The Hot-tub had a grate sticking from underwater that my wife tripped on not to mention rocks were falling out from the stone work lining the area into the water very dangerous. There were also no trash liners in the rubbish cans in the room.

I enjoyed my stay on the property. However I had to pay an additional $135.00 at the property for parking and resorts fees. The “resort” only offer a normal pool and hot tub. Parking was 35.00 SELF PARK or 45.00 for valet. Its the only hotel on that side of the river. Definitely a rip off. Outside of that my stay was excellent.

I would stay here again, the rooms were large and beds super comfy. The pool was very nice with the complimentary water, music and bar. We had dinner in the Aqua Star and it was very nice and our server Renay was wonderful. We also visited the gym over at the club house and that to was top notch.

We really enjoyed our stay during Saint Pattys weekend. It was great, taking the ferry and not having to worry about parking in downtown Savannah. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly with lots of activities for adults and kids. The only downside is there's not a pantry area to pick up toiletries/pharmacy items, souvenirs, or snacks and the coffee shop closes for evening hours. Would have loved to buy their shampoo and body wash

Definitely a good location and easy to get to away from the crowded downtown area. Free boat shuttle makes it easy to travel back-and-forth across to River Street. only downside is the last one is at 10 PM. Would definitely like to see this later in the summer. Parking was reasonable for overnight parking compared to the area. The pool was decent. Staff kept the coolers full of water during the day. Pool bar was good. Interior bar often times, catch you waiting for a drink as they could get overwhelmed. Front desk staff was on top of it. Everyone was friendly. Stayed on Fourth of July weekend so it was a bit overrun with kids, which could be a little noisy from time to time.

This hotel was very high end. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was probably my most favorite one ever. Our stay was quiet at the beginning, but keep in mind the convention center is next door. It got a little rowdy when people checked in. There is also a bit of loud industrial noise. This did not bother us, but for some it may. Loved the convenience of the free ferry minutes away. We used it often. Parking is a small walk, but we didn’t mind that either. They do offer valet if needed. Complimentary treats like cookies in the afternoon and s’mores at night were fun. Lastly, the staff here was so welcoming! We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful and quiet property if you want to be away from the downtown noise. Friendly and helpful staff. Wish the ferry ran after 10 PM. Self Park garage could use a little TLC and needs more lighting. The ramp from parking to the lobby has a 3-4” step, makes it difficult for a wheelchair & carts.

We booked one night at the Westin to enjoy a nice pool because our original flight was delayed, but the pool was closed due to lightning and then was closed indefinitely because of poop in the pool. The food we ordered took a long time to come and spa services were not available last minute.

We got a room here because we knew we could take the ferry across the river to do a lot of things. When you walk in the lobby it’s beautiful but as soon as you get off the elevator ( we were on the 6th floor) I noticed black mold all around on the wall paper. I’m 6’1 and my significant other is 6’7 so we notice things others don’t see. When we got in the room we were both disappointed because it was so small and we expected a great view of the golf course but all we really got was a small section of it along with a parking lot. There was also mold around that room too. I am highly allergic and I had a really hard time breathing in the room so we stayed away as much as possible. Just very disappointed in Westin. Wow!

Wonderful views of Savannah riverfront across the river. The bed was clean, but the carpet needed vacuuming. I found crumbs under the bed. I also found dust clinging to the walls. I was not a fan of the salt water pool.

I felt like it was just overpriced for the amenities received. It’s an older hotel and the rooms need renovating. I’m almost certain there may have even been mold in my air ducts. I would wake up with my sinuses congested, and it seemed to get worse through my stay. The hotel staff were nice but overall the hotel just needs to be updated and cleaned, including the roads into the property, which had overgrown weeds, loose gravel and broken concrete throughout.

Well upon arrival we were told they upgraded us to a balcony room. Yay! No, there was construction and our balcony looked at a crane and someone had left a water bottle filled with cigarettes out there too. Gross. Ok, we can deal. However, woke up int h middle of the night to a real bad leak in the bathroom ceiling. The water was running into the other room and getting the rugs wet. So… that morning we had to pack up again and move to another room. No balcony but we did get riverside view. Nice room but the hotel offered no apology or anything at all. Not even a breakfast voucher for our inconvenience, not even a sorry. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. Moving rooms when your already settled in is a big inconvenience.

Hotel has a great location, but is in serious need of a complete over haul. The furniture/carpeting in our room was seriously worn and outdated. We booked a suite, but the room only had a couch in it, guess that qualifies as a suite these days?

Room very nice except for bathroom was odd no fan when using shower everything is wet from humidity ! Also door knobs were old & gross looking very strange for such a nice hotel . Bed was comfortable . Thought I smelled cigarette smoke though….

The spa was relaxing, I had one of the best massages to date and I regularly receive them. The room itself was left to be desired. The furniture, wall hangings and bath fixtures are outdated. The front desk team was very welcoming and friendly.

The property was nice but there is a lot of construction going on . Also I requested an early check in and called the front desk but they claimed there is no record of that which I was not happy about. We ended up getting a room next to an elevator and if was noisy and woke me.

The setting of this hotel is beautiful but would likely stay on the other side of the water next time to be near shopping and restaurants. This hotel restaurant had odd hours and the bar was rarely open or stocked. The AC in my room wasn't cooling either....thankfully it was October and not the middle of the summer (the AC was definitely still needed though).

Our room was gorgeous and our view was top tier. The room was very spacious. The mattress was tooooo soft for my comfort. Woke up with back spasms. The tub had a weird hump in it. Felt like I was standing on a truck bed near the tire.

