Place was easy to find and get in and out of,plenty of parking. Had a so called handicap room which was not handicap set up at all,no safety bars in bathroom, no extra seating except desk chair, room was clean but still looked dirty, only stayed cause they allowed our dog, got there late and just sleep,showered and left,won’t be back.

I was attending a conference for a couple of days. I just wanted a place to stay overnight. The room was clean and no carpet🎉🎉🎉The property was well lit making me feel safe returning late at night by myself. The only thing I didn’t like was people smoking at the entrance of the building, other than that it was very nice.👍

Rooms are always nice and clean, beds are super comfy and pets are always free!!! The only trouble i had was with my tv but it was taken care of quickly. Cracker barrel is right next door, so is starbucks....the price is always good!!!

Room was dirty went to let the front know. We were put in another room still dirty. We were gonna just stay because it was 1am and we have a 2 year old. Until we pulled back the sheets on bed 1 there was hair all on the sheets. Pulled back bed 2 and there was dirt all in the bed. Went back to the front to let him know he was angry because we couldn’t stay in the nasty rooms and had an attitude because he said he had to clean the bathrooms in both rooms. We don’t know why he was concerned for the bathrooms when both rooms needed deep cleaning.

We arrived exhausted around 2am & that’s the only reason we stayed. It was filthy. Blood?? stains. On floor, on bedspread, & even on sheet when I removed the spread. One towel looked white, the others were grayish & stained. Only coffee offered the next morning & the stirrer’s were laying out on a dirty counter. The hotel is not fit for any humans to stay in.

Don’t stay here. The room was filthy (mud on the wall that hadn’t been wiped off) and the hallway and room smelled like dog - worse than any kennel I’ve been in. Black mold in the bathroom. One man’s toilet was backed up and they handed him a plunger. Worst Red Roof Inn I’ve ever stayed at. The only good thing was the location.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I wanted to share my experience, which was awful. Thank goodness I only booked one night. Check in went well, but our room was just gross. There was a squished roach on the wall, and the sheets were dingy and there was also trash (like little pieces of grass or mulch idk) on them. There was also a pubic hair in the tub, which is bad enough. I always check the mattress for evidence of bed bugs, but didn't find anything. That was literally the only good part about the stay. I was super tired and needed to rest for the night or I would have just left. I honestly felt like crying because I had my kids with me too. Around the time we were going to sleep, something in the room (maybe the ac) made us have an allergy attack. Sneezing, runny noses, the only reason I slept that night is because I took some Benadryl. As soon as we got on the road and out of that room we were fine. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $30-$40 to stay somewhere else and don't bring your kids to this place.

Building has had foundation issues, windows cracked and taped, floors uneven, doors don't shut or stick. Our room smelled like pee and was moldy and dirty. Don't stay there!

Room was very clean, water was hot for a shower, bed was comfortable ——just very sparse and in need of upgrade (very loose toilet seat, not a glass in the place, TV remote signal was so weak you had to stand in front of it for volume/channel/on/off control). It’s a tired facility, but I still like Red Roof.

Checked in at 4 pm, got to my room and turned on tv to watch PGA golf tournament and remote was dead. Walked to front office and was given a remote that had good batteries and walked back to my room. New remote would not turn on tv and there are no manual controls to their LG tvs, so walked back to office and was told maintenance would be on site at 5:00 to take care of problem. Waited till 6:00 and walked back to office to see what happened to maintenance. Was told he would be on site in 20 minutes so walked back to room. 30 minutes passes and front desk called to let me know they were going to have me move to another room which I agreed to and new room had a tv and remote that works.

Stayed when the temperatures dropped, the heat stopped working in the room in the middle of the night, woke up so cold. The front desk attendant had to walk around herself and find a room that actually had working heat. Then the next morning the water heater had froze so the shower was ice cold. The staff was super friendly, but the hotel as a whole….. not good.

Horrible king bed had hole in the center I woke sleeping in alligator pit. Front desk never answered the entire stay so I was unable to request new room. Poor Customer service at checking not welcoming

There was two types of paint on the bathroom walls. The lights in the room were the brightest LED lights you can imagine. But the reason I won’t be back was the customer service. I was trying to be nice and leave my room at 8:30am so they could clean it as I was going to get breakfast (as this hotel doesn’t have breakfast). When I asked the front desk to hold my luggage behind their desk until my ride came they wouldn’t do it. So I had to bring my luggage to Starbucks. On the walk to Starbucks there was a Days Inn nextdoor. I asked them to hold my luggage and they did. That is customer service!

Instead of the published one-night cancellation fee, confirmed by their desk staff when I called, my credit card was then immediately charged for all three nights. Despite four Expedia representatives contacting the Inn and working hard on this issue, Red Roof Brunswick continues to refuse to process the refund they promised. Horrible, unethical practice and customer service!

The bathroom, on the service looked clean but the sink was filthy, there was a “little black hair” in the shower. Not the best location. Some sketchy stuff happening in the parking lot, homeless people sitting on the corner street… The best thing about this hotel was that it’s walking distance to Cracker Barrel

I stayed here for two nights of my 3 night trip before having to go to a different hotel. The first room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, and when I requested a new room they treated me as if I was lying about it. Then the second room smelled horribly of mildew. AC wont go under 66, the microwave looked like it hadn't been cleaned for MONTHS, same with the shower. Burn marks on the towels and bedding, mold in the bathroom and by the windows. I listened to a dog bark for over 3 hours on night one, and another going on for hours on night 2. Trash bags were left sitting by the outside doors coming in and random people just loitering in the parking lot. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, and they refuse to do anything to rectify that.
