Pool not working, hot tub down, no wifi, elevator out of service. Would not give me a lower floor room as i cant do stairs even though they had lower floor rooms available. Theyvsaid because i paid tjrough orbitz. Keys did not work for room, 2 trips to desk still not working. Changed me to another room that a key would work. Attitude from female manager on duty that wouldnt help the 2 clerks in training after 30 minutes of waiting for them trying to get me checked in even thought i pre paid in full. Manager never apologized for anything and walked outside while i was still waiting to be checked in. I am an area hospitality manager in the industry and could not believe the lack ok hospitality at this location. I will be looking to change my choice of hotels in the future.

Customer service from the front desk was outstanding. The rooms were clean. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Check in was fast and easy but the first room we were put in was not clean. Requested new room and it was better but had a musty smell. Pool was warm but hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast was lacking.

The stay was fine. It was easy to get on and off I-95. However, I’ve stayed at this hotel two years in a row while traveling and I’m disappointed that the hot tub was not available both times I was there. The first time, it was open but the water was lukewarm. The second time it was completely closed. I typically travel long distances so it’s nice to have a hot tub to recover. I have it a second chance this year, but this will be the last time I stay. Very disappointed. Also, I don’t agree with the pet fees. I know the fees are there because people can’t clean up after their pets. But, there should be a deposit system. Put a deposit down on your pet, hotel checks the room at the end of the stay and returns the deposit if everything is okay. My dog comes into my room, maybe eats his kibble then sleeps. No damage, no barking, etc. and I’m not the person that does the “fake” service dog thing to get free pet fees. I don’t think it’s right to the people who do have service dogs for a specific reason.

Well, this is a mixed review & a lot of that is because of the room I was put in. I was put in a room right next to the lobby and right across from the pool - it REEKED of Chlorine - seriously, all my clothes I brought back smell like chlorine & need to be washed, even the ones I didn't wear there... Of course, it was also noisy every night with new guests, being right next to the lobby & right across from the pool - one night they even stuck a screaming kid next to me... Outside of that, the spa, of course, was out of order... & my bathtub: 1) "leaked" around the drain, like it didn't hold the water in completely if you did want to take a bath since hot tub was out-of-order, and 2) dripped water constantly - from a conservation standpoint I hated that... but also the noise of it dripping constantly was truly annoying. The staff here were wonderful, though, friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, the breakfast was great and they have excellent coffee. The bed was nice as well: firm and supportive, and they do have excellent blackout blinds.

Bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The pool is oddly small but nice to relax in and at the time I stayed the spa was out of order. Overall its a good place to stay, I would go back if in the area again.

We have stayed here manybtimes on the way to Florida however this will be our last. Hotel is now run down and filled with mold. We stayed in room 314 immediate off the elevator stunk like wet floors. Our toilet was clogged upon entering and we had to go get a plunger. Not someone come fix it. The room felt wet, damn and the beds as well

The rooms smelled like mildew and the floors felt damp. Hallways smelled like pot. Beds were comfortable and I slept well but the mattresses were very springy which I don't think a lot of people would like. I have stayed in this hotel about 4 times now. I don't know if the owners changed or what but I feel the quality has gone down and I don't think I will stay there again.

Check in was fine. Room smelled old and wasn’t the most clean. Cut foot on the strip between bathroom and room, Shower was broken and towel bar hanging down toward toilet. Mattresses worn out. Half the food at breakfast was “out” leaving nothing but some bagels or toast. No OJ, no pancake mix in machine. Cereal but out of milk. Had to leave and go get breakfast.

The room itself wasn't bad. Very basic. The main reason I didn't give more stars is because of how gross the pool area is. The hot tub is grimy, the floors around the pool are grimy and the pool itself is grimy. It doesn't look like it's been scrubbed in a long time.

COCKROACHES are in this hotel! After arriving after 1:00 AM following many travel delays, the first-floor room we were given smelled musty then a COCKROACH crawled across the floor. We moved to another room on another floor as it was too late to go to another hotel. The next morning I reached out to Hotels.com to get a refund and was under the impression that night would be refunded and the next day would be cancelled without charges. I received a refund for the second night which was canceled, but the hotel refused to refund the first night despite the cause of the problem being cockroaches in THEIR hotel. Hotels.com tried to get the first night refunded, but the owner/manager repeatedly refused and stated per their policy "Should you change or cancel this reservation for any reason, your payment will not be refunded." That policy shouldn't apply when the hotel is at fault. We had a very NICE stay at SpringHill Suites Savannah Richmond Hill. Stay there instead!!! It's immaculate and worth the price!

