This hotel is not in a great location, just a stop near the interstate. Too many fees added. They charge you $2.00 for booking through 3rd party, $5.00 for parking!, property service fee $4.00, and taxes $10.68 for the night, plus $89.00 per night fee. Nothing about this stay was great, except for the fine gentleman working the breakfast bar!

We were suppose to have 2 rooms in close proximity. One room was ready and the other wasn't. The gentlemen checking us in said he would make sure the 2nd room was nearby as requested on our reservation. Went back to get keys for the 2nd room and it was on a different floor. Employee said she didn't have another room anywhere else. The gentleman (manager) was no where to be found. They put half our group on a floor with no working elevator, despite informing them we had disabled people in our party. The rooms were not well cleaned. "Breakfast" was very limited and not good. Employees were making plates with what little was served & standing in hallway eating. Toaster didn't work. Pool was dirty and no seating for more than 4 people. Staff doesn't seem to care. This place needs some new management and major upgrades.

The staff were very fry& helpful. One staff member supervised breakfast & assisted in making waffles. I won’t return because I came from Canada & wanted to go swimming but the pool is not heated. That should be in the description of the property. One guest sat in a lounge chair by the pool trying to get the fun in the sun experience but she couldn’t go swimming.

Everyone was courteous, the breakfast included eggs - which is becoming more rare...but I hate hidden fees and it was brought to my attention that there is a $5 parking fee per night. I was asked "so you have a vehicle?" I was like, "Well yeah, how do you think I got here?" It seems there are people living there permanently, with bikes latched around the property. Looks like that was a valid question after all.

The rooms were dirty the bed was poor the couch had big dirt spots on it! The only elevator became stuck with three people in it for almost an hour then an out of order sign for 3 or more days, I could not keep walking up the flight of stairs due to my knees so we checked out early.

Filthy, there was a huge hole in the ceiling over the shower. The hallway smelled like urine. The sheets and blankets were very dirty. There was hair and dirt all over the floors. Outside around the pool was cigarette butts

Floor was sticky throughout, entire place was dirty, the smell of mould was overwhelming. We got in room and the bed sheets were not changed, one bed had a dozen long black hairs in the sheets, the other bed had pubic hairs and blood stained. Even the extra blankets were full of hairs. The walls and vending machines were dirty. We decided to skip the free breakfast as if it’s that filthy throughout then I wasn’t eating there. 0/10 recommend.

We found a cockroach at our room, the towels are small and there were spots on the room wall and bathroom. They said the breakfast is from 7-10 but at 9:00 a lot of itens were out and they told us they didn’t have more to replace. The only thing I like is that is close to fast foods and restaurants.

Was really only looking for a quick place to stop for a shower and some sleep after being on the road for 11 hours. Got in the room and found mold above the AC unit and lots of grime in various places around the room. Then went to to shower and found a solid and thick patch of mold at the top of the shower/tub insert where it meets the wall.

The room was fairly clean, staff was OK, breakfast is carbs, more carbs and more carbs. They put out some yogurt two hours after breakfast started. Very rundown, use their on-site, washing machine and the trashcan buy it must not have been emptied in a week because it reeked. Bed was OK, water pressure are good and there was hot water so that’s a plus Air conditioning on the other hand is nothing to write home about. I would not recommend staying here in the summer at all unless they replace ACs.

Room was extremely neglected. Bathroom was clogged since we checked in, manager attempted to fix it with a plunger but it did not work. Air conditioner continued to shut off during the night. Bed was very uncomfortable and you can hear the guests in the rooms on the side and above, This hotel does not even deserve a one star!

You could hear the people above us the walls and floors were thin that I had to call the front desk about the stomping above me at 10 pm. The smell of chemicals when you walk in is overwhelming. Everything was old and looked dirty. The outside was not kept up, and when I walked to my car near the bushes it smelled like urine. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I wasn’t expecting the Hilton, but for almost 100 a night it should have been in better condition. They include “breakfast” but everything had an out of order sign on it except for the small refrigerator that had a 1/2 of a gallon of milk and I’m going to assume cereal, but I didn’t fully look. There are better hotels in the area don’t stay here.

The rooms heat didn't work. No refrigerator or microwave. Had to pay yo stay to the fact the weather impacted our arrival time. Also ran out of supplies on the breakfast.

Front desk could not find my Expedia reservation in their system. Had to wait for 1 hour in the lobby with kids at 12 am only to make an ad-hoc reservation directly with them. Now I am dealing with getting a refund from Expedia and they say they are not able reach the hotel manager to get the refund approved. What a mess...Will never book another Microtel.

The staff needs to be trained on professionalism and customer service. They sit in a back room and you have to look for them for assistance. Then the attitude is unpleasant as if you are bothering them especially the Black lady at night, very rude. The room needs to be painted. our toilet seat was broken and the smell wasn't good in the lobby.

On March 23, 2024, I was charged a smoking fee of $150 on my bill, despite being a non-smoker and adhering strictly to your hotel’s non-smoking policy. The staff at this place seem like they need to go through training again...I was told 5 different prices for my total for the 5 days I stayed there ranging from $339 - $520. How is it that the staff has no clue what someone owes? Yes, I did contact the hotel about this issue and they won't even acknowledge the fact that I was told 5 different prices for the 5 nights, all they care about is letting me know that "I wasn't overcharged." How about you listen to my actual problem and see that I was told multiple prices and the fact that it ranges between $200 is insane to me...In my opinion if your staff told someone 5 different prices for their hotel room because they don't know how to work the computers, then you need to honor the lower price considering this threw me through a loop and I had no clue how much money was going to be taken out of my account until days after I checked out. This absolutely blows my mind and I will not be staying here again and I will be warning others about the experience I had here.

This is one of those deceptive hotels that tack on added fees. You’re given a total estimate and then when you check in, they add on an extra $29.90 per room per night. They are deceptive and I will not have my employee stay here again

Window AC unit was broken. Finger nail was in the stairwell for the entire trip. No one clearly cleans stairs. Parking lot had glass and a needle when we tried walking the dog past the homeless camp. Horrible experience

Upon arrival told about shooting across the street. First night people up making noise until 2am Second night women arrested in parking lot. Third night dog left in room barked and scratched for 2plus hours straight. Fourth night a loud argument went on for quite a while below our window. Had to request clean towels daily. The staff was ok , but I don’t think I’ll go back.

Liked the room layout with kitchenette and table and chairs in the middle between two beds. Comfortable. Shower curtain was so short it couldn't prevent water from pooling on floor (we complained about that when we checked out and were told they were going to fix that immediately but it was hard to see how that had not been noticed previously) Breakfast was inadequate - lacking any eggs, yogurt or fruit.
