We arrived on Monday night. Staff was nice but the property had not had hot water since Saturday. We checked out on Tuesday still no hot water. We booked with Expedia and the hotel would do NOTHING to comp us. This is what happens when you pre-pay and a hotel is unwilling to accommodate guests. No way to know when we booked. We had to check-in to find out. Pool was being repaired too. Poor management decision to not comp. Basically, you can go somewhere else and pay again but we don’t intend to do anything for you! Expedia called and the response was no compensation for no hot water, no notice and pre-paid (they will keep your money regardless of their circumstances)!

Checkin was easy & fast despite being very busy. Beds were clean & comfortable. Area seemed safe. Bathroom was not super clean- hair in shower and on toilet. Water/toothpaste spots on mirror. Floor looked dirty in corners and near walls. Ceiling in bathroom was super low and had prior damage that was repaired poorly. Tried to use the fitness center but all 4 cardio machines were broken- buttons didn’t work, plus they were super rusted (cosmetic, but not a great look). Breakfast options were good. Overall the entire property looked like it’s time for a facelift and cleaning.

Property was clean but lacked some basic maintenance. Pool was closed for repairs but there wasn't any work going on. Alot of broken tiles in the elevators and lobby. Drains were very slow in our room. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Awesome Hotel. However I only stay at hotels with swimming pools to get my exercise in. After I checked in I found out the pool was out of service for the day. I feel like that should be mentioned and I should have been allowed to cancel my reservation .

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty typical, but the coffee was good. Fir a quick, drive-thru need a clean, safe place to get some sleep it was wonderful. Would definitely come back.

Upon entering our room, we found a dirty sock still in the room and a used bandaid on the bathroom counter. I immediately made a U-turn right back out that room. The front desk was apologetic but said they did not have any other rooms with two beds. They only had a bed and pull out couch room available so we had to make do with that. We don’t plan on staying again.

The floors need to be vacuumed and shampooed. They are filthy and behind the night stand was disgusting and bathroom needs bleach and the shower curtain had a horrible smell. It was torn and needs to be replaced.

The rooms were dirty and the sheets were with spots. We manage to use that ones that ee have on our trip because it look bad. We needed to sleep so we stay that night but i was about to leave for another hotel. The bathroom shower did not work well, this was a nightmare.

Our bathroom was dirty. Bath tub walls had boogers not one but several, it was gross! The counter and floors were not clean. I’m sorry I never give bad reviews, but a dirty bathroom is not good. The ac was working great and the staff is really nice.

Horrible customer service at front desk. We arrived to check in around 11 pm after driving all day. Police cars and ambulance around entrance. Front desk was rude and argumentative about clear police activity go on. Cops walked by arresting someone in full site of family and kids. We asked to be transferred to sister property- kids scared to stay. Zero help and attitude from front desk. They claimed to cancel my reservation that night but charged me the next day. O star Went to drury inn across the street- wonderful stay.

In all my years of traveling this is the first time I’ve ever been given a room that wasn’t cleaned. Walked in to my assigned room and found the towels on the floor and the beds a mess like someone else was still in there. Lol. Went back to the front desk and was assigned another room that turned out to be the last available one. Guess I’ll take lucky but not impressed with the confusion. Second room had a weird smell to it and a blower sat out in the hallway running continuously so not sure if they had water issues or what. Location off the freeway was excellent and there was plenty of parking. Probably won’t stay here again given the circumstances I experienced.

The nicest young man checked us in at midnight. He works the night shift. Very welcoming helpful and made sure that we knew that if we needed anything to call him because he was here until 7 am. I would highly recommend the hotel just on the basis of their staff is a good location right next to the freeway in Tallahassee.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. At 2pm we tried to check in, were not allowed and said to check in later after our event. When we arrived at 11:30 we were told our reservation was not there. Finally our reservation was found and said we had already checked in. Once we got keys they did not work. After several attempts the desk clerk came up. A man opened the door for the room we were assigned and said we were at the wrong room. The clerk was confused. We were then given a suite room. The heater didn’t work and there was hair clogging the shower drain. This is totally unacceptable for any hotel stay. I received an email at 8:08 asking to share my check in experience, we did not check in until 11:30.

This location was very easy to find and parking was ample and very close to entry. Customer service was very welcoming and checking in was a breeze. The room was easily accessible and very clean. We only stayed one night but will visit again.

We arrived on the property as we were traveling late from a long distance. Front desk was extremely nice and accommodating but we received the wrong room from what I reserved. The following morning we went down for breakfast and there was no juice or milk. Most of the cereal was gone and no pancakes. It was 7:30-8am. This was not worth the money we paid to stay here. I would find another place next time.

I rented this hotel for one night, got the room with 2 beds. I saw 2 large spiders at around 930pm, one walking through the roof from the curtains and another one in the shower. The breakfast wasn't great since the pancake machine was broken and the juice dispenser too. The staff was attentive and wanted to help.

Our reservation had been canceled by an unknown source and took service person over 20 minutes to figure it out. The bathroom was not clean, esp the toilet. Many items were not available at breakfast - no juice, no cinnamon rolls, no fruit. Very disappointing stay.
