Have stayed multiple times since I moved to Miami. Staff very accommodating rates are good plenty of parking and a great location. Pool is very nice also. Highly recommend

I absolutely livee everything about the Aloft, from the staff to the yoga instructors to the facility itself. The food was great and the pool was very nice. My children loved everything as well so it was accommodating for everyone. The price was great as well. Only one concern was if you didnt get a parking spot before 10p you would have to oark on the grass which was cool since the police disnt bother anyone that parked there. Thank you Aloft.

Nice hotel, thou the AC unit is loud, you can hear a real difference when it turns on & off. No microwave in rooms, there is one in the lobby. Clean place, well kept. Parking is tight, not a lot of spaces, best bet is to park away from the entrance towards back area.

Staff was good and attentive. Hotel smells like dogs. Even with all of the overpowering detergents. I got a studio, which is just a bigger room. No microwave, kitchenette or any else expected from a studio. Pool and external area full or leaves and unattended. It is summer and these areas are expected to be clean and ready for use. I sat on the pool area for 35 minutes. Almost got abducted by the mosquitoes. There were too many. I still felt their bites underwater. No free breakfast. Even though it was advertised as: "Free full breakfast for 2."

Property was clean and staff was very professional. However, it was a struggle communicating because my spanish is limited and staff was mostly spanish speaking, Also, i didn't realize they allowed pets until after i booked so if you're not an animal lover or if you have allergies reconsider. I was happy to discover they had a restaurant on property but the food options were limited and very pricey. I also loved they had a laundry room available to guests, i was able to wash clothes that i had spilled food on. However, i didnt like when i called housekeeping about the spill in the room they just dropped off cleaning items for me to clean up myself. that was different.

Very cute hotel. Stayed for three nights after my surgery. Parking was easy. Hotel is very close to restaurants and stores. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the lobby was under construction.

The checkout time of 11:00am is awkward and inconvenient. All other features were average and what could be expected. There is no microwave in the room, but there is a shared one in the Lobby, so be prepared to heat your meals publicly.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was here for 4 nights, I was completely comfortable throughout my stay and location wise you have everything near by. This is probably going to be my regular from now on when I come to Miami. The front desk people I saw during my stay were extremely nice and professional but as a matter of fact, all the workers I encountered were really nice to me, thank you so much. The gym is pretty convenient. The pool area & bar area looked pretty nice and cool, I unfortunately didn't get to use it during my stay. For sure next time!

The Hotel is located next to a busy highway, walls and windows are not noise proof at all, we had a room on the 5th floor and we can hear the people conversation on the patio 5 floors below, other than than that the staff was great and the hotel was clean.

The location is ideal for easy access to the interstate. The staff was very friendly. The room itself was very spacious, comfortable bed, water pressure in the shower was great. Now the downside, walls were paper thin. Everytime the person the right dropped something we heard it, our neighbor to the left we could hear snoring all night. You had to whisper to ensure your convo stayed private. Not ideal at all. The A/C was nice as well and the room was nice and cool.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff at Aloft Dadeland definitely are not up to the standards that Marriott is supposed to be at. We did a late check in, and the toilet in our room was filthy. Toilet paper in the toilet and scattered urine on the toilet seat. The front desk comes upstairs to give us a room key to a different room. When we try entering that room, the latch is on. There’s people sleeping in the room. It’s 1:30 in the morning dealing with this stupidity. I do not recommend anyone to go there based on this experience. That property is a joke.

Solo person like me , walk to dadeland mall shopping different places to eat I’m not a big foodie XYZ lounge was well stocked and clean and the dinner I got was well worth it , comfy room I did have to turn off ac a few times , cleaning staff was always on point every day , my remote wasn’t working they replaced it instantly , I never voiced any concern over the two packs of raw sugar for the coffee machine I had my own anyways , and I used the guest laundry ease of access

We arrived to the hotel and were told that our reservation had been cancelled due to overbooking. We've had this room reserved since September 2023. Not one email or notification in order to avoid us the trouble of being there with two tired kids who just wanted a room. Horrible

Check in seemed unorganized. I was told late checkout wasn’t an option even though somebody was at the front desk getting late check out. I wasn’t even offered options to pay for late check out. She just said no and that was it. We were even bothered to leave the room before check out. Cleaning lady came before check out time so we felt rushed. I paid good money and it was not really worth it.

I asked for past receipts and they couldn’t get them, I have been charge for deposits and never returned to me. Also no shampoo and ice machine broken. Asked for ice at night they sent me on a wild goose chase. The morning/overnight lady was helpful and wonderful. She gets 5 stars for getting me ice finally. The mid shift 0 stars… sorry but not sorry. Service is everything to me.

Check in was speedy. Check out was faster a few hours after my check out I see the full charge of the room on my incidentals card after I have already paid Expedia. I called the hotel and front desk explained sometimes the system will authorize a bit more than the usual and it would release soon. I did not believe the front desk explanation. So the following day I called again to speak to a manager. The front desk manager was able to better assist me and confirm that it was a charge not a hold. The front desk manager Chris was able to refund me. But if I do not follow up I will not be getting my money back as the front desk is misinformed and unable to recognize a direct billing issue in their system the manager also explained to me that Expedia did not pay the room this is why I was Charged when I know that direct billing is billed for a later date for Expedia to pay out. Please do not mis inform your guest when it comes to financials. I stayed for a medical procedure, tying up my account sets me back and had to reach out for assistance because of it.

Staff was excellent. Always there to help. Location , for us, was perfect. Property needs a lot of attention and updating. . Some rooms smell of mold. Carpets need to be replaced and so does air system. Building is not up to Marriott standards. When you advertise, breakfast, lunch and dinner available, one assumes a restaurant. Not the case here. You order from front and food delivered. Not a true restaurant.

Ordered food they didn’t the guy didn’t get my whole order in after repeating it 3 times. The man just walked away came back after 15 minutes then hands me the receipt to sign and my grandsons pizza wasn’t on the ticket so he walks away again takes 10 more minutes then he comes back with our food then my grandsons pizza the cheese wasn’t melted all the way and the other 3 meals were cold at this point. So I drove and got food from somewhere else
