The price was fair. There is a small two burner stove , full size refrigerator. Beds are uncomfortable and they only provide two almost flat pillows on each bed(bring your own) and only 2 towels for 3 adults. They do not have maintenance or maid service on weekends. You were told at check-in if you need your beds changed or fresh towels you were to bring the old linens and towels to the front and they will replace them for you but you’re putting them on yourself. I think this is absurd and bad business. We did have a situation directly above us with banging loud music, the walls were shaking because of the jumping. Come to find out two grown women were doing TikTok all through the night into the day finally after numerous complaints the GM stepped in and they stopped. Other than that, it was fine.

No early or online check-in. Foreign staff that didn't understand much English when i was trying to communicate issues. First room assigned was still dirty so had to wait for a different room. Smelled throughout building. Would NOT stay here again.

They make you take out your own trash for the money you pay to stay there. They ask you to bring towels down if you need clean ones. Housekeeping does not come clean your room or make your bed. They're beds are very uncomfortable.

Had roaches in the hallway roaches in the rooms found a couple silverfish on the floor. The remote to the TV hardly worked. The sink and the tub did not drain properly. The toilet didn’t wanna flush. But overall, the staff was really nice if they could speak English. The ones that did speak English were very nice.

I stayed at this hotel in Savannah, Ga. for several weeks while my daughter was in the hospital. So I am familiar with the setup of the rooms. This was my first time stay at this hotel in Brunswick. The room was spacious. We cooked meals in the room. Thankfully, the hotel didn't have a lot of noise. The room was clean we did have an issue with the fitted sheet on the bed having a stain on it. But we called front desk and she gave us fresh linens and that made us feel better.

I loved the room, very spacious. I use a wheelchair and I had no issues getting around in the room. The beds are a little high if your short ( I'm 5'3") but they are very comfy, probably the best sleep I've had in a long time. Be careful going to the bathroom because the toilet is low but it gets the job done..lol Definitley will be my go to place.

We walked into a small locked vestibule and used a phone on the wal to contact a receptionist. This process took five minutes. Check-in, once at the front desk, went smoothly, with all Expedia information properly transferred to their systems. We gathered a strong chemical smell throughout the hotel and our room. The walls were bare with no no carpeting. We slept upon, block-style pillows, scratchy bedsheets, and a concaved mattress. Quite dissatisfied with this property for the above mid-range price.

People staying there were extremely loud past midnight. Yelling in hallway & making noise. Microwave blue lite shines directly at bed & fire alarm above bed had blinking lite. Impossible to get good rest. Didn't really feel safe

I've been staying here for a few weeks now. Waiting on an apartment. The staff and rooms are great, feels like home and I'm enjoying the experience. If I had one critical point, it would be that this location would greatly benefit from having a bilingual staff member to help correspond between guest and housekeeping staff.

I am more than happy to share my experience for this stay because I wanted to give a special thanks to Bobbie Jo who is front desk manager. She has gone that extra mile because I have a disability that has affected my voice for a few days which made it hard to communicate with any of the staff but she has shown a great amount of empathy which I'm very grateful for.

Upon arrival, the clerk at the front desk was both rude and unprofessional. After advising her that my stay had been adjusted to one day, she lied and stated she couldn’t check me in. I even showed her the verification. After I contacted hotels.com and had them to verify, she then allowed me to check in. This information was already on her screen and she was just giving me a hard time which was unacceptable.

When I arived to check in there was no one at the check in desk there was a note saying to call a number and someone would help you. After calling I had to wait 20 minutes before someone showed up for me to check in!!
