Elevator is out of order since two weeks and seems that nobody cares about it. If you have heavy luggage consider another property.

The room was clean. Elevator was broke and has been broke for over 2 weeks! Staff couldn't have cared less. Spoke to over a dozen guests and all said never ever staying here again. Better to stay a bit further from the port or Bayside area and pay Uber $10 than to be treated so poorly. Staff also charges a $20 resort fee that they should auto waive and they did but we had to ask for it. They could have also offered a breakfast coupon to the in-house restaurant for $15 to help compensate.

BIGGEST ISSUE- elevator! Only one elevator was working for a building that super close to the port and has over 15 floors. Waited over 30 mins for the elevator on the morning of our cruise and ended up walking down from the 6th floor with two large luggages and a stroller. Mind you, the stairwell was very small and ended up forming a line of people also trying to leave. My mother (who had two knee replacements) and oldest child were staying on the 15th floor, they waited just as long as we did for the elevator. My husband had to walk their luggage and help my mother down 15 flights so we wouldn’t lose our uber to port. Rooms were very clean but the bathrooms were super tiny. Not enough outlets. Tv in the second room didn’t work and could t get ahold of front desk on the phone or through text. When I was considering a shuttle to the port, concierge told me to book with her, told her I’d be back down after check in but when I came back they told me I can only book through QR code which is what I was going to do originally. I understand things take time to fix but this is something that should’ve been stated prior to check in we were supposed to stay there after disembarking the ship but immediately canceled.

Actually it was a great little room right in the middle of everything happening. My biggest problem was that the elevators were not working. Thankfully I was only on the 4th floor and I can handle those stairs. However ppl were staying there to get on cruises with tons of luggage. One elevator was completely down and the bellhop would lock the other one. Overall I would stay there again
