Checking out, everyone is checking out in the morning and the elevators essentially don’t work. You’re waiting there for so long and when an elevator actually comes, it packed with everyone else and their bags. They should warn you that if you want to leave your room in the morning to leave 20 to 30 minutes earlier than planned. We ended up lugging our stuff down 8 flights of stairs. Room is nice but everything is kind of tight (hallways, walkways, etc.) overall a good stay.

Staff was okay upon arrival nothing to brag about. They didn’t advise of the 40 a night parking fee which unfortunately we had no choice as there is no where else to park. The beds were not comfortable at all, the shower was gross.

Pool was extremely small and gets a lot of shade in the afternoon. I booked a two queen bed room. The room was pretty small and so was the bathroom. The bathroom was very dark and had a missing light above the sink. The sink leaked all over the floor after any use. The bathroom sliding door was a heavy barn type style door and ours was extremely loud. Could not close it in the middle of the night because it was so noisy it would wake everyone up. The room did have a mini fridge to use. Our floor did not have a working ice machine or any ice machine.

Convenient location to the light rail station and a lot of good restaurant options nearby, but a couple of blocks out of the mix. Stayed there twice in one week, before and after a trip to Antigua, and both times there were only two elevators working.

I really love the area, downtown was beautiful. The hotel was close to walking distance to so many different places, the room had a nice view! I didn’t like that the pool area closed so early and that Indigo didn’t have a microwave. I stayed 4 days so I had lots of food I couldn’t reheat.

Not fond of the forced valet parking but it went well. Being on the road as we are for 3 weeks it is nice to have easier access to sort and compress items without going through a valet to get your vehicle every time, also in America the vehicle is a big extension of oneself and hard to turn over the keys to a stranger.

The property was ok. I had to change my room 3 times. The first roam had roaches. The second room the ac didn’t work. The third room the ac also didn’t work. The area surrounding it is nice but outside of that. I wouldn’t recommend. The second concierge stsff membee was extremely helpful. The first one rushed and seemed annoyed when i complained about the roaches.

There was no hot water so showers were cold. Maintenance came, but did not change anything. We were offered 4 drink vouchers, which we didn’t take. There was a rat crawling around inside the dining room to which the server on duty responded with “He’s there often.” Management said they’d take care of the problem after assuring me the kitchen and dining room were pest free. I then sent them a video of the rat in the diningroom so they could see it wasn’t pest free. Also, diningroom cushions are stained and dirty. This hotel was rated 8.6, which normally I would not stay at, but it’s where my daughter had booked two rooms and was staying so I stayed hoping the low reviews were due to a lack of amenities. This was not the case. This is really a 3 star hotel at best. It’s not a 3.5 or 4 as advertised. If we were staying more than one night I would have asked for a refund so I could go somewhere more comfortable.

First our room didn’t have windows to see the beautiful morning of Miami the hot water you have to let it run couple second to get hot. It was a little cucaracha side of my bed and other one in the bathroom ., the Curtain from the dark balcony because it wasn't a real balcony you can just see 4!walls which wasn’t to expected . Even thought I was trying to pleased to my daughter I went to talk to the front desk the guy was in that momento told me that they don’t have rooms available but he will address the situation to the manager which I never have apology or phone call from him . I have my worst experience ever and they small pull where you have to wait to use the chair at list one hour until the people were using get tired and leave I choose this hotel because of the good reviews but very clear this reviews are made up To finalize my review the restaurant food was. Very bad oily fried oily plantains. Cold rice. Meat no cook properly we have to go and have lunch and dinner to the restaurant around the corner which was amazing

This hotel experience was spot on. The hotel was clean, updated, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect because it was near the bay and walkable to some great coffee and breakfast places. We will definitely be back again.

The front desk and bar staff was very friendly. Lobby areas were very clean. However, the room could have been cleaner. There was drink rings on the nightstand, bathroom had hair in shower and a hair tie and dried toothpaste on sink handles. There was a lingering odor of marijuana the entire stay which I didn’t care for. The floors felt like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The bed was comfortable, so atleast I was able to sleep. But I truly couldn’t wait for this trip to be over and to go home and take a shower and clean everything that came with me. I will definitely not be back to this particular hotel.

