reservation was for 4 people but only 3 sets of towels was in the room, and we also planned to use the pool so my friend went to ask for more towels and desk lady had an attitude and asked her why she needed more towels! we didn't appreciate that. and the door to the pool would locked behind you, no card key access working so had to walk all the way around the building to get back in! otherwise we had a pretty good stay, the breakfast was nice, the place was located in a good location closed to Aldi, chinese restaurant (really good) and Subway, felt safe.

Nice options for breakfast. Bed super comfy. King bed room very nice. Has 2 chairs. Nice roomy frig. Micro ok. Always enjoy pool when we stay here. Broken drain in sink so hard to rinse bathroom suits. Also no plug for bath if someone wanted to take bath.Think hallway rugs could be updated, showing wear. AC great.Front desk could be bit friendlier. Overall, good value for what you get.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, but the pool was green and wasn’t serviced our entire stay so we couldn’t swim once. The side doors were constantly breaking and no one’s card would work.

Front desk check in was ok, nothing special. There was no soap in the bathroom had to ask for some at front desk. Woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there was a visitor in there with me…a roach! Also noticed the damaged Sheetrock near the bathtub that needed repairing. No place I’m paying for should have roaches, PERIOD! People pay to stay at these places, take care of your buildings as you want your guests to pay and take care of your rooms.

When we checked in, we were exhausted from driving all day. The Front Desk was quick, kind and funny. Room was spotless. Bed was comfy, pillows were like clouds. Breakfast was plentiful. Everyone said GM. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel smelled of mildew,had store carts through out the hotel,bed was uncomfortable (bring your own pillows, wash towels, and blankets). Mold on the walls of the shower. If you do not have to stay here don’t. Entering the hotel was not greeted of acted like we existed

I usually stay at this hotel about 10-12 times a week. It’s hit or miss as to the comfort of the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable one this week. The internet and video streaming is very spotty this week. That is common. I actually have had to use the hotspot on my phone to watch movies the last two weeks here. The breakfast is usually good. The desk staff is excellent and polite. I’m not sure if I’m going to continue staying here to save $10 a night. They should invest in an upgraded internet connection and new mattresses.

Only ‘complaint’ would be that the pull out couch bed had no sheets on it or pillows in the room which required a quick trip to the desk. The man at the desk was polite and friendly and was able to hand me a set of sheets. Not the end of the world. The king bed was another story. It was hard as a rock. I slept fine but it definitely wouldn’t have been pleasant for multiple nights. Hotel breakfast was nice, food was hot and was good. Was this a 5 star night at the Ritz Carlton? No. It’s a sleep inn off the interstate. I didn’t expect a butler and champagne. You get exactly what you pay for at this hotel.

This is a very good hotel for a stop when you're traveling on 95. It's starting to show signs of aging. The bathroom was quite outdated in our room. However, if your goal is sleep as you're traveling, this is a good spot.

I could not get very many channels on the tv. No local channels. Also the hvac unit makes a high pitch noise at end of it's cycle.

The man at the desk did not seem knowledgeable. He couldn’t find my reservation. He asked for my credit card a second time and hand wrote it on a piece of scratch paper. I told him I was uncomfortable with that and and he should not have my information to keep. I told him I was going to call my credit card company today to check on my charges!

Starting with the check in, it only took us a couple of minutes. All the information necessary was conveyed in a few words. Check out was extremely fast. Room was clean and comfortable, appliances were ready to use. Overall excellent service altogether. The price was unbeatable.

Staff was not very friendly. We asked for towels to be brought up so we could switch out the dirty towels for clean and the staff made us bring the dirty ones down to them in order to get the clean ones instead of bringing them to the room and swapping out with us. The shower made the worst screeching/ screaming noise the whole time we'd use it. The fridge ruined our food. We put our leftovers from dinner in the fridge and went to get them out the next day and that fridge didn't keep anything cold. So all of the food had to be thrown away. There were stains on the bedspread. The thermostat barely put out anything. It was so hot in the room. Cracks in the tile floor in the bathroom. Had to wear shoes to make sure we didn't cut our feet. Overall, horrible place. Nasty smell too. Would never stay there again.

I wrote a review about this property last year as it is our second stop on the way to our home in Florida. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good as well….your typical hotel fare…scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles etc. there’s a Winn Dixie next door, dollar store up the street. We cross the street to a pub called Toucans Ale House…pub fare …good food.

The room was very comfortable with a nice, big television. The staff was very kind and personable. We loved the older maid that offered us muffins and other pastries before she took them back into the kitchen. The breakfast was amazingly good. We will stay again on our way to Florida.

Nothing special or negative about this place. Stopped for a night because of the horrible traffic on I-95. Check in was easy, as was check out. Weird having the coffee machine in the bathroom though. Breakfast was good. A lot of choices and even near the end they were replenishing some hot items.

The property seems worn. Needs update. The one casual chair in room had no table next to it. The office chair at the desk was too low for the desk and would not get higher. They ran out of eggs 45 minutes before breakfast was over. The orange juice dispenser wasn’t working. The apple juice was severely watered down.

Beds were super comfortable. Nice size refrigerator. Nice tv channell lineup. The breakfast was nice & hot. The cook kept everything topped up and clean. We stayed again on our way back home.
