The hot tub was closed and green. The bed frames are some sort of metal so they make a lot of noise if you accidentally hit them. The towels are small and thin. Guests were in the hallway until 3am making noise. Water fountains not running. Vending machines practically empty. It was convenient to I95 and the staff was friendly.

It was only one night but I was very impressed. The two item that kept me from giving it a 5 stars was that the elevator wasn’t working and a few little bugs on the room floors. This is FL so I squashed them and went about my day.

The PLUS is for the extra mold and dog smell that you get for free with the room. No soap, no shampoo, broken bathroom door. Loud, property dirty. Room lighting better fitting a dollar store. Here's my favorite part. We got this room because we wanted a hot tub. Hot tub is empty with loose caution tape on it like a pathetic murder scene. Pool surface covered liberally with bugs.

Roaches, visibly dirty, smelled, LOTS of random people hanging out in and around their cars in the parking lot at all hours of the night, beer cans and trash everywhere in the parking lot, windows don’t work properly, very old, furniture that has not been maintained, rude and unhelpful staff.The key cards kept failing and management admitted to going into my room with the “Do Not Disturb” on. Beyond creepy.

Floor hasn't been vacuumed in some time. Mold in the shower. Found a pen in the sheets so who knows how long since the last cleaning. Sheets smelled like cigarettes.

Checked in fine….got to room n pulled top cover off bed n there it was!!!!…a live BEDBUG in room 233.2nd flr!!..immediately called front desk n turned around n checked right back out of hotel!!!!!…very apologetic n I wrapped up bug in toilet paper n took it to front desk on my way OUT!!!…..PROOF!!!..needless to say I got a full refund!…I wasn’t even in the room 5 minutes!!!!!…..oh well…never again…

The check in was smooth and the front desk agent was lovely. The room was set up with 2 full size beds, small shower which had black mold in caulk lines. But I think the biggest complaint is the beds being so dang uncomfortable. The pillows flat as cardboard.

The room smelled like an ashtray the moment I walked through the door. I called front desk and was told housekeeping would take care of it and they never did. The air conditioner worked poorly as well.

Very disappointed in the price for what we got. The bedding was ripped and stained. The pocket bathroom offered one towel hook for a room meant for four people. One tiny corner shelf in a stall shower is all you get. No counter space for toiletries around the sink, which is a corner in the room. We were shocked and disappointed at the overall lack of space and storage/usable surfaces for a four person room, much less any place to change with privacy. I wouldnt have had a much easier time staying here alone as a woman. However, the front desk staff is very friendly and kind.

Pets are allowed and 1st floor had dogs barking loudly at all hours. We mentioned it to front desk in morning and her response was less than desirable (nothing I can do about that...) She could have at least appeared empathetic.

This is my favorite red roof I have ever stayed at and my preferred staying location when visiting this area! Staff is always friendly Reema & Bridget at the front desk were such a delight! Always hit coffee and creamer for guests and it is always clean and quiet! A safe location and amazing price. I will always stay at this location when I am in town visiting!

Had an employee come in my room while I was in the shower in the middle of the day. Also, at 9am Sunday morning worker tore the screen off our window and pulled so hard that it opened the window. No warning or anything, someone could have been seriously hurt had my husband assumed he was breaking in.

Short visit on the way south of Palm Coast. We have stayed in many others for a much higher price, and Red Roof Inn + is just as nice for a much lower price. We only need it for a nights stay but if you were staying in the area it’s a great value. Spend your money on other things! Added bonus, the staff is always friendly and accommodating!

The staff was excellent, kind, and understanding. This would be day six without power after hurricane Milton. My kids and I were at our wits end. We were low on money and this was affordable. I wasn't expecting a clean and welcoming environment. My husband called and spoke to Bridgette to make sure they had power before we made the reservation. She was very kind and helpful. When we got their in person Bridgette helped us get settled with genuine compassion. All of the staff was accommodating and always asked if we needed anything. Rima checked us out and was also very nice. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.

The woman at the front desk she said she’s been down here for 30 years she’s originally from Bayshore Long Island. I forget her name Gina maybe she was amazing helpful friendly in every way we will be back.

Dog-friendly! When you walk in, the lobby is very nice, the staff are lovely and helpful, especially Amanda, at the front desk. There are nice public areas in the lobby and, although the ad still says “hot breakfast included,” they stopped doing hot breakfast since COVID. That’s understandable, but they should take it out of the ad. But, they DO provide morning coffee, in the lobby area, and it’s very good, plus there’s a little coffee maker in the room, with little coffee packets provided, as well as tea bags. The pool and hot tub were clean and the water was pristine, well-kept. The furniture around the pool, on the other hand, was a little worse for the wear, but not dirty, and usable. It’s Florida! The rooms are a bit small, especially with two Queen beds, but the room contains everything you need; as close to an efficiency as you can get, without being listed as an efficiency. The room was clean and the daily cleaning people, very efficient, but upon check-in, there were nooks and crannies, especially around the edges, and in the corners of the rooms, (especially the bathroom), that need better care, but it did not feel like a dirty place. The A/C filter was clean, the furniture, floors, carpeted area, and curtain, were all clean, as were all the surfaces of the furniture. They were very kind providing us with more towels, soaps, etc., as needed. We had to extend our stay and the staff was great about it. There’s a Cracker Barrel right next door!

Property is located in a nice area of Palm Coast. Clean,staff was friendly there is no breakfast, but the coffee in room is very good. Beds are comfortable would definitely stay again.
