Sidney at the front desk was extremely welcoming! If you’re looking for a nice room this place has it, very comforting and luxurious. My only constructive feedback were our room ac unit was leaking water, not sure if all of them are, the pool area is to cold to get also get into cold water, and housekeeping did repeatedly come to the door 1 after another. Other than that, Bed extremely comfortable and tv is set up so nice, a couch is always a plus!, the environment is also great with a 24 convent store and Waffle House also being 24hrs, many close by activities as well. Overall I’d give an 8/10 and would definitely return!

Finally a clean, safe and semi-affordable hotel in Savannah. Lobby and room was clean. Staff was friendly. Gym was 24 hrs. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would stay here again.

Our HVAC was not working, and the property had no parking spots. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Overall, I would have chosen a cheaper hotel.

I hope the pool heater gets fixed soon. Other than cold water, we had a wonderful stay! The staff is friendly, the breakfast was well kept and delishious! and we stayed for several days and liked the variety at the breakfast hot bar. The location near the airport was convenient for us. I would definately stay there again when visiting Savannah!

My kids said it felt cozy like a home vibe. However, they were terrified of the elevator, that needs upgrading. The carpet needs to be dried frequently as the water from the pool area treks with users to the elevator. Overall tho the breakfast was good and we didn't have to call room service they just came and serviced.

The room had mold in it my kids have asthma the room smelled like mold , it wasn’t good for the health their was spiders on the ceiling on the floor on the bed , there were roaches as well, I was suppose to stay 2 nights but could only stomach the stay for one night, I will never stay at a best western again . They issued me a refund and then charged me again a week later, so here I am 2 weeks later still trying to get my refund

Unfortunately, this hotel needs to be renovated again. It's quite literally disgusting. The room had a weird smell and the overuse of fragrance to cover up the smell from the carpet was overbearing. The hallways had dehumidifiers installed at each end indicating moisture and a poor working HVAC system for the entire hotel. The A/C in the room did not cool and left all our items feeling wet. I attempted to use the bathroom in the lobby however there was feces on the toilet seat and around the lid, disgusting. The cleaning service is terrible at this location and I will not stay at Best Western ever again (Holiday Inn is the same). This is a disgrace that Americans and foreigners are paying upwards of $250 per night to get a terrible, and quite frankly, unsafe hotel room. I am embarrassed to be an American when this is the product that we are providing for travelers from all over the world. What a shame.

I killed 3 cockroaches, one of them crawled in my bed, the other one while playing with my 6m old found it crawling on the wall. Room 305, a family room was unsafe. The door frame was loose and screws were out. Walls were dirty with some sort of substance. Carpet was nasty. They threw some sort of scent to the sheets and in combo with the mildew smell in the room it formed a deadly mixture. It was very late in the night so i rode it out. Def not coming back. I suggest you remove it from your lists of hotels you do business with.

Our stay here was below any Best Western hotel I have stayed. To start the first room they gave us smelled really bad. They thought maybe someone spoiled beer on the carpet. The second room was not cleaned well and the sheet wasn’t changed. When I turned to cover back, the fitted sheet had blood on it, like someone scratched a sore. I call for clean sheet and at midnight we were trying to change our own sheets. We gave up because I seemed like the sheet they brought was too small or we didn’t know the technique to put it on. We gave up and used both flat sheets. When we checked out the lady at the desk asked how was our stay, we told her about the situation and she took notes. She said someone would contact us, so far that hasn’t happened.

I deeply regret having to write this review. I arrived at this hotel with high expectations. Upon entering my room, there didn’t seem to be any major issues. However, as I lay down in bed trying to sleep, I kept feeling a strange, itching sensation on my skin, almost as if I were being bitten by mosquitoes. After turning on the light in the dark room and washing the affected areas in the bathroom, I decided to lift the blanket on the bed just to check. In that moment, I couldn’t believe my eyes. A few very small bugs were moving on the bed. When I squashed one, blood came out, just like when you catch a mosquito that has been feeding. And in that instant, I realized—they were blood-sucking insects, feeding on my blood. After countless business trips and stays at numerous hotels, I’ve never had an experience like this, where I couldn’t lie back down on the bed and had to write a review instead. I truly don’t think I can lie back down again. Upon further inspection, the couch is also in poor condition. It’s an experience I never wanted to go through, and it happened to me in the middle of the night. From now on, I fear I will always feel the need to check the bed first when staying at any hotel.

First room, fridge didn’t work and couch covered in pet hair. They switched us to a different room, so that was good. But in the second room, the bathroom hot and cold were reversed, and the bath fixtures were loose. And while the evening desk clerk was friendly and helpful, the morning clerk was fairly rude. Overall, the accommodations were okay, but we were glad that we only had to spend one night there.

Last minute reservation and glad to find a room close to where I was traveling. Towels and linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Could clearly hear person in room above walk from bed to bathroom and back, almost like there were wooden floorboards and not a concrete floor. The room did not have the same vibrant colors and interior as those shown in online pics. Room was a 10 footer, looked ok from a distance but up close was very tired and worn. Surfaces chipped and worn, busted hinge on cabinet door and tub/shower fixtures in poor condition. All that said, I needed a good few hours of sleep before continuing my drive and I got that. Check in/out was quick and staff were friendly and courteous.

The room was very moist. Seems like it was newly clean but it was standing wetness in the bathroom as if there was a leak. The bed was comfortable but seemed damp. I woke up not feeling well in the morning from the dampness. The room smelled of mold/mildew. I was surprised the outside really looked good and even the lobby but the room appeared old. I will not stay here again. Wished I took pics

I will give this hotel an 8 out of 10. The room was very large, double queen with a sofa bed, microwave, fridge, quiet, and convenient to the Savanna historic district and eating. All in all, for the price, my wife and kids did not have any complaints. We'll be staying there again. The breakfast was ok, as basic as can be, but a good start for the kids.

Property was nice with great rooms. Our issue was with the attendant during breakfast. She was rude and aggressive. Our family felt like she was kicking us out even though we were there BEFORE 9:00am. We did not feel welcomed.

This hotel is awful. We paid $169 a night and the Uber driver couldn’t tell the difference between this one and the one across the street with a similar name when we checked in the hotel front desk staff tried to be polite, but then her Indian boss came in yelling at her while we were standing there and distracting her from checking us in to focus on another problem that seemingly happened earlier that day. It was unprofessional, and they had no regard for the fact that we were checking in. Once we went down the hall to try to find the elevator we noticed the pool door was cracked, and people were entering the pool after 10 PM even though it’s says the pool closed at 10 PM the rooms were dirty and dim. There was no blow dryer in the room. The carpet was sticky. I did not want to remove my shoes. It was not worth the money. This room should cost about $89 maximum. I’d never stay here again.

It was ok. I wouldn’t go back. They should’ve mentioned they were replacing carpet in the hotel. Breakfast was terrible. French toast and sausage weren’t even cooked. Go a couple miles down the road and go to a nicer hotel!
