The room was dirty, especially the bathtub, which had a huge rust stain on it and the toilet had dirt on the seat. Definitely not a property I would recommend. I also found the area to be a little bit shady and did not feel very comfortable going to our car in the evening.

The property is next to Cracker Barrel and appears to have been a not so nice hotel until renovated. The outside is pretty run down. The inside has be renovated. However, our room was filthy. Long black hairs in the sink, used toiletries on the back of the toilet, and when we put the shower towel on the floor it turned brown from filth.

Staff was super nice and very helpful. Other than that, this is a tired worn out hotel with numerous stains on the hallway carpet. Definitely not a three star. Room was clean but very dated and with an air conditioner that sounded like a wheat combine. Again, staff was nice but ownership really needs to rehabilitate this hotel and soon. I would avoid the sausage patties for breakfast, I’m not sure what was in them.

The was working at night was the most friendliest sweet person. This was the big positive. The rooms are very dated. The mattresses are old, super worn, soft and you can feel the springs. I could not sleep all night. The pillows are old like they have been washed a hundred times. Im not sure how this hotel got such good ratings.

When arrived we checked the room there was a mold smell so we went to the front desk Pam was the clerk very Sweet she gave us another room when we walked in the bed was slept in and not made and the tub was full of dirty towels. So back again to Pam so we checked the 3rd room i guess 3rd times the charm. Cant say enough Praise to Pam for helping us. Overall the hotel is run down the carpet is all stained and the rooms.need a serious overhaul.

Wet is the first word that comes to mind. It smelled and felt humid as soon as you got off the elevator on the 2nd floor. Our room was just as bad. No amount of air conditioning made a difference. Outdated amenities didn’t help. I might have asked for a different room but feared they were all the same. Plus we had a late night check in and only meant to stay overnight. My kids said when they parked the car and entered, the lobby doors would only close part of the way. They said the desk clerk didn’t seem too concerned. The breakfast was surprisingly good and the lady in charge of it (who looked like she was running things out of a very small closet) maintained the food well. She was very friendly and helpful, keeping the food coming and the area spotless.

Lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful I forgot to get her name. Bed was comfortable. Internet was spotty. Breakfast was good but very limited options. For those of you who have issues with scents causing you sinus issues you may have a problem. Overall we only stayed one night so it’s hard to give a fair review.

This hotel really needs updating. The hallway carpets were all stained with bleach spots and smelled musty and mildewy. Many of the doors and doorframes were in disrepair. There is not enough insulation because voices can be heard very loudly in the room when people walk by in the hall. The bathroom was not very clean, although the rest of the room appeared clean and the bed linens did look and smell clean. The in-room fridge was so loud that it kept me awake during the night. Breakfast was okay, not a lot of choices, but there were make your own waffles, which were pretty good. We were unable to get on the internet because the wifi kept saying that it was unsecured and my laptop would not allow me to bypass that and get connected, instead it just took me in an infinite loop and I was unable to use my laptop to do any of the work I needed to do while I was there. It was convenient to be able to walk next door to Cracker Barrel. Overall, it was not great for the money, and we probably would not stay again.

I just want to give kudos to the staff. I traveled with my husband and parents - all of them use a cane and can't walk long distances. The man at the check-in desk was very considerate, and was able to give us rooms close to the entrance. It was greatly appreciated!

This front desk person was not friendly and was very rude to us. We stayed here a week ago as well and it was the same poor service from the same front office person. We spoke to the manager and he said he would have a conversation with her. We were disappointed in our stay here and will not stay here again.

One lady at the desk was very pleasant and made sure she welcomed guests and checked them in quickly. The other well her customer service needs improvement. From ignoring people, venting in front of customers, being on her phone on face time with friends and family ignoring the customer standing at the desk. Using Jesus Christ name in vain bec she was frustrated with the computer; which greatly offended me as a Christian. The room was clean and comfortable. The door I had to make sure it closed hard bec it didn’t always lock back when closed. Nice stay for the price. Would recommend staying here when on a tight budget bec of the comfortable mattress and clean room.

The location just off I 95 is excellent. There are restaurants nearby, but we also enjoyed the good restaurant scene in Brunswick and St Simons Island. The breakfast was good and the service very good and quite friendly. The property shows some age but seems generally to be well maintained.

Perfect Location, very friendly staff, info info parking that seems lighted and secure, the hotel has it very clean presence in her room was really great and comfortable. I especially liked the comfortable bed and pillows of premium quality. TV had good channels bathroom was very nice and everything seem of top-quality. The breakfast that I had this morning was eggs and bacon and a muffin with good hot coffee and a nice clean dining area, one of the best I’ve had in recent trips.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was good. Good choice of fruit and we appreciated that the apples were individually wrapped. Fresh bagels etc. eggs, yogurt , waffles, fruit juices, coffee and tea . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a good restaurant ( Cracker Barrel) across from the parking lot too, after a long day of driving.

Clean, comfortable place to stay near I-95. Great, helpful staff. Unusually small breakfast area with good food but crowded when looking for a place to sit to eat. A bit isolated location except for the Cracker Barrel restaurant next door. It would be nice to have a bit more lighting in the patch of trees between the hotel & the restaurant.
