Our room was clean and housekeeping stopped by every day to see if we needed anything. The bed was hard but there were 2 chairs that were comfortable to sit in. We had a refrigerator and microwave which allowed us to bring back leftovers from Cracker Barrel since the breakfast at the Inn was Little Debbie pastries and a pot of coffee that someone brewed with creamers and sweeteners available. We were also close to Burger King and Chick Fil A so we could easily walk to them as well. The front office was not staffed regularly and was dark most of the time. Overall, the Inn served our needs as we transitioned back to the Tampa area.

When we arrived couldn’t figure out where to check in as the office isn’t marked. The mattress in the bed was so slanted from people using the side of it facing the door I literally tumbled to the floor in the middle of the night when I rolled over. Had I hit my head on the nightstand a hospital visit and lawsuit could’ve been the result. That mattress should be replaced before someone gets hurt. I’m a senior citizen and picking myself up off the floor was not acceptable!!!

First of all, there's no Sign to say this is Rodeway Inn. Nothing on the building ..a tall faded illegible sign on one side and nothing on the other. Second... Advertised...Breakfast Included. Breakfast was A sweet roll and coffee. No juice, no milk No tea... Nothing to drink since we don't drink coffee... NOT A BREAKFAST INCLUDED.. and that was my only requirement when searching. Third....No shampoo...No conditioner...No lotion...One tiny sliver of soap...One tiny bottle of unidentified blue liquid.. Fourth...One mostly used up roll of toilet paper...No extra to replace it No coffee or coffee pot..etc... I chose Roadway Inn because it was the.. highest rating in the area with breakfast included in the same price range.... It certainly IS NOT

Claimed it was pet friendly and refused a room because I had my cat. I was evacuated because of hurricane Milton. The person at the desk was rude and didn’t offer me any help. The office was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. Governor DeSantis had also said that all hotels should accept pets.

Super dirty room, broken shower faucet with pipes showing out, disgusting floors,bad smell, no breakfast included, they only offer coffee at the lobby. We were the only people stay on this place, it felt like a horror movie. No maintenance at all.The bed was comfy but no comforter, towels were harder than a sand paper all stained, a/c super dirty... horrible won't describe this place. Not recommended not even for $20 a night. The guy at the lobby was nice though.

I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where the word "shabbly" is more appropriate. It was an odd mixture of old and modern. The furnishings were like random selections from someone's attic or basement. Instead of a desk, a large but old table and a chair for which there was no room in front of it. I got a good night's sleep. So there's that. But "overpriced" is an understatement. I felt foolish paying about $100 for that. At $20 or $30 I wouldn't complain.

AC only worked one hour in room. Toilet continually activated to refill water level. Mentioned at check out and office stated I should have called office @ 11 pm and we would have moved you to another room, so no adjustment could be made. We had been in bed an hour, last thing we wanted to do was get dressed and pack up to move to another room.

The room didnt have a telephone, but, charged a refundable phone/incidental charge. The room smell was horrible, I had to go buy air freshner. The bed had bad sheets/blanket, etc. Bad experience at this place and it was my 1st time staying there.

With me it's a personal thing. I don't sleep well on firm a mattress. Also I'm not used to having air conditioning running all night, but due to time of year, and this being Florida it was necessary. Room was basic, but very clean. Just what I was looking for. Also it's location is close to a couple of restaurants. Walking distance in fact. I would stay here again.

Well the lady who is co owner of hotel is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She made me make 2 reservations because the first one i didnt pay online but chose to pay at property BIG mistake. My debit card is in my apple wallet and since she couldnt physically see the name she declined to accept it well second booking somehow got in my email adress name and i paid for it well she ofc declined that as well i couldnt change it and am out almost 80 dollars!!!! On top of her rudeness!!!

Room was ok. This place makes you pay a $50 deposit which is very annoying. The room was booked and prepaid and I would not stay here again because of this. I have never had to pay a deposit at a hotel before.

It was near the function I was there for, including my favorite eating place. It was also near the inter state highway I travel. The price was the most reasonable and it served it's purpose. When I go back up there, I will book with them again!

This was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was run down and seemed very dirty, they said they had a continental breakfast and it was little Debbie's and coffee, what a jole. Don't know how this place had over a 5 star rating.

The rooms were reasonably clean. The price was very good. The Continental breakfast was nonexistent. When I entered the office area where the food was supposed to be, there was coffee and some peanut butter cookies in a bowl. The tables pictured in the ad were not there. When I tried to get someone's attention, no one came to the front desk. Opening the office door set off a loud bell, but no one showed up. We left our keys on the desk, found a nice restaurant down the street and left.
