Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center

Great place for a couple getaway. Lots of nearby restaurants. Pool is great. Hot tub is good. Bar for a nice cocktail or a nightcap. The only thing is the restaurant menu is very small and limited. We love it here! Its our go to hotel in Palm Coast

Loved this hotel and our room. Jacuzzi was closed but made use of the awesome pool & loungers.

The hot tube did not have good bubbles

The hotel was very clean and featured a nice pool, jacuzzi and gym. The rooms were very nice with clean and spacious. The service could have been better. The TVs could have had more streaming options like hulu or max.

AC does not work, coffee machine does not work, chairs around pool area are all broken & moldy

We came here because this hotel is dog friendly, and we were soooo pleasantly surprised at how lovely this hotel is! Very nice decor, great snack bar, and the best thing was how clean it was and smelled throughout. Our room and bathroom was modern and updated, very spacious, big TV, great sheer and blackout blinds, delicious coffee, standard AC instead of a wall unit, and vinyl flooring which made it feel extra clean. The hotel staff were ALL very friendly!! The pet fee was $75, which is worth it if they continue to keep everything so tidy and nice. We would come back and recommend for anyone with or without dog!

Our stay was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area is clearly in need of work. The gate sticks, the pool needed to be filtered and netted and the pool furniture was moldy and dirty. Another unppealing aspect was the condition of the fish tank in the lobby. It shouls

Construction is going on in the lobby and throughout the hotel. Our car was blocked in the parking lot by heavy machinery. It would have been appropriate for the hotel to ask me to move my car, but no one said anything. We were one minute away from being blocked in for quite awhile.

It was unusually cold in Florida and my only complaint is that the hot tub was not hot. We mentioned it several times, and they said they would turn the heater on, but a couple hours later it was always still barely warm. We chose this hotel for the hot tub. Every single staff person we came across was absolutely amazing.

when we approached the hotel, there was a sign to enter at side entrance due to construction. If we would have known that we would not have selected this hotel. After entering there was no one to greet us for at least ten minutes, The housekeeper had walked the hall and noticed we were waited, must have gone to the back to let someone know and a rep came out to check us in. The pool was under construction, so no fresh air sitting around the pool with other family members who flew in from New York and selected the same hotel. No place to hang clothes as there were no racks up. The hallway had a musty stench. There is no way this hotel should have cost over 200 a night. We only lodged for one night as we traveled for my aunts funeral. In the future the hotel should advise that the hotel is under construction. Upon checkout I asked the front desk clerk for a discount so that we could come back and enjoy the hotel with the new renovations, she had an attitude and told me to contact the general manager Dan on Monday. My husband is a Hilton Honors Member and this is the first time we were disappointed with a stay.

The rooms were clean, but there was a sewer smell that came out of the shower drain sometimes, not always. The plug on the right side of the bed only had 1 working outlet. The 2 USB ports and the other outlet were dead. Could use a makeup mirror in the bathroom and a shelf above the clothes rack in the bedroom would have been nice. Otherwise, staff were very friendly, facility was very nice.

The hotel was very well-maintained and clean. There were signs up that it will be going through a renovation, but it was so well kept it didn't seem like it needed one.

I was assigned a very nice room and really appreciated the attention I received at the front desk, but later that night I saw many roaches crawling around. For a room which cost is in excess of $200 per night I think preventive measures should take to prevent such an unhealthy occurrence.

The property is very clean. Room and bathroom are big and clean.

Ever hallways carpet has stains. It smells dirty from the second you walk in. Like old carpet and must. Needs an update asap. Disappointed for the name

I had a family of cockroaches that lived in the drawer by the fridge and coffee maker ...I had asthma issue. After i checked the AC air filter I knew why! I took pictures ! Unbelievable the amout of dust and cobwebs and black stuff growing on vents. I got price gouged for those 2 nights!!! For the worst room Ive ever stayed in...Sooooo awful and disgusting. Pet charge was not clearly stated as other properties and caused issue w my bank. Manager was not helpful at all. Would never recommend or stay here again. Could have stayed on the beach at another property for this price!

We stayed 3 days, day 2 the room was not cleaned apparently the rooms are cleaned every other day but on the day it was to be cleaned it was done average the bathroom floor was srill dirty some hair on floor wich tells me they were payin attention or didn't Care, i would expect alot more from hilton another thing is why cant you supply the room with complimentary bottles of water i mean really. Dont be so cheap after all at 150 plus taxes per night.

