The grounds were beautiful and we felt like we were on vacation and could relax. The interior of our room and the hallways were outdated and in need of a refresh. I don’t know if it was just our room as check in said “I need to check if the owner is still in the room” when we arrived early. Also, it’s very odd a resort of that size has no store to buy every day needs and snacks etc. If you stock up during the day it’s fine but if not there is no where to buy a soda, water or chips after 8pm when the onsite pizza place closes (which is on the opposite side of the resort via outside).

It was an amazing experience. We loved this hotel and absolutely enjoyed everything it offers. We want to come back in the future for a longer stay. Staff is very nice. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. The pools outside are clean, heated and very well maintained. The indoor pool was really a good alternative for rainy weather. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and fun!

Showers need safety bars, I slipped on the floor & had nothing to grab to stabilize me. ! Also, we had no wash cloths replenished one day & no coffee staples replenished another day!

It started with us booking at yacht Harborand not having any idea that that was not on property until after we booked. Your reservations people were great, but that was the only good part of our entire . The jacuzzi didn’t work at condo , we called several times and twice I was told they were sending a tech out and nobody showed. The actual resort was nowhere near what we expected it to be via pictures online. The bathrooms at pool were so dirty and dingy. The lazy river was super small compared to pics. The pools were not cleaned well. We got to resort from condo at 11am Saturday and nowhere to sit by ANY pools. I called and person on phone said “we only have so many chairs, sorry”. Condo rooms were fine but outdated. Not enough towels at condo- had to call. We would not stay here again for the price we paid and we weren’t even on property. My brother and sister in law stayed at same place in diff room and felt the exact same way as we did with all of this. Super disappointed
