Pet friendly with all ground level rooms. Parking right by the door. The rate is great and i would stay again. Overall much better than i expected. The shower has great pressure and the water ran hot. I also waa impressed by 24 hour desk service. Mom Patel runs a tight ship and knows what's going on in her hotel.

Room was ok. Breakfast was very minimal, only toast and muffins. No restaurant or bar, please remove them from the amenities!

everything you would expect from a place where the door faces your parked vehicle, simple check-in, easy access, clean room, basic amenities, clean towels, soap, shampoo, good AC/Heater, (not noisier then needed), plenty of TV channels at super rate, it was next to the Spot 5 Grill which had excellent Meat Loaf, mac-n-cheese and local tap beer with a super barkeep...so that extra beer was not a liability!

Not as advised on web site. No restaurant and bar. Poor room anneties.

Roach motel, dirty walls, musty smelling room

There was a giant cockroach when i walked in and the bed was so hard. I've never felt a bed that hard. I asked for a refund and went elsewhere

I stayed at the same hotel a month before and had a completely different experience. This time the room smelled terrible from the minute I walked in and actually gave me headaches with the smell. The coffee pot did not work and the bed was constantly moving around and hurt my back. There were also problems with the television signal which happened multiple times where I wasn't able to change channels without the picture freezing up no matter how many times I had to jiggle the chords. I was happy the previous time and my room smelled great and I enjoyed my stay but this time it made me realize that the room you get makes a massive difference.

Absolutely DISGUSTING! I don\'t think I can explain how filthy the room was! I requested being switched to a different room and had to argue with staff. They would only switch rooms if I didn\'t "touch anything" Staff followed me to room and threw a fit because I used a rag (I started cleaning) and put garbage in the can. He kept saying where\'s the dirt to which I showed him the mold on the ceiling, the spilled food on the table and sink, the cigarette ashes and the multiple places there was a yellow liquid that ran down the wall and dried. Yeah that nasty and he still argued. I took pictures and sent to Expedia. There\'s literally 5 beautiful clean hotels within a block PICK ONE OF THOSE! The filthy room was bad enough but the arguing to get a different one was just too much. I\'ve stayed in at minimum 50 hotels and this is without question the worst!!

Rooms were very old to begin with, with stains on carpet and peeling wallpaper, but even worse was the bedding showed signs of bed bug eggs and there were blood stains on the sheets covering the box spring. Only good thing was the front desk lady who was kind when we informed her that we wanted a refund rather than staying there after we tried two other rooms as well.

There was hair still in our shower and the bathroom floor had dirt, etc in the corners. The continental breakfast was waffles, toast, coffee, muffins and another Hostess product. When using the bathroom faucet, the handle would come completely off on occasion. We got a good deal on Expedia and the man at the desk was upset at our rate.

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, we knew it was going to be bad just based on how the outside was in disrepair. Staff was rude. Amenities not as stated. Room reeked from the ac unit being in need of serious repair. Fixtures were broken. Hole in the shower wall. Everything was dirty. Will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

Signs of bed bugs in mattress. Sheets didn't fit mattress correctly so they moved during the night Live Roaches found throughout. Carpet probably never cleaned. Wiring exposed in bathroom, with spiders and webbing up there as well. Breakfast wasn't anything special.

Clean, comfortable room with basic amenities. Nice to have a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave, too, though we didn't need it for this trip. The only downside is that there are/were hardly ANY outlets to charge devices. NONE by the bed or the table and chair in the room. Only the outlet for the AC/Heater and for the TV, microwave, and fridge. The outlet at the sink by the bathroom did not work. THAT was the only disappointing part.

For the price it was really decent. Pretty confident it used to be a smoking motel as I woke up with an irritated throat and scent probably from the a/c unit. Otherwise, easy ground floor access, fridge, wifi(spotty) hot water, microwave, small dining table... Not a lot of power outlets if you want to charge bedside, you couldnt in our room. Hot waffles and coffee in the AM.

Smoke detector missing. Sink handle fell off. Light bulbs missing. Poorly maintained.

Behind the building was disgusting. The room smelled musty and the room was still decorated from the 70's or 80's.

