Just one night here but it was perfect. The elevator was a little slow (1st world problem). Free bfast was superb and the hotel is right near a wawa— it’s a convenience mart. Really nice and also next to a Starbucks and a Tesla supercharging station.

Great location. Within walking distance of Cracker Barrel and Texas road house. We got to check in early. Which I was really thankful for!!! Great service. Breakfast was eggs, sausage and potatoes. Bread/ bagels. Yogurt. Oatmeal packets. Waffles. Juices. Coffee and hot chocolate were available 24 hours a day. Pool was freezing for us. But it was nice that it was indoors and plenty of towels. Public Bathrooms were very clean! Room cleaning service offered daily if you want. We got a double queen bed room. No complaints and loved the Farr we were able to control the air temp. We love it cold. Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!!

While our room on the 6th floor was clean and well-maintained, there were some maintenance issues that impacted our stay. Only one elevator was operational during our visit, and it produced concerning rattling noises that didn't inspire confidence. Throughout the night, we were disturbed by what sounded like a compressor or mechanical noise, which affected our sleep quality. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing so good I asked at checkout if they sold them but they didn’t. Breakfast was better than the usual free breakfast it had eggs, sausage, hash browns and the usual breakfast fare. Will definitely stay here again for the price we were definitely surprised at the quality of their hotel.

Bathroom was dirty, toilet had pee all over it & stuff on the wall behind it. The complimentary shampoo & body wash dispensers had mold in them. They only gave us 3 of all the towels for 2 people for 2 nights. And I had no hot water on day 1 in the shower. But the floors were exceptionally clean.

Located in the perfect spot just off I75. Food and shopping in a walkable distance. The bed was so comfortable and our floor was quiet. Best night of sleep I've had in some time! Will stay again.

Overall, had a poor experience at this hotel. We were on the sixth floor which is fine, but the room was warm. The AC worked but it made a loud clinking noise all night. The beds made loud noises every time you moved as well. On the positive side, the staff were nice, the shower was hot and the breakfast was decent.

Walls are extremely thin. Friend could hear person on one side going to the bathroom. The other side had multiple child screaming into the late night and up way too early for my vaca. Then heard things dragging around above us. Definitely not worth $500 a nite-not again

The room was clean, the front desk staff were very friendly at check in , and the amenities were just right. The breakfast staff welcomed us with the biggest smile and warm greeting. The breakfast had a decent variety( a guest was excited to see soy milk) and the area was spotless because staff cleaned as they saw a need and refilled when items were low.

I have stayed several hotels in this particular area when I have Doctor appts at UF Shands. All have been ok… But decided to stay at Country Inn & Suites b/c of high ratings. From the booking online to phone calls and communication prior to check in, was very easy. Check-in and every encounter with hotel staff check in and check out, Breakfast bar… We’re some of THE NICEST and MOST HELPFUL of anywhere we have stayed on the road in various locations. The beds were comfortable.. Even the pillows and we’re picky pillow people!!! Room was VERY CLEAN. We will stay there again should need be for any reason to return to Gainesville.. I’ll also bookmark the same hotels elsewhere on the road in the future b/c of the wonderful experience here at this particular locale! Very satisfied guest.

The lady who ran the morning breakfast buffet was AMAZING this morning. So very helpful, as my wife had special dietary needs. And BOY DOES SHE CLEAN EXTREMELY WELL!! Her station was spotless. We are definitely going to stay here every time we pass through Gainesville, which is often. We have stayed in almost all hotel chains, but this was by far the BEST experience we have ever had. Thanks again Breakfast Lady!!

Natasha at the front was very rude. I was on a flight getting here. Got there after I told them I would be getting in later after 10pm as I was flying in. Got there my reservation was cancelled with no where to stay after flying for 5 hours. Don’t recommend they’re inhumane and unprofessional.

I believe her name was Megan - she went above & beyond on making my husband’s & I anniversary trip feel special from the initial check in & the staff was amazing all around. Rooms were clean & there was housekeeping which was beautiful. Fitness center had a good variety of items to use. AC was cold. The Breakfast had a great assortment & was good (though the bacon was a little undercooked & the sausage was not very good) right off the highway & restaurants close by.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast included, the indoor pool was very pleasant. The hotel is right off the interstate, so a light sleeper may hear interstate traffic at night if the room is on the interstate side.

This hotel is right next to an interstate. It is very noisey. Hard to sleep. My room was dark in color, very bland. Not sure I would stay here again. Especially for the price I paid. Was not worth it.

This Country suites is in a noisy location. Close to I 75 , Archer Road and across the street from a stand alone ER, it is noisy but convenient to restaurants and shopping. The room was not as nice as it looked in the picture. But, it has a comfortable bed and it was economical. The staff, from the receptionists to the custodians , were very friendly and accommodating.

Convenient to Hwy 75 great rate. Ok Breakfast with waffles, eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage. Coffee so so. They are trying. Rooms remodeled but still need a little more work to get up to 4 and 5 star standards. Great rate and accommodation for a one nighter of the highway.

The hotel was very nice with an old town charm. The traffic was horrendous, however! We were informed that a restaurant & bar were at the property but there was not. There was a "hot" breakfast offered but it was really not good. The bacon was very greasy and the egg & cheese "omelet" was not tasteful. All in all the stay was just a passing through for the night one & luckily we are not big eaters.
