Visiting FSU and was pleased with the location. The room was a nice size and very clean. I wish there was a fan in the bathroom. They have a nice pool and bar. Small gym. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and informative. Overall had a great experience.

Hotel room was great, clean and quiet. However the hotel was apparently hosting a wedding event and all of the parking lot was taken over by the wedding guest which left no available space for the paying guests with parking passes. We were told to park across a 4 lane highway in the grass. Seems the guest should have been instructed to park in the grass and the parking lot kept for the paying guest of the hotel.

If I had a complaint it would be the pool and hot tub. Jets don’t work and the pool could be cleaner. The staff is great and the room is nice and comfortable. I will stay again.

I selected this hotel for the proximity to FSU and the pool. The website advertised a beautiful pool and patio area. The pool was under construction when I stayed. I called the day before arriving to co form my reservation and was not notified.

Room was filthy. My allergies flared up so bad I couldn’t breathe. I fell in the parking lot causing sever injuries due to the holes and uneven areas in the parking lot. We were suppose to receive a refund but did not and it’s been 2 weeks with many follow up phone calls. Tonight I was insulted by the night manager for asking if I should contact my bank.

The room hadn’t even been cleaned when we arrived. There was used toilet paper, empty bath wash, the shower didn’t even get warm. Floors looked like they hadn’t even been spot mopped or vacuumed. The towels, and sheets had stains. The sheets smelled like a dog. When I brought it to their attention nothing was made right. Absolutely disgusting hotel, whoever “cleans” their rooms should be appalled. Can’t believe I spent that amount of money for such a disgusting place.

Nice property located in a convenient location near FSU. At night walls are a little thin so the area can be somewhat noisy. In our situation we could hear the tv next door, a little one crying, traffic outside. Management is obviously aware because they had ear plugs available in the room. That said by 11 things seemed to settle down. I would stay at this location again but again be mindful of the noise considerations. Ha

The air in our room did not work. Our room stayed muggy. We asked on the first night to be moved to a different room and were told they would send maintenance first; they checked it out and said it was fine. When we asked them if the other room would be similar they said probably, so they didn’t think we should bother moving. This made us pretty uncomfortable the whole time when in our room. Otherwise, the staff everywhere were friendly, everything was clean, and the pool was very nice.

The Four Points by Sheraton was great. The exterior wall of the room was full glass from ceiling to floor and wall to wall. The 10th floor gave me a fantastic view of Tallahassee tree line. All around cool design. The Staff were friendly and courteous.

We liked the unique shape of the hotel and found the staff to be excellent and very helpful. We were disappointed by the quality of the breakfast for the exorbitant price. Additionally, our internet TV failed to connect to the internet. The hotel is on the side of a busy road and it was very noisy at night with traffic. The rooms were nice and fully outfitted and we enjoyed the big windows and easy elevator access.

We were given a room directly across from an elevator so it was very noisy. The hotel didn’t appear to be busy on Wed., Feb 21st. A better location would have been nice. Three electrical outlets didn’t work on the desk. The hot and cold water was reversed on the shower. I will note they were properly labeled, but still could have been a safety hazard.

PERFECT!!!! Wonderful hotel! We came for an FSU basketball game and it was an easy walk to the stadium! The hotel was clean and comfy and amazing! I was unsurprised there wasn’t a refrigerator (or microwave) but no biggie! It was a great experience. Great area too!

I had to wait for over fifteen minutes for the gentlemen to come back to the check in desk. He was rude and disrespectful, and I will never go back to that hotel. However, the room was clean, cool and comfortable.

All of the staff was pleasant upon arrival. The desk clerk Erica was Awesome and very knowledgeable of events and surrounding area restaurant’s. The waitress for the restaurant this morning was overwhelmed with patrons, but she took her time and assisted everyone promptly

Jabari is an absolute diamond for your company. He not only was attentive, friendly, and welcoming to your establishment but also went out of his way to track down an open pharmacy at 2am. He also remembered 6 hours later when he was leaving his shift to check on me to see how I was feeling. Jabari’s kindness and willingness to help is a reason I truly miss the city of Tallahassee.

