The hotel itself is in a great location and adjacent to Dadeland Mall. The pool is very nice and I like the little covered family lounges. The bar snd music were also a plus. The hotel was clean and the rooms were very chic. The bed was cozy. The front desk staff were all friendly and accommodating. The hotel is walking distance to quite a few restaurants and the Metrorail. I love the free parking and the ability to park our truck with trailer in the lot. We intend to return soon!

What's not to like? Excellent location literally within steps of tons of food and shoppin options. The building is ticked in the back and you still get a cozy and private feel. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The bar....fantastic! Do yourself a favor and book this hotel.

This is a great property for a stay. I booked this for three days based on reviews on Expedia. The parking is free. Park on the third level and there is an entrance into the second floor of the hotel as well as an entrance to the mall. The bar/lounge is right there and the pool is behind the bar (behind a curtain). Very easy in and out. Pool is OK - not for lap swimming but a quick cool off or for kids. Room was nice, bed very comfortable, TV service good with internet options (we signed into Netflix - don't forget to sign out!), fridge in room and microwave in hall along with ice and water refill. Negative was that the bathroom has a sliding opaque glass door that doesn't completely block the room. If you are concerned about bathroom sounds or someone (teens) being able to see you on the potty or in the shower, then it's a problem. Otherwise, very pleased. Located close to shopping and highways. Would recommend.

Toilet seat lid was broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. Unsafe because you slip off every time. The toilet seat lid and bottom did not match so it caused the seat tear even more. The toilet broke at one point and we had to get help from reception in the middle of the night. This is an accessible room. The chairs and cabana at pool area were dirty and unable to be used.

the AC Hotel by Marriott property is located next to a large shopping mall so there is plenty of parking, shopping and places to eat. I like the second floor bar, meeting rooms, gathering area, pool deck and access to the mall. Hotel staff was friendly Hotel was clean Rooms were nice and spacious. All in all, a great experience

Room was not cleaned properly, hair in the shower and the floor had not been moped in weeks. Bartender had a horrible attitude, not helpful when we asked for pool towels repeatedly. Great location but they need to do much better cleaning the rooms.

We stayed two nights in separate reservations. Front desk staff were consistently polite and helpful. Cleanliness was terrible both times. The first room we stayed at smelled terribly of mildew, we were then moved to a second room that had hairs on the bed. Front desk was very helpful even when I was strongly complaining. Our second reservation a day later, as we were greeted, housekeeping was sent to make sure the room was ready but upon entering we immediately picked up hair from the bathroom floor, the bath mat was dirty and stained and the shower was filthy. This is a shame because the hotel looks nice, beds are comfortable, parking is plenty and the food at the bar was decent.

I have stayed several times at this hotel because of its con venient location but each time i have stayed there I have had serious issues with the cleaning of the rooms. Either the room is not cleaned or the cleaning is shoddy. I have decided that enough is enough and will not stay there again....other options close by including Airbnbs.

Room cleaning is garbage. They don’t mop the floor. Floor is as dirty as it comes. Didn’t service the room 2 of the 5 nights we were there. Rooms are not clean at all.

Dirty comfort with a very small inside cover sheet. Bathroom stinky and cause the whole room smells really bad when step in the room. It is really not worth the price. Do not choose this hotel. I left a note on the dirty comfort.

Check in staff were not very warm. But we were very happy with our room. The floors seemed untouched by cleaners near under the end tables and we saw sticky residue on the floor that a good mopping would remove. Despite the floors it was still pretty clean.

Comfy bed! VERY convenient for neighborhood. GREAT parking. There were STRONG fragrances throughout the public areas. I'm sensitive to that and was grateful it was not used in the bedroom. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Towels were not soft and felt like a cheap gym. Thermostat was set at 70 when I went to bed and was at 65 when i woke up. I set it to 72 and went into shower, when i got out it was on heater and blowing warm area.

