It was was vey clean nice comfortable and convenient. Only two complaints - wish there was an airport shuttle and also only one mirror in room. Need a second so two people can get ready and one should be full length!!!

Location was great and property was clean. The gym was closed for renovation during our entire stay, the pool was very cold so we didn't use it. The staff could be a little more helpful. Maid service was very late in the day (usually between 4-5pm). Also they did not have complimentary coffee which Marriot hotels usually do

Fairly good hotel but the hot water was out during our 1 night stay. We all know things go wrong occasionally, however, I did feel like at least an apology should have been offered instead we were told “they were working on it.” It felt like we got the cold shoulder after a cold shower.

Was told prior to booking the hotel fitness center was open and upon arrival was told it is not open for remodeling. Was sent ten minutes down the street to use another gym they claimed would allow me a free entry bc I am staying there and the gym had no idea what I was talking about. Also had to go to the front desk day 4 to get my room serviced. Worst experience I have had at a Marriott.

When I first called for reservations, I was told there was a shuttle to and from the airport. After the reservation was made, however, I discovered that there was not a shuttle. The hotel itself was quiet and the staff was very friendly and polite. The room, however, had stains on the bathroom floor, chipped walls, and the rubber seal around the bedroom door was falling down.

Our room was nice, clean and comfortable and had a patio to sit and enjoy the view of the pool. We loved the pool, it was deep enough to have a swim and we enjoyed it every day of our stay.

I was here for 3 nights , they checked me out a day early on “accident”. That’s was very unprofessional. The elevator was acting like it didn’t want to open and it was shifting very hard… it needs maintenance. Check out is at 12 noon, They came knocking on my door at 10:50am… that was uncalled for. We enjoyed the stay until they showed their true colors. I will never book here again. Not worth the amount of money.

After we checked in and opened the door, we found two large roaches on the bed. We were not happy with this. We disposed of the roaches and then left the room eat dinner. When we returned we found seven more roaches in the room. We immediately complained to the front desk and we're moved to another room. We feel this was a definite violation of Florida Health Codes, and should be looked into immediately.

Ants in the rooms , our room had hundreds of ants and even when they went to move us rooms there we still found aunts . We were finally moved to a different part of the hotel where we found no ants. Staff was very friendly and helpful

There were ants in the bathroom sink area & toilet/shower area. They were also on the towels. Also in the hallway near the elevator. Had to get housekeeping to clean it up & bring new towels. Couldn’t use the sink area. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this Marriott!

I was disappointed with my stay at Courtyard. I have stayed there several times a year since 2015, even in 2020-2022 during Covid. This most recent time, my room wasn’t very clean (stained sheets/bedding, coffee spill/stain on the wall (which I cleaned), and the biggest shock - cockroaches! When I contacted the onsite staff they were unsympathetic and unapologetic. After several calls to reception, I decided to change rooms. I sent the manager Nicole an email and she replied and basically said, she’ll contact pest control, and that was it. Overall a very disappointing experience.

My room had a roach on the TV so I got rid of it (it’s Florida so I understand there are bugs). However, the next morning there were 3 small ones on the desk. I stay was only a two night stay and housekeeping never arrived. I’ll let the front desk know these things on my departure and I was told that a two night stay doesn’t warrant housekeeping. Based on the bug situation I beg to differ.

The only issue I had with this facility is one I'd find at any hotel, which is that the walls are paper thin. I am a magnet for hotel neighbors that awake at early hours and talk incessantly or shout in the hallways. However, the price I got was fantastic, the front desk person I interacted with was super friendly, the location is very convenient, the bedding was very comfortable, and I found the facilities and room to be clean and in good condition. If you're thinking of booking, don't hesitate.

Front desk got me checked into exactly the type of room that I booked right away. Hotel itself was clean and quiet. Room itself was spacious, clean, quiet, A/C worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. TV had the typical basic cable channels but you were also able to watch some streaming apps like Netflix and You Tube. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

I use this amazing hotel just for a quiet place. The rooms are large and the suite are also great. I love you have an outdoor or balcony to each room. I love the outside so that's a plus for me.

