Unfortunately, the only parking was in an unattached garage next door and cost additional money. There was a loud hum through the night and the shower head was not adjustable. But the rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly.

Decor, location, shop in lobby for water and other items was reasonably priced. Parking garage could use better signage as it was hard after arriving after dark if the parking garage was used for hotel Indigo or something else. Garage is not attached to the hotel, but a very short distance across an alleyway. Hotel was quiet, comfortable, and clean.

Loved this hotel! The rooms were huge and very clean, the towels were soft, shower was fabulous, a/c was cold, and the beds were extra comfy with plenty of pillows! We will DEFINITELY stay again! Love that it's pet friendly. Our little dog enjoyed her visit as well! See y'all next time Hotel Indigo!

The hotel was stylish, clean, and had a good vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Therefor the hotel itself gets 5 stars. However, the restaurant attached to it was not good. We ate there only because it was a Sunday evening and a lot of places were closed that we would have normally gone to. There’s not too many options to choose from. I wanted the pasta but was unsure about the sauce so I was brought a sample. It tastes like gravy, not a Marsala sauce. It had clumps of flour in it. So I got the Philly that was supposed to have melted cheese in it and peppers. But it did not. It was dry and plain. The sweet potato fries were good. My husband for the steak. It was cooked to the correct temperature but it lacked flavor. They didn’t season it but with salt and pepper so it was just bland. I also ordered the spinach dip appetizer and it was not good either. Again, not much seasoning and tasted mostly like spinach. I eat a lot of spinach dips at places, this was one of the worst. I’ve only ever had two that were bad. The chips served with it were fried way too hard and tasted like burnt grease. It just was not a good experience and I do not recommend eating there. But the hotel itself was great and there were other food options around. We were just in a pinch and wanted a more sit down nice meal and that was not it.

Hotel stay overall was great! Parking is a bit challenging especially for me being from out of town and not knowing how to navigate the area. There’s not much parking in the area period, but the parking garage is located behind the hotel. There were cars packed in under the overhang to where I could barely fit. Then, you have to back out onto the main road & navigate around to the parking garage. It would be nice to have valet parking. Again, everything else was amazing!

When we checked in I realized the bathroom mirrors had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I asked the front desk to have the mirrors cleaned and to also clean the shower - it had a significant amount of mildew. When we returned hours later no one had been in our room. I cleaned the mirrors myself and just dealt with the shower. The next day housekeeping staff took our used towels from the floor and hung them on the hooks for us to use. They did not give us new towels. I have stayed in a ton of hotels and never experienced anything like this. The price I paid for this hotel is equivalent to a much higher end hotel. I understand that the prices are high because there are few options, but I would expect clean towels at over $400/night. It was very disappointing.

Walked in hotel, very nice lobby and greeted by staff. Got to my room and the towels/washcloths were very clean , however , sheets / comforter had stains and spots. The shower wasn’t that clean either so I stepped on a towel in the shower because I didn’t want to be barefoot in there. It was an unfortunate experience that I hope isn’t common as this is my favorite hotel to stay when in Tallahassee.

Overall nice horn to stay close to campus and restaurants. Room was had a lot of extra room which seemed unnecessary for a king bed. Room was quiet considering location. Saw some hair on the bathroom floor but overall seemed clean. Bed was comfortable and large. Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. It was a little hard to find the entrance at first but nice that you can unload your car at the front before parking in the garage next door.

Bathrooms and doors and room need a thorough cleaning. The door in my bathroom was so filthy and sticky I had to go buy Lysol wipes and clean it myself.

Needs a lot of help with the cleaning inside the room. They didn’t pickup the garbage in the bathroom for three days, even do a went with the garbage to the front desk. The second day thrr egg y left the dirty towels in the floor and of course didn’t clean it. On the other hand, the persons at the front desk were very friendly and always trying to h egg lo.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms & beds. Only down fall our first room smelt like a dirty dog. They kindly moved us. Elevator was a little loud and room walls are thin. Overall loved the room decor and the feel of the hotel.

Guys, great hotel but you have to do something about this whether it's law, legal, or policy enforced but wall rattling bass on a random Tuesday.... all night long almost sent me over the deep end. Has to be fixed - essentially impossible to sleep through.

Lovely new hotel. Bed are comfy. We had a room that had a LARGE balcony facing the FB stadium. Beautiful! However about 1-2 AM...very loud music from somewhere nearby. Yikes...bring your earbuds! Otherwise a nice stay.

I’ve stayed many time at Hotel Indigo. This stay, I am not sure what happened, but I could hear everything from the next room. I could hear the words they were saying, use of the hair dryer and etc. it made for an unpleasant stay; however the location is great.

The hotel itself is fantastic. At check-in, we were told the hotel was completely full and they were a little behind on cleaning. We were given a complimentary voucher to the restaurant/bar to pass the time. Room was ready before we finished our drinks. My only warning is that the handicap bathroom shower floods easily, so be careful with long showers. There is also a heavy construction area behind the hotel because the area is developing so quickly. Everything else was great.

When I first came after calling to inform them I rain into weather issues I would have a late check in which they stated was fine. I gave my member number to only discover when I arrived the rooms were canceled and nothing was under my honor rewards. Everything had to be rebooked and new room accommodated. Then on top of that my family and I went down for breakfast and paid for our food they charged it to the room again. So they had to fix all of that throughout everything I had already been through at checkout. Plus they I realized they put 3 $75 holds on my card instead of 1. The place was very clean I can say, the food is great, rooms are nice but the communication with the staff is horrible!

We had no clean towels we had to continually ask for our room to get towels. We had no toilet paper. Our room was not cleaned. And the bed was unmade. When we asked for our sheets to be cleaned, we came back. They still weren’t clean. Our room wasn’t clean any of the days that we were there. We had piles of trash everywhere not taken out. We were using tissue paper on the back of the toilet as toilet paper and when we did request for a room to please be clean, they only brought towels and lay them on the counter stayed here a lot, and I’ve always tried to make it a priority to stay here, and I was extremely disappointed when I left I went and told the front desk how I was upset about everything and she said thank you have a nice day. Been way too much at this hotel for that kind of service. I did have a great interaction with the front desk. Charles was amazing but the lady that told me that she was sorry and she hope I had a great day and that was the end of our discussion was not adequate And the cleaning list and maintenance of our room was extremely disappointing

Upon cheking out I requested a “ balance 0”, Sheet statement as evidencie my room was paid. The have me a balance 0 for parking but not for the room. They flatly refused and asked me to request it from Expedia. All other hotels give me a statement that says balance 0. I will not come back here.

Great hotel & location for a reunion of FSU friends. Due to the inevitable crowds in College Town, getting in & out can be a bit tricky and cause significant spikes in pricing some weekends. Otherwise A+

Nice hotel but it is located right in Collegetown near FSU and there’s 2000 college apartments nearby and a night club that plays music until 3:00 am. Not a place where you will get a good night’s rest.

Trendy, industrial feel to the spaces both in the lobby and the room. Liked the decor but lighting in the room was a challenge. The bedside lighting was tied to a switch on a far wall so not convenient for reading (or even turning off) when in bed. Good single coffee maker and refrigerator in room. Our first night was a bit noisy, but quickly remedied by a bedside white noise sound machine. The staff at the front desk was terrific. Everyone we met was cheerful and helpful. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. We ate there twice for breakfast and it was delicious and reasonable. Again the staff terrific.
