Rooms were clean. Pool was clean and we enjoyed it. Only downside was shower shelf was broken and there are no dressers or drawers or hooks for your clothing so must be left in your luggage.

The hotel is currently being remodeled. I woke up to hammering at 6:20 am. The door to my room had a 1.5 inch gap at the bottom and half inch gap around the sides, so noise, light and dust from construction entered my room. The shower was not clean and still had a bar of soap from the previous guest. I wished i had known it was under construction as i would not have stayed here. I was offered a 10% discount because of the construction, which I never received.

Filthy room dirty mirror and side table. bed bugs, filthy bathrooms. The smell in the whole building is terrible.left after check-in with no refund., Just wanted to get out of there. We chose to drive 5 hours back home instead of staying there. Dont book here, you will be extremely disappointed.

Very friendly staff- nice lobby but the room itself was very worn and visibly dirty- shipped paint, dirty chair, dirty looking tub although I’m sure it was cleaned it just has stains that are permanent. I knew for the price it would not be great so you get what you pay for

The hotel appears to have been recently updated, very modern and clean, super comfortable bed. The only minor issue we had was that the shower was very slow draining and looked like it could run the risk of spilling over into the bathroom. We mentioned it to the staff upon checkout, and I’m sure it will be addressed. Otherwise a great place, convenient location, and we will definitely stay here again!

Property is aging badly. Bathtub was cracked all over. Tile floor also cracked. Room was adequate. Refrigerator and microwave were welcome touches. Door doesn’t fit well letting in lots of light and giving a slightly unsafe feeling.

Check in was easy. The gentleman working the desk was very courteous and professional. There was no Wi-Fi available in the rooms as they were switching over to a new provider. It was not much of an inconvenience. There was coffee available in the lobby all day.

The room was dirty, stained chair and ottoman, walls scuffed, one place next to door, looked brownish red like blood, there was a 1" gap at bottom of door and a 1/2" gap on side, not only didn\'t feel secure, but hall light shined through brightly all night long. NO Wifi in rooms, in hotel lobby only, so statement is misleading. Only bright spot, was Abby, front desk person. She needs to find a better place to work, but she was the shining light

For starters i waited 30 minutes to chech in as nobody was at the counter. The room smells like POT which made me sick. Baseboards shows rootted wood, bathroom needs repairs and overall looked dirty. If i wasn't so tired from a 13hour drive i would have left and went somewhere else.

Very conveniently located for a stop travelling to Florida. The staff are awesome, very polite and over and above helpful. They upgraded us to a suite since it was available with no extra charge. Would definitely stay here again. Made us feel very welcomed. The room was beautiful and very clean. Nothing negative about this place at all!

I arrived at the hotel and there was no one present to check me in so i had to wait for a while before I was allowed to check in. There was construction being done and it was incredibly loud. The elevator was broken and i had to take the stairs. I get to the room and the hallway is dirty, stink, and the walls stripped for repairs. The room seemed clean, but i was only there for a literal sec as the construction was still going on so i headed back downstairs to speak with the front desk. No one was present again, so i had to just find another hotel. I was unable to get a refund as they lied and said i was still present. Would not recommend. All black people do not look alike.

This hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation. If I had known this ahead of time, I wouldn't have made the reservation. The best thing about it is that it was right next to a Cracker Barrel. We could walk there. It was also right off the interstate.

My room was very comfortable and well equipped. However, Pillows need replacing (ugh). The ‘ breakfast’ was non-existent. Went down @ 7AM….nothing was out but around 7:30AM the food started to be coming out. We, on a tight schedule, had to stop for something on my way South. Coffee is available 24hrs.