As you will have in your records this I stay at this hotel for convenience to the airport, shopping just away from the madness of the city. But this the second time they gave me room that the air didn't work where the temp would not go above 65 degrees. This trip was a sleep over due my flight being cancelled so I was only there for 4 hours. I expected to a lease get a nap in conditions I paid for but was uncomfortable that in the middle of this short stay had to change rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past few years. Great location attached to Dadeland mall. Staff is always helpful and facilitating. Front Desk Supervisor, Charlie, was particularly helpful during our latest stay. Tried his best to accomodate us when we arrived early for check-in. No negatives to highlight.

Front desk service really nice. This hotel is understaffed. My room was not ready until 7:30 PM, coffee etc wasn’t stocked-I’m sure b/c cleaning staff was swamped…one tiny bar of soap, no lotion, nothing extra, bare bones. Not staying there again

5-Star stay at this wonderful hotel. We enjoyed every minute of the stay. Friendly staff accommodated us for early check-in and late check-out, which helped us tremendously (bad flight times). Staff were professional - I observed a manager getting chewed out by a customer over something that was not the hotel’s doing (the man’s booking site messed up and had not paid as agreed). The manager remained calm in the face of wrath and helped the couple get a room even though the hotel was full. The facility is modern, clean and fresh. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable with many amenities. Ice cold air conditioning. Superb shower with high pressure that I didn’t want to get out of but it was time. The pool area was beautiful with restaurant and bar close by. As a bonus, hotel is connected to a large mall with many food options. Other restaurants in walking distance. We will gladly stay here again and will actively seek out AC Hotels for trips to other cities. This one was Miami Dadeland. Excellent stay.

Overall a good stay. New hotel, plenty of parking, convenient location. An employee at the bar was excellent, fun and friendly. A few things that bothered us - unfriendly, not welcoming front desk. Not a greeting or eye contact to visitors. - conditioner was pretty quiet compared to other hotels but worked uneven - it was either too hot or too cold in the room, especially at night - empty soap/ shampoo bottles in the shower, it was quite annoying to find out that in the middle of taking shower - very inconvenient door to the bathroom

Hotel is located in very good location in Kendall, just 2 minutes walking from Dadeland Mall Property has nice design and architecture, but our room floor felt like it wasn’t cleaned before our arrival, window curtain wasn’t working well and hair dryer rack was broken These things were not big issues, I would definitely stay here again, but next time I would address these, and maybe ask to change room if the floor doesn’t feel clean enough

This is my favorite hotel in Miami. I stayed for the first time back in March and now it is the only place I will stay at when traveling to Miami. It is right next to the mall and there are great restaurants in the area, free parkimg and I enjoy my time in Miami every time I stay here.

Hotel is super pretty and modern. Also smells very nice. The gym is small but convenient for a quick workout. Conveniently connected/ directly next door to the mall (sadly everything closes at 7). The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Service is also quick. Would love to stay here again!

First time in an AC brand hotel. Very impressive. Loved everything about it. The breakfast (you do have to pay for it), is a classic European buffet, the best I've had in the US. Be aware, the hotel is in the Dadeland Shopping Center (from my perspective, that is a plus), but it is quiet and there is plenty of free and safe parking.

Comfortable convenient hotel for dadeland mall and surrounding areas. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was the only let down - a fair selection but all the hot items (eggs/potatoes etc) were stone cold, didn't feel great value for 25 dollars (after tax) . Good coffee though!

The hotel is perfectly located and close to the mall, airport and most shops. My only issue was with breakfeast, it was expensive and very limited, also personnel in charge were never aware that I had breakfeast included and intend to charge a $19 fee for a very simple breakfeast.

The menu in the restaurant is very limited and the food is not special at all. The rooms are nice. Beds and pillows are very good as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. Excellent location. The pool is not really a pool. Max depth is just 1.2 meter. However the temperature of the water was very good for relaxation. All you can do there is walk a little bit and sit for a while. A little disappointing for me though...