Staff, room service, Valet, bell boys are all amazing. Free ferry ride to cross the river is a great option. Bicycles for riding are amazing. Excellent club house with gym. However one big no for me was the way A/C working in the room. They placed thermostat right below the vent, by design it's a wrong place. As the area near by thermostat cools down quickly A/C shuts off, leaving rest of the room hot and humid. This was biggest problem.

This property was spectacular , everyone was really nice . There was one guy at the front desk my daughter stated that got an attitude with her asking about the pool . But everyone else was really sweet , the waitress at dinner , the lady that gave out the cookies and candy in the evenings . I do feel there needs to be ground rules with the valet fighting over tips . If I give both valet tips , they should not fight about it in front of the customers . It should be handled at another time or when we have left ; there is a time and place for all things . But my family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back really soon to visit . Thanks so much for such a nice vacation !!

Excellent front desk experience, especially Soireese (I hope I spelled her name correctly), who made a special point to greet my daughter and give her a small treat. The staff was welcoming and helpful in ever encounter. A drawback of the hotel’s location off the main drag is limited dining options, but the free ferry was a convenient way to get to restaurants across the river. We also loved watching the huge cargo ships from out hotel room. My family enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is connected to the convention center in Savannah. I booked through Expedia months in advance for the conference I was attending but when I came to check in they had no room for me. Instead of putting me in a nearby hotel like other guests, they said I had to figure out my own accommodations with Expedia. To be clear Westin GAVE MY ROOM AWAY AND THEN TOLD ME IT WAS SOMETHING I HAD TO TAKE CARE OF ELSEWHERE. It seems clear to me that they were more concerned with letting other more important convention guests extend their stay than with honoring my reservation. This happened with my coworker also, but he booked through Westin so they helped him find a room at another hotel. I was totally mistreated and will do my best to stay away from Westin in the future.

Nice Hotel in a good location with an easy ferry ride to downtown , however there is obviously big staff issues at this location with extremely poor very slow service in the dinner restaurant and breakfast restaurant , Luke warm food that appeared to be overcooked and reheated so much so that we were forced to eat elsewhere . Management weren't really interested either which was a bigger problem !! we wouldn't return , there is plenty of other options

The check in was great, but service staff (restaurant and pool) was extremely poor. We were asked 4 times by pool staff if we were hotel residents, even after verification of our room, some lady name Jenn was extremely rude and kept asking us multiple times. The onsite Restaurant closes at 3pm, and they refused to feed us when we came in at 2:59, technically they are still open. I was charged an extra $25 for extra adult, there was no extra adult in the room beside my, my wife and kid, I called the hotel for a resolution but haven’t heard yet, so I’ll be calling Amex next. I did complain and got 10,000 points, but I’m still bitter and in love Westin, now, my wife hates it. Won’t be at the Westin for a while.

I was a little dismayed at the service. The lady checking us in was very new. She was struggling to find our reservation and we very understanding. We've all been there. Not a big deal. At check out, we were charged $120 in fees that were not explained to us. Apparently, front desk was supposed to advise us of the amenities on the property, which did not occur. Our stay could have been better if we knew 1) in advance of the fees 2) the amenities that we could have enjoyed onsite. I did try calling the hotel and explaining this but they had zero accountability for their failed check in process.

This property is a short ferry ride across the river from historic Savannah, with a riverfront pool and hot tub open late. Unfortunately, it was raining so the pool was less inviting but the property had sufficient amenities including a full service weight room and spa and a free shuttle. We opted for the breakfast included which was a big buffet and good value.

Loved the water taxi taking you to River Street. We never had to move our car. It runs every 20 minutes. All of the people working in the hotel were so helpful and so pleasant. Starbucks in the hotel was definitely a plus. Highly recommend!

Overall 3-night stay was fine. Had to ask for towels & toiletries, no daily maid services. Our view from the 15th floor overlooking the river was amazing! Tryed the breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor, it was average. Disappointing they didn't offer mimosas. Vallet service was good, but unfortunately, always had to wait on our car even after calling down early as requested.

It was ok but for the price it was not worth what was paid. Your thought is the convenience of being near the convention center is worth it, however, it is not. Everything else is across the river. The one restaurant at the hotel is average at best. It is very disappointing.

The property was very clean and nice. The staff was nice, but the only 2 problems I had was the unexpected charges on my receipt when I paid for the stay in advanced. They only thing not paid for was the hotel service fee which on my booking email stated $90…..I was charged over $90. On my first night my flight was super delayed so I got to the hotel at 10pm, I asked if there was food anywhere. I was told I could get tapas at the bar. I go to order and was told rudely that I couldn’t order because the kitchen was closed. I’m having a drink and ordered door dash (which I got sick from, it was gross pizza burnt and cold) the bar manager come 20- 25 minutes later and tells me that I can order food “it’s Friday and the kitchen closes at 11.” She was very nice but the bar lady’s wasn’t. 😒 Overall it was a very nice stay and I loved how convenient it was for getting across the river on the ferry.

We were there for a friend’s wedding in downtown Savannah. Hotel is still undergoing maintenance and room service is offered but when we tried to order all vegetarian options were not available! We had to Uber back to downtown Savannah to eat at extra cost :((

We has a great time. The pool was beautiful and the poolside bar was even better. Rooms were cleaned and very easily located for easy access to the convention center. The kids loved riding the ferry over to River St. service was excellent upon checking in. The only complaint I have is the restaurant on the 2nd floor. Poor service there and super slow. We were usually in a hurry due to dance.
