This hotel is extremely convenient for layovers at MIA. Conveniently located in the American terminal for anyone are/dep on AA it’s great! Hotel is a little tired but we had a good night sleep & could overlook some things because of the convenience. They don’t have a restaurant, but there is an airport restaurant adjacent to the front desk.

Property is a little older than I expected, but very clean. There is no fridge or microwave in the hotel room. When I asked for a fridge, the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. They installed the fridge within half an hour. With the hotel being attached to the airport i am very happy with how quiet it is (although I’m on the parking lot side of the hotel). For anyone coming to stay and arriving late, there is no room service and the restaurants connected too and in the airport all close before or by 10pm. Not good for late time arrivals. Overall very happy.

If you are flying into or out of Miami International Airport, the location can't be beat. My room served the purpose. It was weird that a bottle of shampoo was next to the sink, but the hand and body wash was a reach across the shower. They have a restaurant on the top floor. The food was OK, but there was only one server for the entire restaurant and bar. Breakfast is at the Air Margaritaville restaurant just outside the hotel in the terminal.

Arrived at 11am. No bell desk or bag storage. Early check-in fee was $53.50. Hotel is in the airport public concourse. Unrestricted access to the elevators from the concourse and no in-room safe. Walls are thin. Heard occupants of adjacent room as well as repeated door slamming throughout the day and evening. I am 5'10" and the showerhead is at chin level, so constant crouching to shower. Every minute or so, the water turned scalding hot for about a second. Vienna restaurant (on 7): After a 5 minute wait, menus arrived with "we're busy and understaffed, it will be a little bit". After 10 minutes with not even a water dropped at the table (while observing staff standing and chatting while 4 tables were neglected), I left to eat elsewhere. Convenient location for flights is the only reason to even consider staying here.

When traveling through Miami, we almost always have a layover and find it most convenient to stay right on site. Staff are efficient and polite, rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable.

Room shower was broke. By the time I went to take a shower, it was too late to call the front desk to change rooms. There was a cockroach in the shower. In general the room was I paid extra to be able to used the room. The room looked old.

The front desk could not find my reservation and it took 15 minutes to check in. When I arrived at the room the bed had debris and hair on it, toilet seat had urine on it. I did not feel comfortable here at all. Couldn’t sleep.

Old,tired hotel that looks like it was built in the 1980’s and nothing has been updated since! Noisy，with a thin door with a large gap on the bottom, rusty bathroom fixtures, with a tub that didn’t drain, stood in 3 inches of water the whole time I showered. Small room with no place to put your opened suitcase except on the floor! The only window in the room was so filthy, it actually looked opaque. If you want to see an antique Honeywell thermostat, check out these rooms- no numbers on it so you had no idea what the room temp was. I guess there’s no incentive to improve the rooms since most people just stay here out of necessity for one night as I did. So…if you have an early international flight as I did, you have no choice than to pay over $200 for a &29.95 hotel room!

I’m not that critical on my hotel reviews, usually- grab an Uber from Miami airport and don’t stay here, even if you land late as my plane did. I don’t know the last time my hotel room had one shower curtain. Check out the shower head - its condition and height- I’m a little over 6’- and cracked tiles in my room- I tried to call down to the front desk and the room phone didn’t work. The AC did, about the nicest comment I can make, based on my experience.

Convenient for the airport and takes the hassle out of having to get a shuttle bus. A little dated but appeared clean and tidy on arrival to our room. Sadly our room was one with adjoining doors and could hear people in next room talking. If you want a quiet night before your flight, i would suggest somewhere else.

It's an hotel in an airport so it was actually perfect for my needs. I had a late night arrival and an early morning departure so it was perfect. Room was comfy and the shower was warm. Can't complain and the staff was wonderful.

Room was modern and clean. Bathroom was clean but basic. Check-in was horrendous…line was 20 people deep and I waited 30 minutes. Line was just as long after we finished checking in. Checking out was painless, just dropped the keys and headed for the rental car train.

The first employee who helped me, who happened to be Argentinian, treated me very poorly because he couldn't find my reservation and refused to help me. Thankfully, I found another latin employee who looked for my reservation and found it. Otherwise, I wouldn't have had a place to sleep that night.

Great easy location inside the Miami airport. No taxi ride. Just walk off a plane and straight to the check in counter. TSA check and a restaurant are right by the lobby desk. Could not be more convenient for overnight stays.

I have stayed here many times and it is always great for long lay overs. I just wish it was easier to find in the airport. There is zero signage and when you get confirmation of your stay it should say at least what concourse it is in. Other than that, it is a nice little place for layovers.

My flight was canceled, and AA gave me a free hotel night outside the airport. Since I only had about 8 hours before I needed to be back at the airport, I stayed at the airport hotel. This isn't my first time staying at an airport hotel; I stayed in Dalles last week, and it was great. However, this place looks old, worn out, and dirty. I couldn't even get a toothbrush because they ran out. Stay away from this place. One more thing, stay away from the restaurant!!

For over $300.00 a night I expected better. I ate at the restaurant and the table was dirty and the waitress then used my napkin to wipe off another table. Not sanitary at all