The drapes were in disrepair, and the A/C was loud and in need of repair. Paying $214 for a junior suite and experiencing a loud A/C unit, drapes which were broke and a staff who wouldn't allow changing rooms, was inconsiderate and poor service. Floor was unclean and sticky.

The hotel is attractive and the room was very clean. Parking was very easy and I was able to park right near the front entrance. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working well in the room and it was do uncomfortable that I was unable to sleep through the night. However, Robert, the front desk manager was very nice and gave me a fan that helped s little.

I generally have good stays with Hilton Garden in. Overall, this one was below average. Sink drain is as broken. Coffee machine didn’t work. AC ran but was very loud and didn’t produce cold enough air. I reported these to staff upon checkout, and they seemed to take it seriously, so it may be a fluke.

The room was very spacious nice modern and comfortable. I complain. I had as a shower had very little pressure.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for Rockville! Rooms were big, clean, and the bathroom was phenomenal. Check in was a smooth process. 10/10

We booked a suite at this property and it was a wonderful choice. The room was so large and worked out well for us. Had a chance to visit the pool and it was a relaxing pause in our visit. The staff in the restaurant were ok but Justine was super helpful.

I stayed in a suite. The TV didn't work. The repair person came and turned it on and said it was working, but the live TV didn't work. He came back a second time, said it was working but when he left, it didn't work. Kinda miserable not having a TV. I had to go lay in bed to watch TV, which is not fun for a couple hours.

Wow. Everything and everyone is top notch. I like to take notice of the little things and I can’t find one flaw. Check in staff (Jay) was more than helpful, the dining room staff (Diana) was perfectly professional. The room was spotless, the on site restaurant was excellent, the lobby and common areas looked great. Talking to Jay he mentioned the lobby will be remodeled soon. I don’t see the need, it looks great. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

Room was too warm and stuffy when we arrived. Turned ac on and it took several hours to cool down. Very musty smell from the air conditioning unit, room 212. Very disappointed as the hotel was renovated recently. Lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season and the salt water fish tank was beautiful. Staff check in was not enthusiastic at all. Overall, just okay.

This was not my first time at this location. Last time I was here, I checked in late, and the front desk person was sitting on the couch in the lobby watching TV and was almost annoyed that I disturbed him at that hour. Next time I got there, I checked in late and the woman who checked me in gave me a late checkout for 12:30 pm; however, she didn't put it in the computer. The next morning when I returned back to my hotel after visiting my mom in memory care, my belongings were in the hallway in trash bags. The front desk manager was extremely rude and said they thought I check out; however, they had no record of me checking out. Instead of calling me and asking me if I was checking out (because all of my belongings were still there) they just threw everything away including my Invisalign retainers. In addition to all of that, my cat was in the room and they left the door wide open. They told me they didn't know the cat was in there, but they bagged up the litter box and food???? After freaking out, I went to the desk and they tried to say it was my fault because they didn't have any record of a late checkout, but they didn't even contact me to find out. What's the point of being a VALUED HILTONS MEMBER?? They gave me points on my Hilton account, but the feeling of having someone going through your belongings was so violating, the points don't even make up for the feeling. Beware of what the front desk help tell you. Double check everything.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast was great. Our wonderful experience started with our check in with Shamica. She provided excellent service and was the bright spot of our stay.

Breakfast was only a sit down option, no continental breakfast. Coffee was luke warm, and waffles came without whipped cream and maple syrup. Others travelers had better experience at cheaper near by hotels.

The hotel is close to major highway, fast food restaurants.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to shopping and dining, and that it was close to Routes A1A and 95!

Nice clean room, great restaurant/bar steak dinner was excellent cocktails were perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the pillows were too soft and not supporting but that’s a subjective thing. Overall great stay and great value, will definitely start again.

That is the second time I stayed. The only complaint I had was the breakfast for $16.99, and they offer a buffet, but place bacon on the bar with a lid and then say it is not with the buffet. That was embarrassing when she said"you can't have that, that. is not included!"

It was a nice hotel, but no 24 hour coffee in the lobby. They did, however, have some in the morning. There was a pay only breakfast, so that was a little disappointing.
