This is really good property to stay with kids and pet for this price. Service is really great. Big property in 2 floors. All are in big, nice space. Very good and quick check in. Manager and the check in staffs are very kind and friendly. They accept and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Good breakfast. Really amazing property for $50 per day even when busy Saturday, long weekend night. I would recommend this property to quick stay for people with more kids or having Pets. The only thing is that this is the old property. But the management is trying keep it as best as possible. Lot of rooms in both floors. Everything we need is available. Great Parking very close or front of the room. It is really very convenient if you have pets and to take out quick out walk in grass area. Altogether, this property is great and good for the price they offer

While the staff was mostly very friendly and helpful; our room was filthy upon arrival. The floors had not been swept or mopped, there was black mold in the refrigerator, the tub faucet had what looked like masking tape wrapped around it at the wall, which later came off due to water and it was extremely hard to turn, there was a big hole in the ceiling with a chunk hanging down. The sink was cracked and the overall the entire room just felt gross. I saw a few tiny roaches in the room as well. I was shocked that they actually had the gall to rent this place out in this condition. Shameful!! I also did not feel safe going outside of the room at night because questionable things seemed to be happening in the staircase in the evenings (iykyk). All they provide at breakfast is waffles, mini muffins, yogurt, cereal, coffee and juice…..if you want eggs or sausage, etc, it’s not there. And lastly….the pool is GREEN WITH ALGAE!!!! You cannot use the pool!! This place is bottom of the barrel basic and under the barrel filthy. They need to shut the place down and and do some serious renovations.

The pool would have been a good thing but it was closed. There were tables and chairs in the yard area for partying and drinking. The ac in my room didn’t work well and it was hot upon entry. Worst experiences I’ve had at two days inn

Sheets were stained. Switched rooms but new room had no towels, open and used soap, dirt and grit on floors, pee on toilet rim, falsely advertised breakfast with terrible coffee. Should have just kept driving but didn't want to lose money. One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Should be reimbursed. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room was not the cleanest. There was farbage left under the bed, the bathroom was in horrible shape. The bath tub looked like it was coming apart in layers, there was a used bar of soap left on the edge of the tub.

Extremely dirty room. The walls were dirty. The floors had long black hairs all over them. Everything was old and run down. The room looked nothing like the one in the pictures. I get that it’s a cheap room but it doesn’t cost anything to clean it better.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I would not leave this negative review if the property manager would give me a refund for the unused day but they refused. We booked for Friday to Sunday and checked in around 5 pm and had to leave immediately to a party. When we came back later there was a giant centipede in the bathroom. We couldn't call the front desk because the phone didn't work and was too tired to walk there so we went to sleep. The next day we discovered just how dirty the place was as my feet was all covered in black soot. The shower was super filthy and the towels had black stains on them. We checked out early immediately and asked for a refund for the one unused day. The manager said to contact Travelocity. I contacted Travelocity but they couldn't get me a refund as the property manager refused to. I then discovered that me and my wife had a bunch of bed bug bites all over. This is the WORST place I've ever been too. Please avoid at all cost. BTW we booked the next day at the avid hotel Savannah South - Gateway and it was affordable, looked new, and super clean.

My room wasn’t clean. Sticky stuff on the floor bathtub filthy with hair, soap scum, etc.. toilet filthy with a ring and looks to have not been cleaned in a month. I took video of everything and pictures I called to the front desk to explain how bad it was and also the lock on the door was not good and the door was on a cold night a quarter of an inch where it didn’t close. There was no coffee carafe or filter on the coffee pot that was there. They didn’t care and didn’t help me at all and said there was no one to help clean and couldn’t move me. I want a refund. They wouldn’t help with that either. At checkout, the gal didn’t seem to care with regard to the cleanliness and didn’t want to review the photographs. She also didn’t wanna give me a receipt saying that they don’t do that. If they don’t want third-party bookings, they shouldn’t allow them. Do not stay here. It is filthy.