I chose this hotel from a list of others in the area its pool and hot tub as I was driving a long distance with my two kids that day. I thought it would be good for the kids to get some movement in before bedtime with a nice swim especially after being stuck in the car all day, and also for me take a nice soak in the hot tub. But upon check in I was informed the heater in the hot tub was not working and the pool was there for not heated. We were also told the elevator was broken and we had to carry our bags for the night up to the second floor. Not that big of a deal, but slightly annoying when you have small kids with lots of necessities for the night. The hotel was clean and quiet at least. We got a good night’s rest. If I had any suggestions, I would say the mattresses could use an upgrade and breakfast should be extended by an hour to 10 am.

We needed a safe and convenient place to stay overnight on a road trip with our baby. Located close to the highway, easy to find, easy to park, easy to check in. Wasn’t the quietest or most pristine hotel we’ve been in, but it was fine for what we needed. Double room was big enough for our pack n play and there was a bathtub.

Check in was very easy and the desk clerk was very nice. My one issue is that we were on the first floor and the curtains do not close and there are lights outside ahining in the window. Black out curtains that close would fix that issue.

My stay was fine. Knowledgeable pleasant accommodating staff especially Christina. Bed was a little too soft for my liking. The problem with this property is that the bathrooms need to be updated. The vanities and the toilet bowls are way too low

Attitude from female manager on duty that wouldnt help the 2 clerks in training after 30 minutes of waiting for them trying to get me checked in even thought i pre paid in full. Manager never apologized for anything and walked outside while i was still waiting to be checked in. I am an area hospitality manager in the industry and could not believe the lack ok hospitality at this location. I will be looking to change my choice of hotels in the future.
Pool not working, hot tub down, no wifi, elevator out of service. Would not give me a lower floor room as i cant do stairs even though they had lower floor rooms available. Theyvsaid because i paid tjrough orbitz. Keys did not work for room, 2 trips to desk still not working. Changed me to another room that a key would work. Overall, a good experience. Hotel was as expected. A little dated but clean and friendly staff. I do want to tell travelers that this hotel does charge a 25 dollar early check in fee. I had traveled 12 hours and got there at 2:20 with a 3:00 check in time. Despite having a half empty hotel with numerous rooms available. I was too tired to argue about the 25 dollar charge. I would stay there again just plan my arrival time a little better.

Waited 15 minutes before anyone showed at front desk for check in! Nobody answered phone either! There's nobody at the front desk during the whole time I was there, that’s a first for any hotel I’ve stayed. Not sure why they don’t have a credit machine onsite, the clerk had to manually keyed in my credit card information for deposit. Not safe at all, credit card theft risk !!!

So they gave us the wrong key and then tried to check someone into the room we were in. No apology for being woken up in the middle of the night. Front don’t really speak the kings English and seem put out by our call to say someone had come into our room because he gave them a key. Then our keys no longer worked after breakfast. I would t stay here again if it weee the last room in the country. I am sure this family works hard to make it pleasant some Members just are not up to the task or don’t care enough to get it right.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We wanted some extra pillows. They got them right away. We had to check out early. They were very accommodating with our early checkout, and the breakfast was kept clean and well stocked.

When signing out in the morning the women at the front desk made me feel she was genuinely interested in knowing how my stay was. She was friendly and inviting which made my stay that much better. When travelling through the area again there’s no other place I would stay. I highly recommend this hotel and hope the company realizes how great she is at her job. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

We have stayed here manybtimes on the way to Florida however this will be our last. Hotel is now run down and filled with mold. We stayed in room 314 immediate off the elevator stunk like wet floors. Our toilet was clogged upon entering and we had to go get a plunger. Not someone come fix it. The room felt wet, damn and the beds as well

Parking was fine, room was clean and beds were comfy…unfortunately didn't get a chance to use the Hot tub.. staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give an excellent rating in all categories is that the breakfast was only average. And all 3 mornings that we were there the coffee continuously ran out-in the dining room and the front area lobby… and the hostesses had to be alerted by the guests…

Check in was easy and attendant was friendly. Hotel was clean and the fresh baked cookies in the evening were excellent. Breakfast was great and had a few hot options (sausage links, eggs, oatmeal bar and pancake machine). We will be back!

Our bed and bathroom were the best we have stayed in in over the last two years of travel. What capped it off was the best continental breakfast menu that I have eaten in years. The hotel was surrounded by many nice restaurants one of which was called Fish Tales. We are going to stop at the BW+ again for sure on our way from PA to FL later this year and again next year.

First impression is always key right. Well walking in it smelled fresh. The staff were always busy wiping things down. Dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc. Those things go such a long way in making a big impression and keeping the smell of your property fresh as well. My room was super clean. I even visited the pool one night while there and it wasn’t cloudy like alot of hotel pools but crystal clear and clean. You can tell they take pride in their hotel and hospitality. I will always stay at this hotel if given the choice. One small complaint…..the sausage was terrible.