It was a nice hotel, great lobby, nice looking bar & restaurant. The room was okay, a bit small but nice anyway. The room was a bit dusty and the floors were kind of grimy, like they hadn’t been mopped in a while. Some of the fixtures were loose and appeared to be a bit damaged with paint splatter or just didn’t work all together.

This hotel is modern, has easy access to supermarkets, metromover, train, small shops, . About inside good restaurant, beautiful decorations. About the room everything is almost perfect but it allows you hear all noise from next room, hallway. So I couldn’t sleep well. Dut to the family noise and mama try to send the kids to the bathroom.

Avoid booking at the Hotel Indigo Brickell. Their customer service is appalling. Checking in, you’ll be charged a $100 deposit per night, in addition to your stay. I stayed from Monday to Thursday, so for a $450 stay, they charged a $300 deposit or room fee that’s still pending a week after I checked out. Despite other reviews mentioning this as customary, they hold the deposit for an extended period, likely to pay employees or run the business. I called, but they transferred me to Canada, hung up on me, and told me there’s nothing I can do until they release it. There was sewage running down the street outside. And loud construction. The rooms are problematic. The air conditioning is “master controlled,” and the thermostat controls it. It gets hot at night, and there’s nothing you can do about it. I asked for a different room on the night of checking, but German found another room and said he “blasted” the air before we arrived. When we got to the new room, it seemed to be on for about 20 minutes before stopping. The hotel hallways have no AC, and the carpet floors are stained and smell like weed. The most egregious issue is the handling of the room deposit and “resort fee.” The gentleman at the desk caught me off guard with the $300 charge, which I paid with the same debit card I used to pay for the room. If you stay here, use a credit card. I had one, but I was so shocked that I used a debit, and $300 of my money is now tied up, likely paying someone’s salary. It’s almost

This hotel was in perfect location and the room was spacious and clean! Reason I gave it 4 stars: it was so loud at night, you can hear everything going on outside and in our room you would hear, what I assume is water pipes, all night long. Sounded like when someone flushes a toilet and the pipe had to be right by the bed’s headboard because it was loud and clear. But assigned from that I would stay here again.

The hotel itself was clean, nice, and comfortable. It was our first time in Miami and so we had to fly in we arrived at around 11am with check in posted at 4pm which was fine but we contacted the hotel just to see if a earlier check in was available. the first time we called the desk told us to check back at 1:30 so we did was told to check at 2:30 so at 3:00 we stopped by the hotel just to follow up from the previous call again we were fine with the 4pm check in was just following up from the previous call. I’m not sure what the guys name was but grey hair and a grey beard he was an absolute rude individual that truthfully has no business behind a desk other than to go on power trips made 0 eye contact took my I.d for 10min while on his computer and tossed it on the desk with a short “nope check in at 4pm” that was the first encounter the second with the same guy room service had collected our towels and only returned 1 full sized towel no rags but 2 hand towels I asked about getting the other towels he told me nope, I’ve sent you all the towels already and wanted nothing to do with rectifying the situation I proceeded to tell him that room service had collected our towels left one but there are two people in the room he told me two more times that I do not get any more because he’s sent all the towels already. I try not to but after getting somewhat irritated he finally said he’d send someone up all for like three towels other than him the rest of the hotel was pretty good!

Our visit to Miami Indigo was very pleasant. Thanks to your staff for making it such a comfortable stay. We were there 2 day went on a cruise and chose to stay ay Indigo when we returned. For all these days i was attanded fantastic. Every need was catered yo perfection making us feel important. Thank you for all your hospitality and making us feel so welcome. Your employees deserve more than a thank you especially LUIS at the front desk. He is the kindest and most helpful person he really made us feel at home. Definitely coming back

I had arrived at the hotel at 9 AM and went to the front desk to check in. I had asked if I would be able to do early check in and the person at the desk said they would text me when the room was ready. 4 PM - (check-in time) still the room was not ready. There were about 6 people at the front desk and a ton of people that showed up after I did that were able to get a room so I find this to be extremely rude and inconsiderate that nobody followed up or tried to make an effort to apologize. Pros: Hotel, common areas and bathrooms were very clean. -The location is a short walk from the main strip in Brickell Cons: -No outlets in public spaces to be able to work in pool or common space -there was construction next door consistently -While the hotel bathrooms were esthetically pleasing the shower water was freezing -The AC is controlled by the building even though there are thermostats in each room -The pool area is completely shaded all day, the pool is freezing and there are only 7 lounge chairs for the whole hotel -there was additionally 2 elevators out of service during the stay which caused a lot of congestion and the need for the workers to try to use it to bring towels and dirty linens etc. -the rooftop that is advertised in the lobby was not as it looks at all

