Pool was not open. Carpet in hallways smelled bad. Side door at elevator was inoperable. Unable to gauge staff because I rarely saw any staff. "Free" Continental Breakfast was a joke, and very busy. I'm not waiting in line for a free packaged muffin or waffle. Hampton Inn can do better. Raise the bar a little.

Room was warm, we were in the first room AC not working. Moved to another room and it was ok. The pool was close because the county shut it down?? I did not see when I was checking in that the pool is not available or we would not have stayed here. Very unhappy about that. Will be checking out today

We have handicapped family members and, since the elevator was out of service, we were forced to carry handicapped family members up and down stairs. When we complained, we were told the non-functioning elevator had been on the website for two weeks. No, it is not. A complaint has been filed with the ADA and the Disabled Veterans Organization

Very outdated. Needs renovation ASAP. Hampton Inn hotels are known for quality, not this one however. The AC was not working in the common areas of the hotel. The room was super musty and smelled of it. The pool was closed due to some state health code violation. The breakfast was great though. I don’t plant on staying at this Hampton Inn until it’s renovated and other issues are resolved.

This Inn is well past due for renovation. Doors were literaly falling off of cabinetry, the couch was maroon but its arms were black with dirt and age, and the only chair in the room had what looked like it once was a vynal covered seat that had been left outside for a few years and had begun to breakdown. The bed cover and comforter both were stained and unwashed. The carpet flattened by age and filth. The AC was from the 80's, and was too loud to use and watch tv. The staff was friendly though and did bring a fresh cover and comforter. This place wanted to charge for my pet even though he was included in the price and wanted guests to pay extra for "fast internet", while regular speed internet is "free". We did neither. This could be a nice place to stop while driving. At $175 a night, they should be able to make some changes, like washing linens for each new guest and replacing worn out, thrift store furniture with clean thrift store furniture... They also need to fix the exterior door locks, as they dont work with guest card keys. One was forced to enter through the lobby, travel through the inn, and open the side door for others to bring in luggage.

Several small issues with cleanliness. The worst being black mold around the bathroom sink. Something gross on the shear curtains, & dirty in all corners of the room. The rug should be replaced in the room & the halls. No coffee, cream or muffins. Or eggs at 8:30am. They brought more eventually. We stayed at The Hampton Inn in Tipton, GA, on the way home & what a huge difference. Clean & Wonderful, including breakfast.

Staff is nice. Carpets are filthy. Bedding was stained & dirty. Furniture is broken down, fabrics faded & frayed. Pool was closed down by local authorities for non-compliance with inspections over a week ago. Would never stay here again. Owners clearly do not care.

Our room was clean and quiet. Breakfast bar was fresh and well stocked. Parking lot was well lit. WiFi worked well. I was not pleased to have to pay a security deposit, even though it is refundable and charged a parking fee. That’s not right - captive trade.

Not worth the price. No cleaning for 3 days, they did however swing by to snag towels, wash cloths, and hand towels but didn’t return any. Did not remove trashbag from bedroom or bathroom. Ceiling fan felt like it would smack the ceiling if turned on, also the window ac unit knobs were broken so the room was never able to get cool just ambient temp with some dampness. In addition, the shower head had a steady leak so all night I got to listen to a steady stream of water smacking the floor.

The property was clean aside from the bathroom shower which had hair in it and the doorframe was dirty, maybe it could use some paint. The room itself was great. Very noisy, thin walls I could hear the doors banging from housekeeping in the mornings which was not pleasant. However, it was right off the highway which was convenient, parking was free and so was WiFi which I appreciated.

When I arrived there was no one at the desk and there were five or six families waiting. A gentleman was calling to the back for help before someone verbally responded. On the way to my room on the third floor, I noticed the elevator call button did not light up, but the one on the 3rs floor did. As I walked down the hall to my room I smelled chlorine and saw two rooms with bags of dirty diapers set out in the floor. My bathroom had very little tp on the roll with no extra available. The door to the utility closet had chipped and cracked paint, and the room overall smelled like mildew. I checked out less than 20 minutes after checking in and stayed elsewhere for the same price but much nicer. Super disappointed.

Great location, quiet, nice bathroom with glass shower doors, great hot breakfast and friendly staff. Only 15 minute easy drive to downtown Savannah and 1/2 the price of staying in town. Would recommend using Old Town trolly.

Family trip traveling back up 95 after the holidays. Check-in was excellent, however when we got into our room, there were clumps of hair all over the shower (like, stuck eye level on the shower wall, very visible), as well as a bottle of cleaning solution that was left on the counter. We cleaned it off and continued with the stay because otherwise the room was very nice, beds very comfy. However, the hotel is on a road that shares a path with the local Fire/Police/Ambulance line, so throughout the night we were woken by sirens every hour or so. Getting double pane soundproof glass might be a necessity for this hotel, Hilton higher-ups. Breakfast was excellent, large variety and all freshly made and cleanly prepared.