Bargain Room Rate with above 'average' Quality. Stayed at #104. Bed was super-firm thus not friendly to my sore shoulder. Shower temp adjustment difficult, settled for near-scalding due to shoulder. Convenient location. All in All - excellent Value.

It's a $70/night motel (after fees and taxes) so I'm not expecting concierge and room service, but I do expect cleanliness and basic functionality. The only lights that worked were the overhead light in the door, one of the two lights in the bathroom, and one over the bathroom mirror. There was only one available outlet in the room. It was next to the sink. It makes phone changing inconvenient. The ceiling had water stains where the roof had leaked.

Low price, but an old, tired motel in need of a lot of updating. On the plus side, the motel is in a good area and was very quiet when I was there on a Saturday night, and I didn't see any bugs.

The ligh was out in bathroom...head board was loose from wall. No accessable out lets.no smoke detectors

Let me start by saying the front desk staff was very fast and friendly but gave no checkout time. The room was clean and spacious. The AC had to work very hard to cool down the room temp. Water temp stayed hot and steady. There were no outlets other than for microfridge and TV. I finally found one behind headboard. Success for charging. When lights went out things were crawling on me. Don't know what kind of big bug but i got disturbed several times. My mom woke up to find a large centipede in the tub twice about 2 to 3 inches. At 10:45a knock on door "what time are you checking out?" On our way out the door actually just last final packing check..3 minutes later, a guy, "time to check out, what time are you checking out, mama?" I'm out the door right now. Had to get my 72 yo mom with onset of dementia out the door who keeps thinking she forgot her wallet. Thankfully they found her water bottle and my headphones before we started to move from parking spot. Because I felt rushed and knew I was forgetting something.

This place was easy to get to. Check in was quick and the hostess was very friendly and helpful with food recommendations.

Front desk people are insane!!

Grungy, things broken in room, when i got there he 'couldn't find'my reservation, but since i was 'nice' charged me 24$ for the night, which i was trying to be thrifty in the first place so it was really annoying. The sheets were clean and it was quiet was the plus. You sort of get what you pay for but a little less

I would sleep under a bridge before booking with this place! I show up and I'm told they have no reservation for me! Then less than an hour later they attempted to charge my credit card for my reservation. Needless to say I had to find a room elsewhere.

Horrible hotel my it once but twice we were walked in on first time by another guest they accidentally rented the room after renting it to us. Second time by housekeeper at 9 am. Stay away if you value your privacy.

The young lady at the front office was really noce an the rest of tbe staff as we were walking around were also nice greeted us an very poilite

They were helpful, and accommodating. Also, this hotel is within walking distance of two restaurants, (Dennys & Bubbas Bistro)

Just what you would want in an inexpensive roadside motel. Older, but clean easy Rt 95 access. Far cheaper than the other local chain road motels and a waffle making breakfast. Lots of food choices nearby. A good safe stopover place.

My room smelled great when I walked in and was very clean throughout. The shower was strong & hot, and for a cheap hotel I thought this was a great all around stay. The only downsides were no coffee in the room and a very small television. The positives were the location was fantastic because there's a lot close by including the highway, market, and multiple breakfast options. I would absolutely stay again.

I enjoyed the stay. The service was great and the room was on par with most any place ive stayed. It was clean, comortable and not a bad drive from historic Savanahh.

Only issue was the comfort of the bed, which was a little too firm. But the carpets were clean, bathroom was clean, staff was quite friendly, and it is in an extremely convenient area. I would definitely stay here again. The price was great too at about $46 a night.

If breakfast is important, nothing to speak of here. 2 waffle makers and a few packaged muffins. Coffee with 8 ounce cups, no lids

Good motel for an overnight stay when you don't want to spend a lot to sleep for a few hours. Breakfast was sparse, but a bit better than I've had at more expensive motels.

For the price, this was a nice place, with clean rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was limited to waffle mix, and not so great coffee. But all in all, a good budget option for overnight stay.

Opening a package of mini donuts and putting it on the table with napkins is not breakfast. Not enough plugs in the room. Our lamp did not have a place to plug it in.

Down to the basic place to stay overnight, not too bad, however, free breakfast is a plus.

Clerk was super nice. Room was very comfortable. Homemade waffles for breakfast! This was a good overnight stop on our roadtrip.