You may need a bath just from browsing their website. If I could give zero stars, I would. Disgusting. Lights did not work. Door frame was shaky and had cracks. Floor was very dirty. Bugs smashed into the floor leaving a bloody mess. Bath mat had dried blood on it. Tub’s finish was peeling up. Beds were filthy. Bugs scurried away when I pointed my flashlight on the bed. Felt unsafe outside. Poor lighting outside. I walked in and walked right back out. The pictures on the website are very misleading. I would be surprised if ANY rooms onsite looked the way they were depicted. I told the front desk clerk that I was not staying here and she apologized. Had to go to another hotel to stay.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was dirty from the moment I walked in dust on most surfaces, mold and grime in the bathroom tiles, and the bathtub was still wet as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The sink faucet was corroded with holes, the mirror above the vanity was streaked and grimy, and the overall condition of the room was very poorly maintained. The curtains were stained, the furniture was old and chipped, and the entire space gave the impression that housekeeping is not being done to even basic standards. I felt uncomfortable and had to disinfect surfaces myself just to feel safe. For the price and the Wyndham name, I expected a much higher standard. My home with pets and farm animals is cleaner than this hotel room. I do not recommend staying here, and I strongly believe management needs to be retrained on cleanliness and guest safety.

Average stay. They let me check in before 3pm. The TV did not work, so they changed my room. I found a hair in the shower and I had to shake the handle on the toilet every time. Plenty of restaurants near by. The location was a quick under 30 min drive to Savannah. Staff was friendly. For the price, I would recommend them. If money is not an option, I would go somewhere else.

WiFi is terrible. Won’t connect in the evening and frequently drops the other times. Pillows are thin. When you turn on the shower the pipes rattle loudly. There was nowhere to place soap, shampoo, etc., except on the side of the tub. The cheaper one next door is better.

Positives: Staff was receptive to issues. Appliances were present (microwave and fridge). Bed was clean and comfortable. Negatives: Overall old (somewhat broken down feel - especially the bathroom). The mirror on the wall fell as I was walking past it when I entered the room probably because you have to slam the door closed because you can barely open and close it. Luckily I caught and it didn’t break also luckily it didn’t land on my kid very dangerous. Please make sure what’s hanging is more secured.

The property and unit were tired and worn out. It all needs a refresh. Trains ran by the hotel all night long. The heater/air conditioner system was very noisy. Soundproofing from adjacent rooms was poor. The carpet was dirty. The mattress was worn out.

Room was in poor condition. Very old. None of the lamps worked. The AC did not work well. Bathroom tile loose and holes around bath tub. Water pressure was almost non existent. Electric wall covers were missing. The only nice thing in the room were the beds they were comfortable. Being checked in was fine. I would not recommend this place at all. It needs a lot of improvement.

I came to check into my hotel from Savannah Georgia I arrived at 2:20 and they made me sit in my car till 3:00 because the room wasn't ready. They also charged me $100 deposit. The owner of this hotel is the rudest person I have ever spoke to in my life. You need to take these people off your list because no one wants to stay at this f****** hotel

I stayed from Saturday until next week Sunday and had no service. No trash taken out, no clean towels, no sheets changed. Didn’t even ask if I wanted service. So Tuesday evening I requested service for Wednesday, nothing. Went by office Thursday morning and requested for Thursday, nothing. I had to buy towels. I refused to go and request again. Ridiculous

The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was ok, it just needed to be updated a little. The bathroom floor could use a little more attention to cleaning and the desk had some crumbs on it. Nothing major. The price of the room was great, so those little things could be overlooked. The location was convenient to restaurants and the highway. So overall, it was worth the stay.

There’s people walking around the doors all night and looking into the windows. They are out all night talking and smoking. The carpet in the room we had was soooooo dirty and old/outdated. Soon as we walked in, there was a roach on the wall. We let it go. Within the hour, roaches were coming out everywhere. Couldn’t let my daughter walk on the floor because the carpet was so dirty. We called the desk and asked to be moved. No more queens available so we got moved to a double bed on the other side. That room was upgraded and much better. No carpet on the floor thankfully. Better tv. No roaches that we could see. They need to update and upgrade all of their rooms. It’s long overdue.

There was so much suspicious behavior happening outside I never felt safe bring my children in there! We tried to cancel the reservation but was told we needed 24 hour notice so we lost our money because we could not stay there. Single mother with two children could not take the chance of anything happening to us. There was a man at the very first room who stood at his room door monitoring all the activity going on . He was watching everyone and lingered about with a number of other people

My room was directly behind a Denny's restaurant. Traffic and noise levels were moderate, but quieted down after 10 pm. The front desk is staffed all the time so obtaining assistance for even minor problems is easy.

The check in was fast and easy, the room was very adequate, and it had a Denny's on site. The continental breakfast was the OK but they only had decaf coffee left and no fruit available. But it was a good stay for our trip!

It was a good stopping point, but it was not the cleanest and was a bit noisy due to other guests. Though the bed and linens seemed clean, and breakfast was nice for the cost of the stay. Bonus there is a neat Dennys in the parking lot.
