because it won't scan and she will not let us check into the hotel and to go to another hotel. After awhile of back and forth, she decides to "show me how it doesn't scan" and grabbed my ID to scan it. It scanned... She said nevermind, and continued to scan the other IDs. We got to the room and at first glance it looked alright... until a cockroach came out and my boyfriend had to squash it. Go to take a shower and there was only soap, no shampoo or conditioner. The shower pressure was poor and did not get very hot. I also noticed what seamed like mold (black specs on certain surfaces) in the shower. Bed was stiff and thin. Otherwise, this hotel was ok for a night if you are in a pinch and don't mind a bug or possible mold issue, but don't expect anything more than that.

Got to the hotel exhausted after a long trip and there was a paper on the door saying nobody would be there until the next day to check us in, called the hotel and (clearly) there was nobody to answer, called the hotel chain and they said no one could help us with that. Checked 2 other hotels nearby and they were fully booked, ended up having to sleep in the car. Very irresponsible that no one even called to notify us ahead, very disappointed.

It was the worse experience I have ever received. I tried reaching out to hotels.com to no avail. The front desk personnel had me on a wild goose chase and think nothing of it. No empathy, no care., unprofessional. No manager on duty and could not be reached by phone.

The hotel was clean but the management need to ensure that the guests dont continue hanging out in the lobby talking at the top of their voices and hanging out front at the hotel entrance lounging, drinking and smoking! Not a good look at all and a very uncomfortable feeling. That really lowers the class of the hotel. Management also needs to put more lights in the parking lot. Its much too dark and makes for a very uncomfortable feeling when coming in late.

Poor service ; reservation said that breakfast was included… well that was only coffee and a muffin (when available) that tasted sand beach ! Floor room was sticky ; no hair dryer, even if we asked the reception. Ran out of facial tissue and asked the reception for a box… well he didn’t know what that was ! ! ! I will never stay at this hotel brand and will never recommend to somebody to stay there at all.

This is one of my worst I have ever stayed in. For the price I payed. I have stayed at cheaper hotels with lot better experience. This was like a run down Motel. Don’t say breakfast is included when it is just coffee. However the staff was friendly. The person that checked us in was pleasant so was the morning person.

Requested a second key. Advised there weren’t any. Basic amenity of a hair dryer was not in the room. When requested the front desk staff member responded that if there wasn’t one in the room then there wasn’t one available. Breakfast of muffins or oatmeal selection limited and muffins were not available the second day. The first day there were two left in the bin. We were told those were the only 2 available. One was blueberry and one chocolate. We both wanted blueberry. Front desk clerk was rude and abrupt. Sink in room draining slowly. Will not stay there again..wasn’t the stay we were expecting. Very disappointed

ES needs to review the no cleaning policy for stays less than 7 days. There are German roaches in the room. I was disgusted. Additionally, they claim to offer breakfast. I don’t know if coffee and cupcakes

The bed and pillows were terrible. The biggest problem was the toilet didn't flush and the day clerk was extremely reluctant to give us a different room. Terrible customer service. The breakfast was non existent.A few muffins the coffee ran out. I don't consider this a breakfast and shouldn't be advertised as one.which ran out by the time I got there and .so did the.coffee

Ok room/hotel but needs an update.. i’ve also never seen a hotel that shuts the Coffee off right at 9 o’clock. I think it was that time, plus no breakfast items as in the picture when you book. I asked if he can brew another pot he says that’s it, we cut it off! Most hotels leave Coffee during the late morning for you, or usually all day.. besides that average hotel great location overall people were nice.

the first morning i had to go ask for towels second morning had to ask if there was any to eat, they didn't replace items and my last morning the coffee and food were not there. it was 6:15 before anything was put out. Somone else come for coffee and they hadn't even started it yet. I will not be booking there again Cindy Boyce.