The room was fine, but unfortunately the service was unsatisfactory. When we booked, we contacted the hotel directly to request a late checkout. We were told that it would be no problem and to just let them know the day before. I called the hotel the day before and they said that a late checkout was not possible due to the hotel being overbooked. After I explained the situation, I was told to contact them on the morning of to see what can be done. I spoke directly to the front desk staff around the 7:45am and got the same response. I asked to speak to a manager and they said he wasn't available until 9am. I went to my meeting and found some time to call the hotel and spoke to a helpful person that was pleasant and told me it would be no problem, they would extend my checkout till 12pm. Relieved, I continued with my meeting and arrived at the hotel at 11:30 am to pick up my belongings only to discover that my room key didn't work. I went to the front desk to speak to the lady who kindly informed me that they had tried to contact me at my room (?) to inform me that my late checkout request had been denied. After much haggling I was finally able to get a working room key so that I could get my belongings and leave. This was a very frustrating and unnecessary customer service experience. Surely, the hotel could've made some sort of exception rather than a put a paying guest through so much difficulty. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Property was clean and our room was kept tidy daily by housekeeping. Did however had a mix up with the room which we booked but Daniel at the Front Desk Quickly sorted that out. Only downside is you could hear every Siren of every Police car, Ambulance, Fire Truck so it’s a bit noisy but it was an ok stay.

The building is very close to the Brickell Metrorail station which is convenient, but that also attracts some transient folks. There was also some construction right across the street. On a good note, it is a short walk to the high end Brickell City Centre.

This is a very noisy property! The walls are paper thin and there is an EMS/Fire station across the street that is super busy! The food in the property while good is super expensive. It appears this is an older property and fortunately we were there for one night only!

Restaurant had dirty chairs and we had to wipe them down. 3 coffees, piece of chocolate cake, slice of Cheesecake and a bowl of soup cost over 73 dollars with tax and service charge. Downstairs ladies restroom dirty and unkept. Also my son said that the men's room was no better. Toilets did not flush. Watched people get checked in early ever and ever again while we had to wait until 4pm Woman at the front desk told me she was going to text us when the room was ready. When I asked for an update she told me that she tried to text me and than called me by a different name. And I gave her my name and that is when she was like ohhh yeah your room isn't ready. I asked when it would be and she said not until 4. I wouldn't let this bother me but watching all of the people that were in the lobby waiting get their rooms early was very frustrating. I would like to mention that until we were in the elevator we did not know that there was more than one hotel within the building. That could be the reason why others were being checked in. But not sure. After speaking to another person at the front desk (for the girl was no longer there) the gentleman up front was actually checking and a half hour later he got us into our room. The elevator....you have to hold your room key to the pad and it takes a couple seconds before you can choose your floor. It is extremely hard to do that while others are going to different floors. The front desk does not let people know either. And because

Pillows had a smell of the previous people. Gross. I am not sure if the sheets were changed. Bathroom not super clean. No netflix, youtube or any channels. Food was terrible. They allowed smokers in the back patio. But management was very kind and went above and beyond.

The room was clean and lots of room. Staff was friendly. The only downside was we tried to eat breakfast and the service was really slow. I didn’t get my avocado toast until after everyone was done eating. They messed up my order and had to remake it. I had them make it to-go and they didn’t toast the bread and it was soggy by the time I ate it.

Called for towels at starting at 8:30 AM, finally got them after several more calls at 5:30 PM. Ordered room service at 10:30AM and it arrived at 11:45AM Rolling shade fell from window, and nobody ever came to fix it. Would call front desk and it would just ring until got a busy signal. Last day we tried to order room service and after several attempts to call, my husband went down and they said they saw us calling, but they had a wedding party no room service. The shower got the floor wet no matter how many towels we put down. Over all a very disappointing experience.