Our check-in and check-out were a breeze. The ladies at the counter were exceptionally friendly and speedy. We really appreciate Erica and Devin for their friendliness and resourcefulness. This hotel provided pleasant surprises. Its location was convenient to downtown. Its parking lot was clean and well-lit. The elevators were clean and always readily available. Our favorite thing was the refreshing station, which thoughtfully provided coffee and hot tea in the mornings, and amazingly fresh, cold, and flavored water in the afternoon. We will stay here again when we visit Tallahassee.

Unique circular-shaped hotel, but the staff\'s knowledge at the front desk is concerning. We had issues with our room keys multiple times, and whenever there was an issue the front desk employee asked "What\'s your room number?" and then re-programmed the card for us. There was no verification said room belonged to us. What kind of security is that!? They re-program door keys without making sure it\'s your room! So after re-programming our door keys 3 times in 2 days, they also double charged us for the stay. It takes 3-5 days for the refund to be applied back to your account - I hope you aren\'t short on cash! The lack of training and knowledge of this staff is concerning.

My room wasn’t ready until after 6:30pm when checkin was at 4pm and nobody called me to give me advance notice so I could make other arrangements. I was put in a room with a king bed instead of two doubles like I booked and couldn’t change. They must have given my room with two beds away. One staff in breakfast area didn’t talk so it was hard to communicate about food and pricing. They were mopping the lobby floors at 8-9am when people were coming and going which made it hard to get around easily with wet floors and signs and workers mopping everywhere. I was charged for incidentals and it hasn’t come off my card yet.

Front desk provided my room number/info to someone(an unwelcomed person) that was not on my reservation and allowed them to come up to my room without informing me. This could’ve ended way differently. They also stated that there’s nothing they can do so I will be following up with corporate. This is beyond unacceptable and is extremely unsafe.

We stayed in a lovely suite with an amazing view and comfy bed. Only for one night and they had trouble getting us in our room til near 6 for our 3pm checkin. Great restaurants nearby but felt more comfortable driving than walking with our teenage girls. Lots of homeless nearby.

My stay at Four Points was great! The hotel is very unique in that it is cylindrical, including the layout inside the hallways. Another feature is the lobby, which has a bar that doesn't get packed at all meaning the bartender/server is always tending to your needs. This area also has plenty of seating and perfect for studying or getting work done. Parking is free and there is plenty of it. All the staff members were friendly and attentive. Andrew at the reception desk was always available to help and with a smile. Erykah at the bar was also very interactive and enjoyable to talk to. The only down sides I would say about the hotel is that since it is next to a busy street, the noises and honks of the cars can be readily heard. Another is that, although the hotel serves breakfast, it is not free (neither is the bar). The food prices are pretty expensive too. No reservation is needed though.

There was a restaurant in the Lobby that served a menu with varied options, my Dinner and Breakfast were both lovely. The room was perfect and the bed comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are needing to stay in the area.

While a little older the property is well kept. The bed and bedding was SO comfortable. The room was clean and the A/C kept it nice and cold. The food in the restaurant/bar was delicious and they had lots of $5 drink specials. All the staff we came in contact with were helpful, friendly and had great attitudes.

Place is very clean and looks new throughout. The noise was very loud as I had a room next to main road. The breakfast was not very good. The pancakes still had batter in the center of them and they make you think you are going to have a buffet style breakfast, but it was a la cart and wasn’t very good. Go somewhere else and get breakfast

Nice hotel. I love the size of the rooms and the views with the large windows. Their system for charging $18 for a self service breakfast buffet and then using a free breakfast coupon to cover it but still with an expectation to tip the person who brought me my glass of water seems a little ridiculous. Also the bathroom fixtures were loose and outdated. That being said, the staff were great and the rooms were clean. Definitely will visit again.