I paid for a king suite and they only had a disabled room There was no adjustment given for this. I booked my room at a higher rate 8 months ago and prepaid so the king suite should have been available for us. The bed was very low to ground and most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in. Back problems the entire stay due to bad mattress. Very dissatisfied with this stay.

I received an email about an early check-in, however there was no rooms when i called. I went early anyway no rooms available but when i threatened to leave a bad review a room became available & when i pitched a fuss. Then was told a 250 deposit was required for incidental on a debit card.

Stay was great! Beds were very comfortable! Checked out the next morning and got halfway to next destination and realized I had left my pillow in the room. I immediately called and they said they would check on it and get back to me. They never called back. Couple days later I called again and got the same response and still no call back.

I gave them a two star because they apparently cannot read what a DO NOT DISTURB sign mean. I placed the sign on the door, only to have housekeeping pounding on my door at 8:30 in the morning . This happened 3 times, the second time my wife was in the shower and I was in bed ( 8:45 am ) I was awoken to a housekeeper ( male ) standing in my room. Freak the F out of my wife. We checked out 2 days early ( wasted 300+ dollars in room rates ) . I notified the front desk twice of this only to receive assurance it would happen again. Not sure what else I could have done. I’m not recommending this place at all. This courtyard is so old it actually had a courtyard… terrible beds felt like sleeping in a hammock… the room was renovated but smelled like mold. The daily dose of room freshener smelled worse. Nice location, easy parking, clean lobby, Uncaring staff. Cheaper than most hotels in the area , obvious reason why !! Buyer beware !

I recently attempted to stay at this property, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The building is in dire need of upgrades, and the service was below par. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk for at least 15 minutes, and once someone finally appeared, they couldn’t locate my reservation in their system. Additionally, they were unable to accommodate an early check-in as requested. After dealing with these issues, I ultimately decided to stay elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless major improvements are made to both the facility and customer service.

To be honest we would not stay here again. Not what you would expect at a Marriott. We went down for breakfast the first morning. $35 for two 2-egg breakfast and one orange juice that took 25 minutes to come out of the back. The eggs were fresh served with cold potatoes, cold bacon and cold toast. We thought ok . . . we’ll just eat out somewhere tomorrow. We returned that night around 11:00 to find an uncleaned room. When we called down to the front desk we were told it was only every other day. We were not informed of this with the reservation or at check in. We followed the in room instructions to leave used towels on the floor for replacement. We also used up the coffee supplies that morning. I went down to the desk to ask for fresh towels and supplies to use the coffee maker the next day. Stopped at the desk the next morning to request that the room be cleaned that morning and it finally was. Marriot members . . . so we expected something better here. Very disappointed.

Our flight late cause hotel checkin late, they just cancel your whole trip. I pre-paid through Expedia thought the hotel should treat me as a guest (call you or hold room for you), NO, no call, no message, they wait the times up, "No show" policy, they do offer me a solution: buy the same room, again, with higher prices! After a struggle night flight, our family landed on Miami 5:30am, ran to hotel around 7 trying to have some rest, this is what you get from this hotel! Expedia make up some for us because our member's level. My advice: Do Not Book, wish I read the comment before. Also please do not Al generated any reply from the management team, Just see what "customers" say.

For the most part, the stay was good. The restaurant closed without warning on Sunday which sent things into an uproar for us. The reason we stayed at this location was because it had a restaurant. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the location. It would be nice to have a menu given at check-in. Rarely does Marriott disappoint.

It was good but I believe much more can be done to improve dining options especially when you consider the room price. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I’ve pay similar cost and the dining experience was much much better than what is offered here, breakfast included. To pay USD 170 and USD 230 per night and breakfast not included is quite disappointing
