The staff here is awesome. I've been staying here off and on for the past several months on business and wouldn't consider anywhere else in the area. The hotel is clean, it's always quiet and if you want to hit the gym, or pool they'll get the job done. Don't sleep on the restaurant either, the food is fantastic.

The two young ladies at the front desk, was very helpful both the day before and the day after. The rooms were clean and comfy. The pool was awesome.Both heated jacuzzi and the beds were comfortable as well.Would stay again

Elevators needed to be adjusted for smooth ascend and descend . Interior needs to be cleaned more thoroughly due to the large numbers using them .

The pool is on the small size, but has a fun shape and areas to sit. The hot tub is nice too. Rooms are in good shape. Pantry to buy snacks if wanted. Restaurant in the hotel.

Property was beautiful. It was welcoming walking in with the nice clean smell of an air freshener. Staff at the front desk and the housekeepers were nice. The pool/hot tub and fitness center was great. I paid extra for breakfast in the morning, and it was amazing. The server was very nice. Parking was good. Located next to the interstate and everything in the city. The only thing they could improve on is the laundry facility. They had 2 washers and 2 dryers but only 2 of each worked. Also, they only took quarters.

This hotel is in need of an upgraded look. Our carpets were sticky feeling and the decor makes you feel like you’re still in the early 2000’s. The room was very dark and only offered one tall lamp and two small bedside lamps. There were ants surrounding the microwave. Service was welcoming and friendly.

During a 4 night stay our room was serviced (beds made, towels replaced, trash emptied, etc) only once by housekeeping. We had to go to the front desk for towels and other supplies. Dining room and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stay at this location twice each year. It wasn’t quite up to previous standards. Had to change rooms upon arrival due to equipment left in room . Electrical outlet for microwave did not work in my room the entire time although it was reported. Cleaning staff were excellent.

Overall great - this is our usual hotel when visiting family in Port St Lucie because it's clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. It doesn't disappoint in any of those areas still - the only negative thing I can say is that, since our last visit, nightlights have been added over by the coffee maker. They're the kind that are part of the electrical outlet, not something you plug in. And they flip on when the lights are off, but I couldn't find anywhere to turn the nightlight itself off. At first I was tired enough to deal with it and go to sleep, but at 2am it became a problem and every time I rolled over it woke me up. I finally managed to cover it, because I was too deliriously tired to think to call downstairs and ask how to shut it off. I'm sure there's an easy fix I was missing in my sleep deprived state, but if it was an issue for me it likely will be for someone else too. Or maybe mine was defective. Either way, it wouldn't stop me from coming back and it shouldn't stop you either - I'd just suggest asking about it if you're a light sleeper.

Shower pressure was terrible. Room 300 the blinds wouldn't open on the large window. The TV remote didn't work and AC temperature control was inoperable. Not a pleasant stay.

The only thing I didn't like is that there is no free WI-Fi, unless you are Hilton Honors member. Everyone else offers free Wi-Fi, no strings attached.

My main concern about the room was the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Almost like sleeping on a slab of concrete. And there was barely any lighting in the room; a small floor lamp and 2 tiny reading lights and the bathroom. Its hard getting ready at 4 am when you can barely see anything. Otherwise the place was nice, modern and the staff was very nice.

I’ve stayed at this Hilton Garden at least a few times before but was totally disappointed this time.The front desk staff acted as if they didn’t want to be there except Tasha who we met on the day we were leaving. As far as our room the backboard of our bed dropped off the frame, the toilet never stopped running , also my wife spotted ants in our bathroom, the cabinet that holds the refrigerator didn’t close. I understand that some of our complaints are minor but it does say something about management. I’m sure many might bewondering why I didn’t calll and complain. My reasoning was that I was only there 2 nights and I didn’t want to get involved with their miserable staff. We will not be checking in again.

The DM was very rude to me and my guest. My friend has a rash on her that was confirmed from a doctor that it is a bacterial infection from the pool which was very dirty on Sunday. The front desk customer service were amazing but some of the hire up’s were very rude and very unprofessional. I will never be staying there again and I will be letting other know about the service ! My friend also had a room there as well and she will never be staying there again. Not sure who the male was take spoke to her husband but he told her husband that he doesn’t care if he feels he was being rude and take he didn’t care if we contacted corporate which we have. Her and I both spent good money to stay there and the way that we were treated was unacceptable and unbelievable. The customer service that they showed was unbelievably unprofessional.

Wonderful stay! Room was perfect and overlooked pool. The pool temperature was perfect. Staff was wonderful. Checked in with me to see if I needed anything. My hat off to Nancy who helped me with my Honors program account. Very gracious woman. The restaurant on site makes the BEST omelet. Looking forward to my next stay.

Hilton Garden Inn is a super nice place to stay. We were visiting family that lives near the Hilton for our spring break for the second year at in a row. Great for the family. The pool area is beautiful and clean! Rooms are great. Beds are extremely comfortable. Convenient to 95 and lots of places to eat are close by. Grocery store was also close. See ya next year Hilton!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pretty great time. The room was clean and comfy, plus it had all the basic stuff I needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which was nice. Restaurant food is great, except for breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet is way overpriced for what you get. No pancakes, waffles, or biscuits included with the buffet. Only cheap pastries and weird breads.

The restaurant is excellent and we plan to return just for dinner. The only disappointment for this (second) stay here was that there was no more buffet for breakfast and that a glass of OJ was $4.00. We prefer self serve for breakfast.
