The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is friendly enough. Unfortunately there is only valet parking and the only parking structures are for the MetroRail which actually has a decent price and somewhat connects to the hotel after a bit of a walk. When I first arrived, I was not aware of this and the valet parking was full. When I inquired about the parking, a woman answered the phone and aggressively mentioned a parking lot "a few blocks" from the property. I asked where and she continuously shouted "A FEW BLOCKS", like I knew where that was. The front desk clerk, the valet guys- no one had any idea where I could park despite working there. I received help from a garage attendant for the MetroRail. The AC also was not working and the room was 75°F the entire stay. An engineer was sent to the room to repair it unfortunately nothing was improved and I was not given another room. The gym was good and the pool is pretty cool. The bartenders in the lobby's lounge were awesome with good drinks and beer selection. Overall, I believe it's slightly overpriced for this hotel simply because of location. The quality and amenities aren't necessarily worth staying there again.

No self parking. You have to valet at $30 a day plus tip. This makes this place undesirable. Can’t leave anything in your car. Plus $$$ on top of your room charge. They need to have self parking. But at least the room and hotel itself was good. Not the best, but ok/good.

The receptionist was very rude. The vallet girl literally scold me while I took car from her. The pool was super dirty. They said if I have a marriott bonvoy membership(which i have) , wifi is free, still they charged wifi for each device. No microwave oven. This specific branch is below even a 2 star hottel. Please even choose a motel over it

Everything was perfect, except for the charge I had to pay for valet parking when we checked out. Neither on the Expedia site nor at the front desk I was informed about valet charges upon our arrival. At check in I was told that there was valet parking only, "no exception", I thought it was included with the original charges. When I checked out, I got charged $29.00 even though I tipped the attendants every time I asked for the car.

We had trouble getting in to the room, the key evidently wasn’t programmed right and had to replace 4x, the shower tub wasn’t draining properly, they did fix that. The door was very hard to open.

Our room had a dirty smell to it and we were disappointed due to not having a microwave. We did ask staff if there was a way to heat up food and they said only a few microwaves were lent out. Overall hotel was nice though.

Stayed in a renovated king. The room was so humid the covers were damp. Box spring looked old. Breakfast was NOT INCLUDED ( is available) and they had Vallet parking ONLY which was not mentioned nor advertised in the booking. Overall the stay was fine Just simply overpriced and not worth my money.

I was extremely underwhelmed by my stay at this property. All of the bed sheets were stained, the first room they gave us had dead bugs on the vanity, the second room had stained bed sheets. When speaking with management they mentioned the linens are outsourced and there was nothing they could do. Finally management found a room for us that had clean sheets. The manager lacked empathy and could have cared less that we were frustrated with the situation. I would not recommend staying here for the price, many other nearby properties to choose from.

I was pleased with the customer services, the room I stayed in 2120 floor 21 it’s really outdated. The AC didn’t work properly and both mattresses need to be replaced with new ones quebecause they both have a dent in the middle.

Hello, Our recent stay was not terrible, the rooms were very clean, the hotel looked very nice. The only issue is that the customer service was terrible. When we checked in the front desk employee was not hospitable, he seemed like he was annoyed that we were there. The line to the front desk was very long and there was another employee at the desk but did not help the line. The men that valet our car was grumpy and seemed like we were bothing them. The only person that was extra friendly and made our stay pleasant was Carlitos the bartender. He greeted as we sat down and chit chatted with us the entire time. He made our stay worthwhile, thank you Carlitos.

It’s a safe, clean hotel, but most of all, an amazing staff. I’ve slept only one hour before my trip and asked if i could get an early check in so i could sleep right after leaving the airport. They graciously obliged. So thankful for that. As for the rooms they are spacious, with super comfy beds, quiet and spotless clean bathrooms. I'd recommend this hotel with my eyes closed.

I am a Titanium Lifetime Bonvoy member. There was no acknowledgment or recognition of such. Service at front desk was marginally adequate as well. Would not recommend this hotel. However, on a bright note, the bartender was fantastic.

Traveled to see family, room was hot, they switched my room BUT that room was also hot. Housekeeping showed a fake information card saying check out was at 10:30 and begged us to leave room as I was getting my baby ready. We booked for two nights, however someone checked us out after one night and tried to pin it on Expedia. But they charged me a security deposit for two nights when I checked in. The hotel seems to be nice, I never imagined going through this while staying here. I wouldn’t stay again. It was all too much to only be compensated points.

Had an excellent stay. Lots to eat within walking distance. Publix across the street. The Metro rail a short walk away. So convenient for dropping our son off at the University! Will definitely book there again!

The hotel itself is very nice and there is a shopping mall and a Publix grocery store about a block away…but if you plan on taking the Metrorail train the station right behind the hotel is kind of shady…especially at night.

Food was excellent. Liz was an amazing server for all my dining throughout my stay. I’ll come back and stay because she made our work dining an outstanding experience everyday! Rooms were beautiful and super clean. Love the bed and bedding. Will definitely be back!

And I really don’t understand how it would cost me $30 for a basic continental breakfast being a Bonvoy member?? But a friend traveling with me got it for free because of how he booked the hotel? It was surprisingly very near to Dadeland mall and metro, felt very safe even at late night. Valley was a breeze, in house dining was good. Breakfast was wonderful! Kudos to Vicky for her hospitality all the 4 days we stayed.
