Service was excellent, bed was clean and comfy, breakfast was hearty and tasty. Our bathroom was a little dirty in the corners, and there was a huge stain on our door from where some liquid splattered on it, but overall everything was fine. I will note we had a mobility impaired person in our party and their elevators were not working. Would have been nice to know when we booked, but the front desk staff was very kind and switched us to ground floor rooms (which thankfully were available).

Very closely located to the local high school as we were attending our grandson’s soccer game. At check in we discovered elevators were not working. Had we received a notice at booking time, we would have gone elsewhere. We were offered a suite if we accepted the third floor, which was okay with us, however we just got a regular room. Not cool.

The elevator was out of order and my husband who is elderly and has lung problems had to walk up two flights of stairs with a suitcase I also hate to walk with my suitcase. They couldn’t move us to the first floor saying they had no availability. I thought this was unacceptable they did say we would could cancel our reservation but we were afraid after driving 6.5 hours we wouldn’t find another hotel with availability

Spent the night while traveling down to Florida. Arrived with only five percent on my electric vehicle and was glad to see empty, working EV stations. The charging took all night, but that was okay because it was complimentary, and I was spending the night anyway. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast options we're great. The walls were pretty thin, so bring your earplugs, if that bothers you. Would be happy to stay again on a future road trip.

Hotel was busy- did not have enough breakfast items for the amount of people open from 6:00-9:00. Pool was closed and that is one reason I booked this hotel for my granddaughter to swim. Also hotel smelled somewhat musty.

All was well with our stay with the exception of the indoor pool temperature which was too cold to swim in. This was a large factor in our decision as we have a 7 year old to entertain however we found ourselves back in our room. We tried testing the water multiple times during our 2 night stay but it did not improve. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

WARNING: GERMAN COCKROACHES! Within a few minutes of having the AC turned on, a german cockroach scurried across the wall out from it. The air had that very strong, clear roach infestation smell. The front desk guy was professional and helpful, and refunded our stay without much pushback. He did his job well, explored other options first, such as if we would just like to switch to another room, etc, without being overly pushy or making it frustrating, as tends to be the case with asking for a refund. So he specifically gets a review of 10/10. But every other aspect of this hotel gets 0 out of 10. Besides the roaches, the toilet was dirty when we arrived with urine on the underside of the seat and crap marks in the bowl. The toilet paper was not new, but a half-used roll. The sheets bed sheets were not very clean, crumpled and seemed to be unwashed. Do not stay here. The front desk guy should be promoted to a higher end Hilton hotel (I wish I could remember his name, hopefully they can figure out who and at least give him a bonus or raise).

This hotel was super clean. There were no odors whatsoever, even though it is dog friendly and we have a dog. Most of the staff were amazingly friendly, and the condition of the room was immaculate.

The room had a terrible smell.. thankfully we had some air freshener spray. The room was okay as far as being clean. Wall paper in the bathroom had been half way repaired from previous damage. I would not stay here again. My previous experiences with Fairfield Suites has been positive in all aspects.

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. There is a nice breakfast buffet included in your stay. The staff was quite friendly. And the beds were incredibly comfortable. The issue we had was that there was a terrible sulfuric acid smell coming from the shower drain. We smelled it when we walked our room but since it was late and we were exhausted, we figured we'd shut the bathroom door and go to sleep. Unfortunately it didn't stop the smell and it was a hindrance to us falling asleep. If it wasn't for this huge issue I would have given the hotel a 10.

The television in my room did not work properly. The guide on the TV was displaying only the previous day selection. When I contacted the front desk they were unable to to assist. Then contacted tech support they also were unable to help. This morning the same problem existed. So I was unable to watch any current programs including news channels. The TV just did not work!

We had stayed here before. It's a Marriott property, but with a few cut corners: first of all, in a room with a single king bed, it offers only four miniature square pillows for two people; this is hardly adequate for many, but we luckily had regular pillows with us that we used to supplement their meager offering. Second and more important, the in-room refrigerator does not automatically operate - you must reach inside and push a button, which gives you two hours of usage, after which time you must again push the button. If you require medications that must be refrigerated, this is a potential problem; we found that the unit worked fine for the time it was operating, but it's unreasonable to have to keep resetting it every two hours during the night. (If there's a way to have it run longer, we did not find it.) Aside from these issues, we had no other complaints - the breakfast is one of the better ones around, staff was great, and the facility appears to be well maintained and cleaned.

The room was clean but very small. The location of this room on the 1st floor was right next to the exit door to the parking area. So it was noisy. This should be one of the LAST rooms given to guests Brenda in the breakfast area was great. Pleasant and very helpful

Checked in to room with a heavy odor. Spoke with the desk who came to room and gagged when walking in. They had no other rooms available for the night and only suggestion was share my adult sons room with zero compensation. They offered to move to a different room remainder of stay. The supervisor Kayla was supposed to contact me that NEVER happened. When checking out front desk guy David claimed they checked the room found no odor and booked it to others without complaints. I asked so you are saying I am lying aling with your coworker. This hotel and service does not meet the Bonvoy standards or the standards of any ither Fairfield I have stayed at. Going forward I guess I remain loyal to Hilton.

Beware of the security deposit. They were supposed to put a hold on my account but actually charged my card. The air conditioner kept cutting on and off. When it was off you could hear people talking in the parking lot as well as traffic passing by the hotel. The charging my bank account rather than just putting a hold is very aggravating. Now I have to spend time going to my bank to dispute the charges.

The room was clean but very small. The location of this room on the 1st floor was right next to the exit door to the parking area. So it was noisy. This should be one of the LAST rooms given to guests Brenda in the breakfast area was great. Pleasant and very helpful

Hotel appears to be a little older but decent. Location was great in reference to freeway access and the area was decent. A lot of fast food options if that’s what you like but in terms of dine in options you would have to drive at least 30 mins into downtown Savannah area. The fitness area was doable but needs more weight options. Breakfast was average… think they could’ve switched things up daily rather than have the same options. Price for this property was decent thru Expedia.

Our stay was comfortable, room was clean, bed better than average. The morning breakfast was way above average from other places we have stayed. Place was easy to find. The only thing that detracted from our stay was that our room was streetside to a very busy highway, super noisy as the property is right on the highway. IF I were to stay there again, I would request a room on the other side of the property.

Good location for us. Had dinner in Savannah and the drove out here to sleep. First floor King worked just fine for us. The elevator was out so I’m glad got to stay on the first floor. Quiet, comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The whole place was very clean from the lobby to the eating area to our room. And also very well lit. I appreciate lots of light and this hotel delivered. I’m always a little suspicious of dimly lit hotels like they’re hiding something. Very friendly staff and everything was convenient. They had a nice looking gym but we weren’t there long enough to use it. Breakfast was good and let us hit the road without being hungry. Free Wi-Fi is nice. That’s about all. We will stay there again and we have stayed there once previously.
